Big gym with lots of equipment- they do a great job of keeping it clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is never too busy here so I never have to wait for anything I need (machine/weights/shower ect) Definitely recommend this gym! You can always try it out with a free 3 day pass

Planet fitness offers very competitive pricing and a welcoming environment. I do wish there were more free weights available, but they have a plethora of cardio machines to choose from. The 30 min workout loop is great, and a smart idea!

Been going to the gym since it reopened, and it’s nice and clean. I like it, but I don’t get the reasoning behind still enforcing masks since as of today they are not required by state law? I’m fully vaccinated for a couple months now and isn’t that the whole reason we got vaccinated? So we could go back to normal? It’s very uncomfortable working out with a mask on hopefully the owner updates the policy soon to get with the science

One of the larger gyms in the area. Lots of equipment that is well maintained and clean. 24/7 and no attitude. Love this gym

Love the affordability, the help they provide you with your training, which is included. You dont have to pay extra for a trainer. The only drawback is tgat tgey dont offer fitness classes.

This gym has everything I need no complaints there, the staff does q great job on cleaningBut they can sure be a bit more friendly and Im sure Im not the only one who notices this but there are several customers with actual disabilities who need the handicap parking first and not the staff ( specifically that young kid with the red charger/challenger) please coach him asap.

Only been here twice and will continue to go. This location is super clean and has enough machines to accomplish your workout and its right off the freeway.

Always clean always friendly staff.. and even at their peak hours youll always find equipment to workout with, no waiting in line to work out like other big fitness gyms.

Clean n cold. Less benches than other PF locations.

This is a great affordable gym. I happen to walk in to ask some questions and I was given a one-time day pass for free. The staff was courteous and efficient. The gym was very clean and not crowded but maybe because I walked in in the morning time. In the women’s locker room they have lockers to put your belongings, you just need to bring a small lock and key for it. They have a really cool “30 minute station” with all the machines you need to get a quick workout on but of course they have all they other equipment you see at a name brand gym. I didn’t ask about their membership fees because I was only interested in a day pass since I already belong to a CrossFit gym that I love I just needed a back plan for those days I don’t make it to my CrossFit class. Overall the experience was pleasant and easy.

Spoke with Princesa the manager about getting a refund back from the automatic charge of the membership fee. The Planet Fitness website indicates that upon reopening, there should be a courtesy email sent reminding that our membership will be resuming, however I did not receive an email. She was very unfriendly and unprofessional. If there was a mistake on their end, they should fix it instead of pulling out money from my account when I havent used their premises during Covid.

Quality equipment and they have ample cleaning stations that include hand sanitizer. They also follow COVID guidelines.

Go to workout and its fine. Youll see all the usual crazy types, but thats the nature of the gym. Its like its own little habitat. I gave it 4 stars because of the mask required at all times policy. Honestly, its fine. It doesnt seem overly crowded, its clean, and if you are going to workout, youll have no problem finding something fun to do.

Ive been with this location for two years and its overall a good place. It was amazing when I first started going (always clean equipment that was brand new and always working). Now the floors arent that clean (especially the corners) and people break equipment all the time (especially the leg press machine) and I wish we had cybex machines with moving arm handles like the elliptical machines. But its still a good place to work out in general though.

I love the gym!!! Its a clean and large facility. All the staff are really nice and very welcoming. Every time I go in I feel like I am more then just a membership. They welcome you with a great and friendly hello and let you know they are there to help and answer your questions. I really enjoy fitness training class with trainer Ethan. He makes the the training to meet your needs and pushes you to make sure you get the best workout.

Its an ok gym, like that youre able to wipe down the machines and I enjoy the atmosphere.

If they don’t open soon at this location I may end up canceling my membership. It doesn’t look like they are taking care of the problem they have. No maintenance trucks or anything and I can’t keep driving 20 minutes away to Highland because of gas as I am a student.

Fair warning, planet fitness isnt the kind of gym that will make you look like the incredible Hulk. Im not trying to be so ripped that I have to go through doors sideways. Planet Fitness will get you fit, and like any other gym only for what you put into it. Great staff and equipment, especially at this price...now if only theyd get some rowing machines. (Black card is best cause everything is better with a buddy)

I glad I moved forward with trying something different with Planet Fitness. Im loving the vibe at this location and most of the staff are really friendly. It makes life easier being across the street from my job. Thumbs up having tanning available and more then two stair masters.

Great price but I need classes. I thought I would be motivated to use the 30 minute area but Im not self motivated enough. I want to use the class trainer but I dont understand how, because its never been available when ever I have been there. Otherwise it is a clean nice place, perfect for self motivaters.

One of the best pf locations ive seen princess is the greatest very helpful and knowledgeable and the other guys and girls are awesome as well much love to all. On top of the the gym is very clean never to busy always able to use the equipment with little to no wait. Id recommend all to come here

I googled this planet fitness to make sure they were open and it does say that they are open I am here this morning and there’s nobody here nobody in the parking lot it’s completely empty I’m not sure why they state that they are open on Google when they aren’t please change this immediately

Drove by today and the gym appears to be open again (even though the website still says the gym is closed due to power failure) after the recent maintenance issues.This is a very nice gym when it is open. Clean and friendly.

