Number 1 The dispatch of the company was very rude! They told me 5 to 30 mins . It was 40. The lady called to tell me the cab was sitting outside but when i was walking around a little outside i still did not see the cab. I got a little worried so i called back to make sure he wasnt lost. I was very nice and explained someone had called and said the cab was outside. Apparently it was the same lady that had called and she snapped at me and told me i was basically a liar and she said they would be arriving shortly which is not what she said. Its not a big deal about the cab not being outside. However to snap at me the way she did was completely uncalled for! On the other hand my cab driver was very very kind and he did try to make it there in a very timely manner. It was a little pricey but just speaking with the dispatch lady is what really put a bad taste in my mouth for sure.

My son and his girlfriend used your limo service to attend his prom this past weekend, they had a wonderful time the driver was fun and really made the kids feel special also the special touch of having the napkins match the colors they were wearing. A wonderful experience and will most definitly use Starr-Al again.
