A very good place to get window tinting was very prompt and did a very good job. Have very high quality 3M tint products and a lifetime nationwide warranty that they make sure they give you and explain before you leave. Was very friendly and very nice I was there for a little over a hour but it didnt seem like it because I had a great conversation with the front staff while there. Tint was a very good price also for 3M and they offer military and veterans discount. I would definitely recommend fletch window tent. I can also tell a big difference with having regular window tint and the new 3M ceramic tinting the car is way cooler when siting out in the sun wish my other car had the 3M tint.

One of the best vehicle tint services in West San Antonio. Came for side windows and back side tint. They are acting Avery and 3M ceramic films whick works great with a reasonable price. Remember to book an appointment. They only accept appointment at this time. Ask for Sally or Juan and you will be happy with service and accomodations. One of the best experiences that I have had with a business, ever! We had our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L completely tinted. All the windows, the panoramic sunroof, the full windshield, and the windshield eyebrow. Not only do they use top-of-the-line materials, but their customer service is second to none. After we left the business, we noticed a very small water spot on our sunroof shade (probably caused by the soapy water solution used on the sunroof). We called the company, and they immediately set us up with an appointment with a professional detailer to have the spot cleaned. They paid for everything, and they even reimbursed us for our time spent having the water spot removed (which only took the detailer about 2 minutes to do). We were totally blown away with the entire experience. If youre looking for an honest company to trust your brand new vehicle with, I would highly recommend Fletch Window Tint. They have made me a lifelong customer, and I am sure they will do the same with you.

I just purchased a nice black luxury sedan, needed windows done and looked up the reviews. 5 stars and a warranty were the reasons I called. Service was responsive and booked for the following day. They started the appointment on time, waiting room was nice and pleasant. Great owners and employees. Finished in an hour. Not cheap, but reasonable for 3M product, and perfect install. I doubt I would ever need the warranty, but I would be confident that they would honor it. I received all warranty docs in real time before I left. 1st class operation, and the right company to take it to for sure if you have a new vehicle.

The people here are very nice and they have good quality products and craftsmanship. They did a wonderful job on two of my vehicles. The windshield for one of them was not properly set and they redid the windshield the next day at no cost to me. I love the quality of the window tint and I would recommend them to everyone.

We are a returning customer! Our 2nd installer was Jose and he was friendly and efficient. He was late but it was out of his control as the prior customer locked the keys in their car. They do provide a military discount which is a plus in a military city. They have a mobile service which is very convenient so you don’t have to wait at a shop. I had my car fully tinted last week at their new office on Grissom (mobile service was not available for 3 weeks). I chose this company due to all the 5 star reviews.Strengths: great tint job, used top of the line ceramic 3M product, sign on front door mandating masks, waiting area limited to one customer at a time, technician (Juan) was awaiting us on arrival and clarified pricing with me to avoid misunderstandings as I wasn’t informed previously of the cost of existing tint removal, and they were able to set up an appointment only a few days after I called. All awesome. Did I mention, great tint job?Considerations: No receptionist present to unlock front door or go over tint options in detail in person as discussed on phone as she was on a long lunch/running errands (although not a showstopper as technician covered it...just not what was expected), technician not wearing mask for entirety of our ~3 hours there to include interactions (if we knew this was the standard protocol here we would have booked with another company), waiting room doesn’t have internet so working remotely was a challenge, bc no internet they can’t use their plotter for cutting tint so everything is hand cut (tint still came out great but for the same cost I could have gone elsewhere for computer precision). Of note, they have been working to get internet over the last couple months and expect to get it soon so the latter two issues should be resolved.I like how the tint job came out. It looks great and does make the car significantly cooler. Due to the other experience considerations above, which didn’t align with my expectations for a ~$900 job, I give this spot 3 stars.

I had my windows tinted last week. I called and asked a BUNCH of questions that they were happy to help with. 2 days later, Juan arrived at my office to apply the tint on my tahoe. It was super fast and convenient. I waited a few days to do this review just in case I didnt like how it was applied or if I saw bubbles. BUT IM TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME!! I even had my windshield done and can feel a difference in the amount of heat that comes in the vehicle. Thanks guys!

I worked directly with Kevin and he took excellent care of me and my new car - quality product, quality service. They were very flexible on schedule and worked around dealer make-ready requirements. The ceramic tint is great - its on all windows, all around, sunroof and front windshield. Our family is very fair skinned and needs protection from UV. Kevin recommended getting a clear ceramic on the front windshield to help with both heat and UV. I didnt even know that was an option and we love it! You can really tell a difference in the amount of heat coming through. This is the 4th vehicle that Fletch has done for us and we will keep coming back!

Great customer service and came to my site as promised. Technician was friendly and willing to redo the back section after I told him I wanted the high mounted tail lamp covered as well.
