SUPER CLEAN. Check-in desk employee is very friendly. Lots of weights, lots of machines, and wasnt too busy at 7am on a Thursday. I normally go to a different location. This one is great, too.

Quiet place to work out at. Pool, indoor basketball court, dance hall, and even place to do suicides on fake grass. An Amazon pickup and showers with big lockers. Trainers are friendly and training classes are in the morning though. Free weights, elliptical, step stairs with individual TVs to watch whatever.

Very nice gym. Equipment is excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, I joined because I was told they were going to be a 24hr gym. They advertise being a 24 hr gym, but they are not...

I asked one of the people at the front desk why we can’t use the basketball courts and they responded by saying, ”sweat may get on the ball or something.” This is absolute bull, I’m paying for all amenities of this gym, BASKETBALL COURT INCLUDED!! I’ve decided to call a few other gyms and their courts have been open the whole time, LA fitness also blamed the governor for the basketball courts being closed and yet other gyms are open . Enough of the bull💩, let people have the power to make their own choices and to assess their own risk .

Great gym. Just like any other gym it provides what I need. They have a lot of free weights that you can use instead of just machines with a limited number of motion or weights how I’ve seen in other local gyms. The only downside is that it’s not 24hours. But if the schedule works for you then this gym is great. Some have racket ball, basketball, and pools

Alright have been at this location for a year now. Honest review front desk they only hire girls and sometimes they are nice and most times they are on their phones. A lot of times they’re just flirting with the trainers and sales people so you’ll hardly get greeted. They have a lot of free time and they should honestly re -rack weights because it’s a mess looking for them everyday. Laziest and most bipolar staff ever.

Very pushy sales people, lackluster fitness instructors, every other gym has been reopened since the county reopened, something is fishy, why they wouldnt be open yet!

Just signed up and had the Chefs Tour of the facilities. Number one focus was Basketball courts and they are much better than my old gym, LA Fitness in San Carlos that had low ceilings and poor lighting. All the areas looked well stocked with equipment and Lots of classes for various training styles. I will revisit my recommendation after a few months to see how I feel then. So far they look pretty good!

This place is clean and you will always get greeted and make you feel welcome. Never get training sessions, I feel they just want your money and dont really care about you. Cool its there job to make money but at least show that you are there to help out not just to get it over with. Did give them the benefit of the doubt, so what did I do change trainer. Not once but 3 times so I rather lose my money because I am better by my self.

I went today trying to work out and it was made to wear so so I turned around and left. Im hoping LA fitness will realize that it is not a law to wear a mask its only mandated you can choose to let us go you can choose to let us go in and work out without being controlled, if it keeps up I will quit my membership

I recently became a member of LA Fitness and my experience so far has been great. This specific location has been newly remodeled and is very clean, very spacious, and all the equipment is very nice. Also the all the staff here have been very pleasant. I had my first training assessment with Chanel and she was extremely sweet, very understanding, and provided me with so much knowledge. We sat and talked, I told her what it was I feel I needed and she was able to help me make a plan for my goals and helped me get a better understanding of what I needed to do. She also taught me some meet great workouts. I definitely recommend anyone interested in beginning a new fitness journey to come here and speak with the staff, they will get you pointed in the right direction.

This is my first time here and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. Not a very big gym but set up nice. Friendly staff and liked the locker room. Only reason I dont give a five-star is because they dont have a sauna or a Jacuzzi. The pool was heated so thats a plus. I would definitely come back.

Great experience every time I go. When I first checked it out, the manager Gill was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. Gill customized my membership so that I wasnt paying for things I didnt need, which allowed me and my wife to join at an incredible price. I use to be a member of planet fitness and it was horrible. This gym is clean, open, not crowded, and the workers are very friendly. They also gave me and my wife a 1hr try with their professional trainers Mark and Anthony. Both are not your cookie cutter you tube trainers, but are very professional. If you want that perfect body in 1yrs or less, they will definitely make it happen. So far, Im enjoying the gym. I like that they have a pool which was my main desire, and they are much cheaper and less crowded than 24hr fitness. I would have given 5stars but they dont have a steam room or jacuzzi, and the pool is a little small. Other than that theyre great.

Great gym, no complaints there. Walking in you should be welcomed by staff. Staff do not acknowledge their members and are usually on their personal cellphones.

