Called for a Tow... Guy said okay... Never showed up... Company is a joke.

This was the best towing experience Ive ever had!

Never showed up. Had my car impounded by PD cause car was in a bad area on highway. Jerks.

Very happy with their services. They were on time, price was very reasonable. I recommend this company.

Do not bother calling! Use someone else! Called the guy said he was on route never showed! Me an my 3 kids left out in the heat for 2 hrs! Texted him an called, went straight to voicemail an the text never answered! Would give no stars if possible!

I called these people at 6:05PM!!! I called at 6:30Pm and asked if someone was coming he said YES. I figured he didn’t have the address so I texted him. NO REPLY. I called ALBERTS TOW COMPANY & they came out in 10 MINS! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR TIME. It was an emergency and we were stranded waiting hours for this company who was never coming! I saw a review left two days ago saying they never showed up I listened to him I didn’t receive one text or call about canceling or if they ever were on their way SMFH! Do not waste your time on these people !!!

Was lucky to get an answer within the first hour of calling. The guy said to text my info and he would show up after an hour, quoting me to drop my car off down the road. Luckily i had my second car to get me to where i needed to because he never showed up or bothered to send a courtesy call to cancel. If this was an actual emergency i would be stuck. Do not bother giving this company your business.