This is a review for Planet Fitness as a whole not just this location. Its a good gym, almost completely empty at night which is great because Im disabled. Clean facilities, I like the bench press set up so you dont need a spotter.Why two stars:Good luck to you if you need customer service. I fell in a gap in their system over a year ago. I havent been able to use or even cancel my membership in the last year because I was never given the membership package which includes a key card that you need to do anything. Ive tried to contact them whenever I find the time. They make it extremely difficult and I was blown off every time. Id love to just cancel and move on as Ive wasted more than enough money on a membership I cant use but I cant even do that without the damn keycard. Its a shame because I did like this gym. Now Im just angry and ripped off.Facilities: clean, good equipment 10/10Employees: friendly but incompetent 4/10Customer service: nonexistent 0/102 stars.EDIT: I was told my issue was forwarded to corporate and the management of a planet fitness. Whether its the one my membership is at or the one closest to me I dont know, never heard back. They obviously dont care and have just been funneling my money for months. Over a year now.

This is a great gym, it’s brand new and has great staff and an amazing vibe. Love my workouts here and the messages I receive after. Worth it to be a black card member, you can bring a friend very time which helps keep the motivation up. I usual come in between 7-9 and there is always enough machines available without a wait time.

The friendliest place to go. I love it here cause I can go any hour any day it never closes. I highly recommend this place. Love it here and my family loves it.

Lots of equipment to workout with and very clean

This review is for the 30 minute PF360 fitness class with Ethan. Beware it will leave you sweaty and sore, but its a great workout! Targets your legs mostly with a bit of upper body and core workout. Once again Ethan was thorough and encouraging, explaining how the exercise works out your muscles. Stoked to try these exercises again on my own!Shout out to Ethan for successfully taking me through yet another fitness corse, abs and and core and Im already feeling it! Hes a great motivator, definitely brings me back to THIS location.

Staff members are really nice the facility is clean I enjoy going there.

Both times I have exercised at PF since joining have been a bust. When I paid my $40 to join they told me they often played sports channels on TVs. I have gone twice—hoping to watch a football game (MNF & NCAA playoffs—both on ESPN). Come to find out, they will not change their set channels. 22 TVs playing 11 different networks and the only sports network being FSN—but no live games. Instead, they insist on showing 2 infomercials, 4 cable news networks, and a few obscure channels playing old sit coms. I asked if I could get a refund and was curtly told, “No refunds.” Lesson learned Fortunately there’s a sports restaurant across the street.

I love this place from day 1... Now its time for me to spread my wings and change to a different planet fitness location in Highland. I needed more challenges on my fitness goal.. any advice will truly help and appreciated. it gets to the point that im starting to get unmotivated on my fitness goal. would be nice to have someone to encourage, and to motivate you.

I’m not sure if my car is safe here. Broken glasses in the parking lot of planet fitness in early morning, last week. No one in the office seemed concerned.

Very clean & tidy health facility. They have water fountain, restroom, lockerroom, and many gym tools to offer.Parking (free) may be hard to find around 5-7pm.Staff are always welcoming and very friendly!Members can use the item lockers but will have to bring their own lock. In the special area are tanning rooms and hydrobeds (need staff assistance).

Its clean, they have a large amount of machines. What else is there to want? I go in the late evenings around midnight so its great this one is 24/7. Staff is always welcoming!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Im always greeted and welcomed. I talk to some of the staff on a name basis. The best part about the gym is that I can go in and complete my workout within an hour to an hour and 15 mins, and just go about my day. Ive never had to wait to use any equipment and the majority of the members clean up after themselves and even so, the staff does routine cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment. Dont ever have to step over plates or dumbbells on the floor. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who just wants to get their workout in fairly quickly and not be pitched by pushy salespeople.

Not crowded, $10 a month, clean, lots of equipment, locker room and showers. Cant complain.

Gym is closed. The website says for power failure. A sign on the door says its for water damage. Either way there is no evidence that repairs are being made (I.e. maintenace trucks parked in front). I wonder how long Planet Fitness expects people to pay for a gym that may never reopen.

Love this workout place for those days I cant see my personal trainer. Equipment and staff always processiknal and clean.

I had 2 accounts, one for me and one for my husband. He decided to stop going, so I went in person to cancel his and up mine to the black card. His account was never canceled and I was charged for both. I canceled within time limit to not be charged for the next month. Seriously! Going in and canceling mine and the thought to be canceled account.

Nice and comfortable location. Atmosphere is always welcoming and seeing everyone try their best gives you motivation as well.

The best Planet Fitness hands down! Never overcrowded. Very nice staff. Clean place. The only thing is at night its hard to find parking because the customers at MiMis Cafe park all over the place...sometimes right infront of the gym.

Love it!! I didn’t know there was a pf closer to Redlands..and the location is far better than the other SB locations..today was my first work out at this new pf gym and I definitely enjoyed it..only thing is that I wish they had Zumba classes..it’s only been open for a month so I’m hoping that in the near future they do add them on.