Excellent gym! There is a wide variety of exercise equipment. All staff are kind and get along with members very well. There is always a consistency of cleaning and maintenance around the building. It may be alittle pricier than most gyms, however it is definitely worth it!

No one picks up phone in corporate and as answer emails - had bad experience . I tried to call at different times of the day still no luck to reach no one. No one acknowledge emails. I’m not coming back

The gym is good, but if you are planning to get a personal trainer DO NOT GET IT! They told me give a try and I said ok, I ask before I sign if I can cancel whenever I want and they said yes, John told me he was gonna give 4 free sessions a moth on top of the sessions that I was gonna pay, .... apparently he was always busy to give me my free sessions, and I didnt like the training so I try to cancel and they said I cant 😡 Now I have to keep the trainer for 10 more months paying $40 for 30 minutes, 😠

This LA Fitness is very nice and new and clean however small compared to the other locations. This gym does NOT have a Sauna, Jacuzzi, Racket Ball courts, or boxing punching bags. Also this gym only has ONE water fountain. Staff is okay. Just keep in mind it sucks that other LA fitness locations have A sauna, Jacuzi and what not and this one does not and they make you pay the exact same amount as if you would pay for a LA fitness location that offers more. This would be a great gym if it had what other LA Fitness have!!!

I like this gym the staff is very helpful and the gym have many programs in meeting your goals. The trainers are very helpful as well. I have an amazing trainer by the name of Amanda. I have been working out with her for a month so far and i have already lost 11 inches 😀.

Best LA Fitness. This gym has every weightlifting item you need. Plenty of cardio equipment so there is no waiting around. Best part is that its always super clean (very appreciative of this!) I drive past my work just to workout here as opposed to my other LA Fitness option.

I had gone through 8 different trainers at multiple LA fitness locations. All of them were terrible and I was responsible for scheduling my own appointments around their availability. I decided to give it one more shot and tried the San Bernardino location. I found Amanda who is one of the best trainers around. I have a blast working with her and she makes sure my schedule is the same every week. She restored my faith in this company. This gym is very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Carmen is a fantastic Zumba instructor. Really enjoying this place so far.

Had a week pass and got to check it out. Its a nice gym and new, also a plus that its clean. My main problem here is three things. They have no sauna or punching bags. Whats up with that?? Then to top it off they have bad hours, closes at 11pm. With these issues will stick to 24 hr fitness few doors down.

Customers Beware Of A Fraud !Whatever you do, DON’T sign up for Private Sessions !!!The manager will tell you that it’s only $40, But you’ll end up Paying $160$ a month + the 40$ membership !If you like to pay $200 a month for a Kid that will tell you make sure you’re back is straight while you work out, then go ahead .

It’s a great gym compare to any of the ones I ever been in. I had my first appointment with my personal trainer Chanel and it went amazing. When I arrived there I was nervous, shy, slightly uncomfortable but that was more of a me feeling not because of the place. Anyways Chanel really invested her time with me she was in no rush or anything she was really nice and outgoing and she made me feel comfortable my shyness went out the window and I learned so much from her. This gym is really about investing in yourself and not at all about the money or what so ever they sit with you talk to you answer all your questions it was an overall great experience

Ok, so I personally like the gym because it’s kept fairly clean. Here is my issue, I have been in personal training for about two years. The first trainer I had was cool, but he also seemed disinterested in actually training me. Ok well then I’ll switch, that’s fine I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable training me. The second trainer I had got straight to the point and knew a lot of work outs that I’ve never done that really focused on what I wanted. So I figured it’s time for me to end my PT. I talked to a manger to cancel it and he said he noted it, ok a couple days go by, about 6 days, and I still got charged for personal training. So my issue is that things are not done when you’re promised that they will be. Coming from a corporate background, I should have known that things like this require traceability. So if you plan on PT or if you’re going to cancel your membership, make sure that it is noted and that you have the ability to pull up any documents that specifically states your intentions. If not, if your agreements are verbal, you can guarantee that they will not do what they promised you they will do. I was trying to cancel one membership and after talking to them 3 times about the cancellation, lo and behold, they didn’t cancel it. So if you are going to do business with them, be careful and be specific. Pro tip: always, always, always have traceability. You need to pull up documents when you need to, especially in this case. Also, they will be super friendly so that when it comes to situations like this you wouldn’t be so hostile, however when hundreds of dollars are flowing out of your account because of the lack of initiation on their part, you need to be prepared to have documents to dispute them. I had to call the bank to have them dispute the ~$200 that just left my bank account. Be a business person when you deal with any of their staff, do not act like a customer. That’s how they will get you.If you would like to know why I gave it 4 stars after what seems like a bad review, view my yelp review. I gave the reason why I gave this club 4 stars. It’s mostly out of sympathy because I too know how it’s like to work in that environment.

