Save your money don’t go by review they ask to rate them 5stars before the work is done don’t buy the Groupon (they advertise entire full car) they will charge u 40-60$ more when u arrive, I had two cars done I was told to come first thing in the morning so I dropped my car off at 11 My car was NOT done until literally last minute closing at almost 6pm just to have it returned a mess!! And I was charged the same price as my suv for my small car and I still can’t get the spots off my brand new 2021 Kia Rio I am very disappointed in the way Brian handled this

I went with the Groupon they had but added the ceramic which was an upcharge of about 40 bucks. I only needed my front 2 windows but decided to also get the front windshield covered(the bar across the top). Addition 40 bucks for that. I have to say the service was way above and beyond. I had to come back but only cause I wanted to get the bar shorter. They will definitely give you what you want and how you want the car tinted. From now on any tint Jobs I need or if you need come here. They get busy and booked really fast so be prepared to schedule something.

I decided to get my windows tinted before leaving on a last minute road trip and looked to 1st Class Window Tint. Brian was accommodating and gave me a great deal. I was in and out within a hour and very pleased with the flawless quality of tint I received. If I was basing this on service alone, I would give 5 stars. The employees were friendly, got a small discount, and were finished within the timeline they gave. The application was good, no bubbles from what I saw. Unfortunately I had to lower the rating because of the product I was sold. I bought the top tier ceramic tint they offer, based on them telling me that it would block heat much better than regular tint. My previous car had regular tint, and with the ceramic it feels the exact same. (I had the same car just a different trim) In my opinion ceramic is not worth the extra price, I dont notice a difference.

No sense of urgency. Everyone waited for 2-4 1/2 hours and almost everyone was only 1 to 2 windows. Definitely need more communication with customers. They need to learn not to overbook if they can’t handle the workload.

They did amazing! The guys know their stuff as I had factory tint and idk what 70% plus 25% would make it😂 but it’s just what I wanted. I got ceramic sides and clear nano tint for the front windshield. My car in 98° Texas weather isn’t a challenge anymore haha. Brian helped me understand the process and was very patient with me, as I wanted to know everything. Thanks again! I’ll be doing business with them and future cars :) also did a Groupon but you can just speak with them and they’ll work close to that price

I bought a Groupon for my daughters car with a value of $399 for a “full car tint” I called to setup and appointment and the representative told me that the Groupon does not cover back window, and it was an additional charge of $40 or more….and the tint was a basic tint. What is the $399 value? This sounds like false advertisement to me. It’s frustrating and disappointing. This was a congratulatory gift for my daughter and now I’m not sure what to do!!!

Very good customer service from Brian, called and told me how it was and got it done. I would rate a 5 but the quality of the tint did not come out how I wanted it. Looks sharp from a distance but I look at details and there is a couple of things done wrong. Also, if you’re inside the vehicle, there’s vertical strikes on the tint when the sun hits it.

He walked me through the process and kept me in the loop through everything.My car is a 99 and I don’t think the tint has ever been changed before and was lifting a lot so I was expecting the removal to be pricey and then to add tint on top of that, but he def made sure I had a good dark tint and it was a great price! From the very friendly unfortunate phone call I had to have with them after the Groupon I had purchased had been redeemed, they were still more than happy to accomadate me and my schedule reguardless of the fact that I had showed up a full hour early. Thats how on it they were as a team and I will definitely reccomend them 10/10!
