Im not a member but I filled out an electronic form and Brian gave me a tour. Its a beautiful facility with a complete array of workout machines, a small inside lap pool, co_ed jacuzzi, heat and steam rooms. Theres a large theatre room with treadmills and stationary bikes, rooms for team exercise classes, a water jet massage room, and a juice bar. Something for everyone. Different areas are accesible based on your membership tier - 3 tiers if I recall correctly. Check out out!

I really like this Chuze. Between amazing customer service and a large strategic facility layout ...they’ve created something special. I enjoyed the outdoor area unfortunately it closed with post pandemic updates. If I ever leave LA Fitness they’re definitely the only lateral consideration.

SCAM ALERT ⚠️ They have misleading tactics and when asked to speak to a manager they refer u to the assistant manager Jerry who is a shady little guy that LITERALLY cant even look u in the eyes.... All this shady character did was insist that we go to someone higher up.... his exact words were to call corporate but would not gimme corporates telephone number. He gave me some invisible District Managers Jefferey business card and proceeded to explain the number listed is for that facility and that this joker is hardly ever there. Shady operation. They were literally trying to trick us into an upgrade...

I used to go to EŌS in Redlands because it’s a lot closer to me, but now I make the drive out here because it’s a much better experience. Better customer service and equipment and classes! The assistant manager, I think his name is Jerry, is always willing to help me out when I don’t understand class times or how membership costs work etc. super patient and helpful. I recommend!

Just like being back at the gym. Great membership deals. You have to book your time to come in due to covid guidelines, but overall great 👍👌😄place

Just applied for a membership. In my opinion, so far what I see during this pandemic is that the staff cleans every equipment after someone is done using. The people who go to this gym wear their mask all the time. Seems like a Friendly and nice place, at least this location (San Bernardino).The staff seems very nice and notices everyone who comes in and out of the gym. The price isn’t bad for all the resources they have. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a gym that has everything. (After two months, my review is the same but gave a rating from 3 to 5 because I highly would recommend this gym for great service) okay bye!

Great place, gym, suana, steam room that guest keep breaking because they dont follow the rules, movie theater and massage beds I love it here . I pay 40.00 a month for everything I think its worth it, not to mention if you feel hungry you have healthy shakes you can order, and the friendly staff makes it even better .

This is a good size gym that has an indoor and outdoor area. It has everything you need including a juice bar and tanning room. It’s a clean gym and the equipment is in good shape. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get started with their low prices.

Its pretty cool here, theyre pretty much safe as far as sanitizing everything, theyre free weight, and machine weights there. Hours are 6 am to 8 pm, the crew there pretty much enforces the mask on at all times . And they have indoor and outdoor. Pretty spacious. I think theres 3 plans they offer, one for 15, another for 25, and another for 50 bucks. The difference is whether or not you put the annual fee down along side the purchase .

Its awesome having some part of normal life back. Their gym is clean and has alot of equipment to cover any workout you want to do. (If I had to pick one thing it would be not enough row machines lol). I will definitely be making this place part of my normal routine from now on.

It is a really good place even in Covid-19 the place is well maintained everyone cleans their equipments after each workout. Trainers are really nice so are the customers service. They had a big outdoor area but they removed it I think if they bring it back it would be better as there will be a bigger place.

Ive been a member since the 23rd of April. I absolutely love the gym. Staff is always friendly, equipment is always clean. However upon arriving today a staff by the name of Deshaun or Shaun (couldnt really hear him when I spoke to him over the loud music) raised his voice and told us Maam put you mask on (he was speaking to my mother) I told him my mom had just forgotten to put on her mask on. I was a little bothered by his approach. The way he said it and his tone of voice seemed a little rude even made a few members turn their heads. Regardless we complied and brushed it off and continued walking towards the treadmills, I didnt even have a chance to start my workout before he came up to us again. This time he came up to us and said I dont mean to be on you guys but our policy doesnt allow members to have bags near or on the equipment during workouts. Again his tone seemed very annoyed. I told him that it was fine and if he can help me put our bags in the lockers. After my mother and I finished using the treadmills we headed over to the StairMaster. 5 minutes into my workout I noticed a young lady on the treadmill in front of me place her sweater and bag on the treadmill next to her and Shaun/Deshaun walked right passed her and didnt say a single thing to her. Also while using the StairMaster another staff who was cleaning the equipment decided it would be okay to clean the equipment I was currently using. I felt very uncomfortable and worried about my safety and as well as hers being so close to the moving parts of the stairmaster. Overall I didnt enjoy my workout today and was very anxious and felt targeted. @Chuzefitness Please Train your current and future employees to work more on their customer service skills.

Very clean, inviting, and encouraging to those just starting out. I would give 5 stars but the music is always too loud and there is some kind of interference with Bluetooth that causes my wireless headphones to constantly cut out.