Fairly new gym so it still looks nice. They only have one drinking fountain and 1 proper squat cage (although theres 3 Smith machines and 2 racks).

Water fountain is always down and usually takes a month to fix. Janitor gets in the way of your workout and closes out machines so you cant use while he cleans, which is usually all day. On a good note the gym is typically clean and hardly ever crowded.

Very happy so far w this particular location. I go in off peak times so that may account for the fact that despite the place being small there is always a machine that I want to use open, the locker room is beautiful, the showers are very clean, the pool isnt over crowded.Fellow gym goers are polite and an excellent selection of old, young, fit, not so fit, and people who are trying to better themselves and not play love connection. The staff is courteous and not overbearing, the environmental services people are always out and about keeping things stocked and sparkling.This is one of the smaller la fitness facilities. If you gym for the sauna or a whirlpool or a juice bar then this isnt the location for you. None of that is part of my gym to do list (sit in a room sweating like a hooker in church after I just worked out? Do you want to get dehydration or heat stroke? Hmm. And juice? I can hit up a Jamba Juice and probably pay less).So yeah. I love it. The only thing I would beg for is make it a 24 hour.

The new gym is great. Lots of equipment and lots of updated equipment. Its just as good as the 24 hr fitness at Redlands. If you live close to Hospitality Lane, then LA Fitness is a good choice.

WiFi has been down for months now, download your music before you come. Still currently down.It seems as if they dont care, since its been months without WiFi and that should be relatively easy to get... its almost, 2020. Really too bad if this is your local LA Fitness.

Sales reps, and I say sales reps cause their one straw away from being pushy car sales men. Anytime I hear what can I do to earn your business? I already know the sales man is about the sale. The guy sits me down and goes over profiling questions that have nothing to do with physical fitness all without permission, I think one would call that prying without permission for a statement. Lol I even told the guy to lose the cheap sales talk from one sales guy to another. Even if they had proper sales training the facility lacked a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi not due to space but because they were cheap and would not expense the proper plumbing to accomodated those extra features.

Love the indoor infinity edge lap swim pool but there is no jacuzzi at this facility

What can you say.... This gym is aweome, but lacks what others have. The only thing missing at this gym is a jacuzzi. Literally. This doesnt get packed like in Fontana, and their machines are top notch and not outdated. This is the gym to be at. But not for long. I live in Muscoy and it is a very far drive, so getting there is a hassle. BUT GOD HAS SPOKEN and there will now be a gym next to Ralphs on university. Which I am ecstatic for. Im going to the gym every single day on my bike.EDIT: 7/19/18 After going to the gym on university, I feel like this gym(hospitality) lacks a/c and bright lighting. I get a totally different vibe when I am at this gym, this place seems boring. ALSO the dumbbells are scattered or stolen because I couldnt find a matching weight. This gym needs to be revamped.

This is one of the worst gyms Ive been to. Employees are rude and dont care about customers. I had just signed up a month ago with the family plan and they were overcharging us. Apparently, WE were the ones who misunderstood. They didnt even care to do something or apologize. Id rather go to Planet Fitness, its cheaper and employees care about theyre customers.

Everting is good except the pushy ass salesman. Like if I don’t wants something leave it at that.

The gym itself is clean, however almost all the employees are to into each other than the patrons. They have no basketballs and when asked it was explained that the manager has it that way. The personal trainers seem to not keep scheduled appointments and there is no follow up on missed appointments. Horrible customer service all the way around.

I cant comment on the trainers or workers, but I can say that they seriously need to upgrade their equipment. All of the machines looked like they were 15 years old, primitive, hard to use contraptions compared to whats in the Sierra Lakes and the Redlands locations. I dont think Ill be returning to this gym.

Never too busy and its better maintained than other LA Fitness. Only con is no sauna.
