Manicure was good Pedicure was terrible. Service was bad. Couldn’t understand anyone there and process was done so quickly and badly that I had to come home to do my own pedicure.

They do a good job when cleaned your toes but the message you don’t feel it and the nail polish is chipped after you leave the parlor maybe because it’s too thick. They do the job too fast .

Love these ladies! Been going here for about 6 years now & I always leave very happy! I highly recommend!

Da vis is always great ive been going to their pleasanton location for years so when i got transfered to the san bruno area i was heartbroken until i found their 2nd location in the tanforan mall! Tracy and may are my go tos and give me great advice even giving me inspiration to change my look and get stuff i never do and have it come out fantastic!

Only place ill go. And i live in San Francisco. I only got to Christiana. She is fast and artistic. I dont make appointments but i also dont mind waiting. They are a busy shop. Priced reasonably . And they have all the latest stuff. Like the chrome powder.

Lady rushed through the job and tried to upsell me.one coat of top coat..wont be going back..

These guys are great! Ive gotten several gel manicures here. The spa is very nice and clean. All of their equipment is new and you can tell they work hard to keep everything nice. I got a pedicure too the last time I went and the classic pedi. The staff is incredibly sweet. Ive had all 3 of them do my nails now and theyre all great. I cant recommend them enough.

They just remodeled and it looks bright and clean. The ladies are always on top of assisting you and good at what they do. Always satisfied.

Love doing my mani with Lucy! Shes the best and always leaves my nails exactly how I like them. When I would do gel, I would do them with Emily and she was my favorite! Love her. Out of all the nail salons Ive been too, this one has been my favorite and Ive been going here for about 2 years now. All the other techs are great, but they just happen to be my favorite. Color selection is okay, and price isnt bad considering Im always satisfied with my nails when I leave here.

I often pass the shop on my way home and liked how it looked from the outside. I came in to get my nails and feet done for my birthday and fell in love with the atmosphere and the customer service. This is my second time and Im still in love. Even brought two new customers. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking.

Nancy is a miracle worker. I was recommended to her by one of my friends over 10 years ago. I have been getting my eyebrows done from her and only her. I have consistently received compliments on how perfect they are.EVERY time someone ask me where I get them done, I always refer them to Da-Vi. but I always always always ask for Nancy. If shes not there, I dont get them done. I get them waxed and dyed and they come out perfect every time

I came here with a friend to get a full set. Lets start by saying that the man who greeted us was very nice and placed us at tables right away. He said our techs would be with us shortly. My friend had someone working on her nails within five or so minutes, however, it took nearly 30 minutes before anyone got to me. I knew what I wanted (shortish almond nails, fairly simple - I had a pic and everything). The tech who worked on my nails was rude, barely said a word to me the entire time.My second issue was with the color - I chose a muted bluish-green, however it was actually a bright teal that had been painted on the tester so long ago that the light had made it the muted color I liked. I didnt realize this until after shed already started.Third, and probably the worst problem I had, the nails (acrylic nails) all came off within 10 days. I believe the first one popped off (like an $8 Sally Hanson glue on nail set that you get at Walgreens) after about 5 days. It literally peeled off and took an entire layer of nail with it. I probably could have glued it on like one of those cheap press-on because the entire nail came off in one piece.This manicure just didnt last and it wasnt a pleasant experience to get them done. I would recommend finding a different salon.

This place is crazy! The workers are rude and they obviously talk about there clients. They are way over priced. $60 for a pedicure and $45 for nails. I have been here more the a couple times only because there is a lady there named keren that dose really good nails. I keep hoping the experience will get better but it just seems to get worse. I think I would rather go to a place where I am comfortable and feel relaxed then do this again.

Lucy was very sweet and attentive to all of my nail needs. I will be returning next month for a fill. Best salon in the area hands down!

Please! If you know better. Go elsewhere. The women are rude! I went there to have my gel removed. I was charged $25.00. She didnt even take all the gel off. I also asked her to file my nails short & round. She kept making the nails pointy like a knife. I even showed her the picture of what I wanted. She kept shaping them with sharp point on them. Then she put a clear coat of polish over it. My nail felt like sandpaper because she didnt remove all the old gel. When I told the manager. He said it will come off in time. Also a nail salon were the girl wear Daisy Dukes? Thats not good business attire! I will never go back!!

