We called several repossession companies and this company was able to recover our collateral quickly at a great price. We are very satisfied with their services! They were very professional and we will continue using them for repo services.

I called and explained we were on the top of the central library parking garage and we needed a tow. She quoted the price and I said fine. She said they would take 45 minutes and she hung up. I wondered why she didn’t ask for my name. I sat for 40 minutes and didn’t hear anything so I called. Then called again. Then texted and then I got a call back. I then was told that I hung up on her which was not the case. Then she told me she had the impression I didn’t want a tow. She did say she had the equipment to get into the garage and I knew that would be an issue. Nice thing was there was a truck really close and it took a few minutes to get here. The driver was very pleasant.

What a way to start my summer vacation... Stranded at the store. I called for a tow (other company) and I waited for two hours, no tow. Thus, called another tow company, SVT, and yes I was told tow would be able to take my car to the dealership within 45 minutes.True to their word, they arrived within the scheduled time, I also received a courtesy call notifying me that my car had been unloaded as well as the name of the service employee receiving my vehicle.Thank you!

Very pleased with the service. I was stranded on the side of the road and the lady on the phone was very nice and ensured that someone will be there to help me shortly. They arrived quickly and were very nice. I recommend using them.

Called an hour and a half before for a 9 pm tow so I would not have to wait long after work. He was 54 minutes late with no phone call. He attempted to tow my car from the rear after I told him I have a problem with the driver side wheel in both the initial phone call and meeting with the tow truck driver. He then asked is that what you told dispatch? Yes. I explained it all before. Well shoot I felt trapped after just wanting to go home. They wanted to charge me another $25.00 dolley fee from the original cost of $85. Then! He said he didnt have the key to the dolley and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Which means another 45 minutes to hour in their time. I told the driver to drop my car, Im done. Just got home after calling another tow truck. its almost 2 am and I have to get to work at 9 am. I do not recommend SVT towing

I calle 17 different towing companies and I know it was after midnight but they werent 24-7 as listed but SVT were there in less than the 20 minutes he quoted, he was fast with the tow and polite. I was impressed..
