The group intensity keep me pushing myself to achieve new goals every single time. I increase my exercise capacity from lifting more weights, running & rowing farther distances in shorter times! Every time I go to Orangetheory, I know it’s going to be a great day filled with energy & excitement!
I have loved Orangetheory Natick since my very first class! The coaches and staff are friendly and encouraging and the workouts are always challenging. This studio is absolutely wonderful!
I love this place. Honestly signing up i wasnt really into the gym like that after my first class i told myself id try it for a month. I needed the environment and people for the push and I am obsessed. I love the work outs i love how fast it is I love my routine I love the energy there. Its bomb!

I like that the workouts vary so there is no getting bored. I love that they are challenging but doable and that I can push myself further than if I was just at the gym. The energy and direction of the coaches is phenomenal so I’m far less likely to injure myself while trying new things. Overall, I feel great when I leave and through out the entire day after attending an OTF class! So- thank you!!!
If you havent been in to try an introductory class, you absolutely need to. Worth every second of your time.The community is solid, uplifting, supportive and encouraging. And it doesnt matter what your skill level is or where you are at within your personal physical fitness goals/journey. Every workout can be modified to make sure you are safe and getting the most out of it. No two days provide the same workout, so goodbye to boredom and the dreaded plateau.I was a gym rat and dedicated many hours of my life to it for years. It use to take me at least 2-3 hours in the gym each day to feel the way I do after one 1hr class here. No joke. And it feels amazing to be part of a like minded community that keeps you accountable for your goals. Going back to the traditional gym life is just not going to happen for me and I couldnt be happier about that. 3 hours a week and I feel spectacular, motivated, and ready to concur my goals.
I love the class format. Time flies by, and if you ever think about giving up, the trainer and supportive community working out with you provide all of the encouragement you need to power through to the end. Plus, its different every day, making it difficult to get bored. I always leave with a sense of accomplishment.
I love the structure OTF provides for my workout! Way better than your regular gym - I get so much more out of the 60 min here then I ever did trying to work out on my own and cover each of the areas they do. AND you cant beat the enthusiasm the instructors have to keep you going!
I love this studio. The staff and coaches are friendly, the workout is amazing, and I love that I can see my progress. It’s highly motivating and has changed my fitness.
Ive been to many self paced gyms in the past but was never able to keep myself motivated to go regularly. This is different. First you are in a group setting and second your workout intensity is up on a TV for everyone to see. This pushes you to do better. After the class there is a sense of accomplishment. I love it and was hooked after the first week.
Have been going to OT for over a year now and I must say no two workouts are the same. They are challenging but at your personal pace. Friendly and compassionate. I have recommended OT to a lot of my friends and they have loved it and joined. This is the next phenom in workout! You have to go, you dont know what you are missing.
Today was my first time at Orange Theory and it was great!! The staff was super attentive and very encouraging. The workout was great and was also fun. The instructor, Hailey, made sure I was comfortable throughout the class since I was a newbie. I will definitely be back soon! I left there feeling excited for my next workout with them.
I love this studio, I love the workouts, and I love the transition Ive made in a short period of time. Efficient, productive, and great for all levels of fitness.
I really like the accountability. I definitely push myself harder working out in a group. They workouts are always different which keeps it fun too!
Excellent location, knowledgeable coaches, perfect workouts if you want to lose weight and tone your muscles etc. Great atmosphere with varying challenges such as “Hell Week”, “Weight Lose Challenge” and other challenging workouts; I am never bored with the various workouts.For a novice exerciser like me, I am in love with going to OTF at least 3x.
As a dedicated athlete, its hard to find a good work out that challenges me...but no doubt orange theory gave me a workout I could feel for days! Amanda was a great and inspiring coach who showed me some new moves that I incorporate into my daily workouts. Highly recommended!!
Orange Theory has been great for me. I have been a member for a little over a year and still feel like I am seeing results. I love the varied workouts each week and the class schedule works well for me. I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a challenging, but very doable workout on a regular basis. The front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable and the coaches are great!
Organized. Challenging. Motivating. I very much like the feedback both from the coaches and from the screen re: my performance in the workout. I journal the performance and it keeps me motivated to keep coming back.
Accommodates any fitness level. Dont be intimidated by not being able to run on the treadmill.! That was the biggest reason I stayed away for so long. Power walking cycling or running you get your butt kicked....in a good way!
The reception staff here are terrible and have really poor customer relationships. When I went and mentioned that the ipad on one of the treadmills wasnt working for me - they responded with we know. When I asked well, Ive paid for the heart monitor as a feedback loop for me during the class so now how will I know my stats on the treadmill? Nothing, they just looked blankly at me. Its clear that this is an issue with this particular studio as I have tried others and the customer service is awesome at the other studios. Because of this poor customer service at the reception, I switched studios. Sadly I will miss Kristin, she is a great coach.
Went to try out a class at the location in Natick earlier this week and was just blown away by the entire experience. the staff is very friendly and personable, they are very good at making you feel comfortable and making sure youre well informed. Workout was great, very high intensity for 45 minutes/1 hr, definitely felt like I was working. The use of the heart rate monitors that are supplied and everyone in the class has was really awesome and helped me push myself during my workout. Will definitely be attending again. I highly recommend those who are considering checking it out to take the free first class if you are local to the studio.
I like that it is intense but only an hour. It works all parts of the body in ways that I could never do on my own in the gym. I continue to see progress and push myself to limits I didn’t know I could get to. Also, it is fun- workout screen, music, and coaches are super motivating!
I was a visitor over the holiday (I belong to an OT in Pennsylvania) and the front desk staff was very helpful getting me signed up. The instructor (Tracy, I believe) was terrific: energetic, friendly and very encouraging; she created a fun, supportive vibe in the class, even at 6:30 AM on Thanksgiving morning. Thanks for a great experience.
Orangetheory Fitness is just the place to dust off the cobwebs during the winter. When the weather gets you down, head on into this energetic upbeat workout place, which leaves you feeling great. My favorite instructor so far is Tracy. She mixes a good dose of humor with no nonsense directions how to lift which weights, which speeds to put on your treadmill or rowers. I like the versatility and the fact that each individual wears a heart rate monitor to get in the zone.