First of all, terrible customer service! Just terrible! The guy who is in front desk doesn’t know how to talk with customers he is very rude! I’ve done my nails and I didn’t like it, I didn’t t like the shape and the color, she put the color very uneven I could do even better. I told them and they said that I have to pay anyway. Will never go back again! And the salon is very very dirty. Do not go there!

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever had my feet feel exactly the same. no improvement on my heels Nail polish 9s lumpy and clumpy and only had 1 coat. Chipped nails not filed down. Terrible will never go there again walk ins or not

Some of the ladies that work here are so rude. They pull on your hands like they are mad and then some dont know how to say thank you for the tip. Prices change and its expensive. The only good thing is you can just walk in and dont have to wait too long and they have various options unlike other places . I wish the staff would be more nice and gentle !!

I think I found my new favorite salon. My nail tech gave me exactly what I asked for and did a great job on my full solar set. Im new to the area and tried this place based on previous reviews- Im glad I did.

HORRIBLE. Do not go here. I went in to get 1 nail fixed and they were rude unprofessional and unsanitary. She scratched up my other nails and the one she did is thick as hell, and is also longer and bigger than the rest. I knew it wasnt going to be perfect but i am appalled and how bad this is

That’s the worse place to do nails at... I contact health department they don’t clean the equipment she took me at we another customer and she didn’t clean anything just start my nails ... then the customer complains that she didn’t like the color so she left me without saying anything all I saw is her leave to me sitting and go start fixing the customer nails. When u talk to the guy at the reception he start yelling at you. Why should I pay money to be yelled at!!!! They don’t deserve even a star

When me and my friend went there .they made us wait 30 min and then sat us down and dident bother helping us utill the next 10 min and nacy was rushing on my nails and making rude coments to my and i but in there languge .MYNAILS WERE HORRABILE! I4m never going there agian

I walked in to get my nails shortened, a fill, and a different gel color. I liked that I was sat down as soon as i got there considering how busy it was. I had long acrylic ombre French tip sharp angular coffin shape. They clipped my nails, they started to smooth out the nail bed and I told the nail tech I didnt want them to touch my cuticles but they didnt listen to my request, my thumb cuticles ended up cut and bloody. The application of the gel polish wasnt great they did a couple of layers I suppose to ensure it wouldnt chip. But the nails came out round and clumpy which isnt my personal taste I was trying to keep the nails a short square angular shape. And when I had left the my hand grazed something and I looked at my nails and noticed that due to how clumpy the nail was an indentation was made. Due to my own time constraints and because how busy they were, I didnt find it reasonable to stay there to nag them for what I wanted since I was already there getting serviced for an hour. I was charged 40 + tip. Honestly I wasnt happy with my nails but i was in a time crunch and this was the closest spot available.

I had a horrible experience here.... as soon as I walked in they rushed me to a chair, the lady doing my nails (Leslie) rushes while gluing my nails on . one of my hands the nails were so crooked it looked like they were throwing up gang signs... my pinky nail was pointing straight up ... it’s 35 for full set with regular nail polish and 45 full set with gel polish.. I got the gel polish because they literally only showed me the gel polish as if it was the only option even after I asked for regular nail polish .... I don’t know how but my gel polish had air bubbles in it .. it’s was just a horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE

I went n to get a wax the other girl I front looked Ok b my turn she took off half my eyebrows in the middle of my forehead and made them so thin Im so upset my eyebrows dont grow so there goes at least a year and a half DONT GO TO NANCY !!!

The lady who assisted me was so RUDE, I was looking for a refill and she kept saying I needed a new full set, she violently teared off the previous nails and while I was telling her it was painful she kept on going, she was pulling my hand every time she could, I accidentally bumped my nail into the lamp and she was very upset to redo one single nail, she started yelling in her language, which, of course, I couldn’t understand but I was certain she was talking about me, it was so annoying.

I do my nails every two weeks I spend at least 40 to 45 dollars everytime I go this time I got this girl name lan she did the worst nail job Ive ever had and I paid 55 dollars this time and am never going back to that place

My wife went in today to get her eye brows waxed, came out with a huge burn on her eye lid. She complained about the burn and was told that she simply had sensitive skin, she does not. They did not offer her any sort of discount, instead threatened to call security if she did not want to pay in full. Terrible customer service

I never go back to this place. I came to do my nails The manicure detonated with my fingernails. She began to remove my old color with cuticle pliers pulling on the nail. Broke two nails of mine I told her to stop and I left 😡
