I had an emergency literately with my truck and needed to be towed right away! Never have I ever been treated so nice and in a great and professional manner by a towing company. Andy with Knights Towing sent one of his guys our in a hurry to help me out and tow my truck to my house for an affordable price. I asked these guys to bring my wrecked Mitsubishi from the collision center to my apartment complex while I figured out what I wanted to do with it. These guys went to pick up the vehicle promptly after I let them know it was ready and brought it to my apartment complexs parking garage with 7 clearance, all the way to the top, 5th. They had a tough time getting it into a corner parking spot up there because they had to turn the truck around up there and approach in reverse to get it the way I wanted it, but they did it all without so much as a mean look or complaint. In the end, I was charged $105 as they do add $30 for use of dollies that protect your vehicles tires and transmission while in transit. Otherwise the standard towing fee was $75 for anywhere inside Loop 1604.I called Andy on the phone and spoke to him primarily to set everything up: he was friendly and remembered me every time I called him back to give him more details to set up the tow.I called them a second time just to move my wrecked car (smashed left rear wheel compartment) across the street to get it handed off to a flatbed hauler and they did so just fine. They came a little later this time than I expected them to, but it worked out fine as the flatbed hauler had to get set up anyway. Since it was only down the garage and across the street, they reduced their usual base fee of $75 to $60 for me and I really appreciated that since I already pay for the flatbed.
