Was stuck on the side of the road in San Antonio for nearly an hour and a half because they couldn’t read a map that I sent them that showed my exact location within 10 ft.They went to the wrong address first.You can’t call them, the phone doesn’t ring, just says this is a voicemail box that has not been set up yet.Their tracking status online to show where they are only shows their main office, not the driver, which is useless.The dispatcher told me I could ride in the truck with the driver, but the driver said he wouldn’t allow me to ride with him because of the virus.I 100% get that... I can understand that. But the fact is I had an hour and a half in which I COULD have arranged another ride. If they had let me know I wouldn’t be standing here now, in the median on the side of I-10 waiting on a new ride to come get me.

He came out to me quickly after my car died out in a remote area of the hill country, and he was still able to get me back into SA in time to see my next hungry little client. 🤱🏻Mohammad was a complete gentleman, not like other creeps in the tow truck world. Nice guys, but I wasn’t a fan of them trying to change the price on me after they finished towing my vehicle. We agreed on $100 but then afterwords they insisted on $140 because I didn’t tell them that the truck had toolboxes on it.? I wouldn’t have even thought to mention that, but would have gladly told them if they would’ve just asked before hand. It rubbed me the wrong way that they tried to turn it around on me like it was my fault for not telling them about the toolboxes, but I didn’t end up paying the full $140 after some discussion. Nice guys, but just be careful about the price swap.

Jasmine towing has a driver on the road that is very aggressive and will tailgate and ride your bumper if you happen to get in his lane, not very safe and is not a good trait for a towing company.

Just watched one of there driver go head on into traffic, ran the pick up towing a boat into the next laneas he then barely missed a car next to him. ALL BECAUSE HE WAS JACKING WITH HIS PHONE

HORRIBLE!!! One of the drivers almost hit me while I had my baby in the car then followed me and another car honking cause we honked at him!!! The whole time he stayed on his cell phone. Guess this company hires anyone!