Great place to work out. Outdoor work out is awesome!! Employees are respectful and friendly.

Overall a clean and well run gym. However I wear a different mask that doesnt cover my whole face. But my nose and mouth. I was told that was unacceptable. Yet out of about 40 clients working out. 13 either had their nostrils exposed or even their mouth. I felt singled out. Im not sure if the San Bernardino County of health would approve my mask but under the purple tier I know it wouldnt approve 30 percent of the members that day.

Needs to be a true 24 hour gym, gym staff will re rack weights on equipment you are using also they repeat these weird reminders constantly its pretty awkward but over a good gym with good equipment at a great price

I just went in and I was helped my Elana. She was very sweet and welcoming. She was very informative on everything the gym has to offer.

Tried other gyms, but felt way comfortable here. Friendly staff and atmosphere! Great gym to start working out at if you’re nervous. Also their smoothies are the BOMB after a good workout!

One of the best gyms Ive been to in years! Staff is the friendliest and weights are usually put back by employees if some noob left them laying them around.

The staff is amazing they are very family oriented, they make it feel like home. They provide such a great environment and thats important when youre focused on your health and wellness. Its such a great and positive place you can definitely accomplish your goals when everyone is so encouraging.

Cleaning equipment and facilities was a priority before Covid-19. I have been a member at 24 hour fitness, crunch, planet fitness but Chuze is by far my favorite. The restrooms are always clean, plenty of equipment to workout, affordable kids membership. Good staff.

I have tried many gyms and no one makes me feel as comfortable as this one. Staff is amazingly polite and welcoming. It’s a very clean and chill environment. I don’t have to worry about the machines or floor being dirty cause they are always on top of it. The smoothie are delicious and they always make sure you get it as you ask for it. They always welcome you with “hello there, enjoy your workout.” The best is that I don’t feel judge or uncomfortable here. The sauna, hydromassage, pool, theater and more are some of the goodies this gym has for us to enjoy of a great workout time. I recommend to join Chuze fitness 100%.

In my opinion the ultimate workout gym, except its lacking additional leg press machine please, add one more leg press to this facility.

I love that this place is not crazy busy when I specifically go and has versatility in workouts. I have the ability to use steam room, saunas and otherwise but I dont do all that laziness and it can be unhealthy. I go for the pool and weight training, etc.. The rowing machines were a great surprise! Tires, kettle bells, oh yes my kind. Next you NEED NEED NEED punching bags!

This gym is the best one I have ever been to. Great staff, equipment, customer service, and awesome vibe. The only suggestion I can contribute if I am allowed will be to add jump ropes and foam rollers with spikes. This company is killing the market, way to go.

This place has an amazing energy. Im very happy with my membership. The environment makes you want to keep coming and reach your individual goals. There is plenty of equipment and extras for all and the staff is awesome.

I so love the video room. I can do 15.minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill by watching the movies on the big screen. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Workout and a movie

Planet fitness continued to bill me monthly after I was shot, and even though I was hospitalized, bedridden, and almost dead... wouldnt cancel my membership unless I was there in person!! Then continued to charge me for 6 months, while I was in rehab relearning how to walk... Chuze fitness has better equipment and more to offer at the same price. You decide who cares more about your health... true story.

I changed from LA Fitness great gym, I just moved to ChuzeFitness because it’s closer to my house but I wasn’t very convinced about the different plans they have I knew some people would take advantage of some services they don’t pay for till I saw it happen. Someone banging on the door by the pool the other day because they wanted me to open them because they don’t have access for the sauna. Now, why I’m going to be paying more than other when others if people do this ? I’m about to leave this gym if something similar happens again.

Love this gym my daughter and i have been going for over 3mths now. Great staff in the kids club theyre very professional and attentive to the kids. Staff is always nice with welcoming greetings coming in and when youre leaving.

I am so very happy that i changed from plant fitness! I love walking into chuze fitness and always being greeted by a nice friendly staff member. As far as i can see equipment is always clean and never broken unlike other places. I really like the way it never smells like a dirty locker room....lol. i would definitely recommend coming here

I come here very often and no matter what you pay the overall experience is equal in my opinion the best part of the gym is the outside turf are and the indoor theater with treadmills inside. Overall very solid gym.

I was skeptical at first because of the location but its my new favorite gym! Very clean, neat, hydro massage and outdoor workout area is my favorite!!

As of right now I would have to give this newly-built establishment a 1-star rating do to the general manager Jeff being annoying on more than one occasion. The Aquatic section of the gym still does not seem to be operating fully after 2 weeks of being open and its very disappointing. The equipment is great but I definitely had to give this a 1-star rating because Jeff was being overbearing about a grunting policy which he is taking extremely personal with members at the gym. I hope to be able to change this review in the future feel more positive.