Orange Theory is the best workout I have ever had. While it is a class experience its design allows you to personally customize it, so you are always pushing yourself no matter how in shape you are. The instructors are all very motivational and create a great environment. The staff is also so friendly and welcoming. Id recommend this workout to anyone whose looking for an intense, but fun workout.
Love it!! I finally found a class/gym that is perfect. Orange theory is a non Intimidating environment and the instructors are super helpful and enthusiastic. I love the way each class is a little different so I never get bored and the one hour workout flies by. I would highly recommend giving Orange theory in Natick a try.

The workouts are never the same and change quickly which keeps it from becoming boring. I have the opportunity to push and challenge myself for short sprints. The board indicates how hard Im working. I always leave feeling as though I accomplished something!
I was visiting from out of town and was happy to have found this OT near of where I was at. Everyone at the studio was very kind and very helpful. The efficiency in which my registration was handled was great. If you r looking for a 1 hour intense workout with a professional, friendly staff, this is the place to go.
People at the front desk over there dont have a lot of energy, not very representative of the trainer who was great. I thought it would be more competitive to motivate you but not really. And even if you have a different program each time, I feel like I would grow bored of rowing/running and weight lifting.

In the two years that I’ve been going to orange theory, there has been a visible change in my physicality. I’m stronger, slimmer and feel better all the time.
My experience with Orange Theory in Natick has been excellent. The front desk staff has been welcoming and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The studio itself is bright and clean. As far as the workouts go, it has exceeded my expectations. The hour goes by fast and I leave knowing I pushed myself. The trainers always ask who is new and make sure to touch base with you during workouts to modify or clarify an exercise.
I go to class 1-2 times per week and truly love my workouts! Although a bit pricey considering the per class cost and the cost of the heart rate monitor ($59.99), this is worth it! Each class has a unique workout and the trainers are friendly, motivating, and knowledgeable. Sign up in advance, but make sure you also cancel if need be in advance as cancellation fees do apply. Great class schedule that can work for both early birds and those wanting to work out later in the day. Definitely worth a try - I love it!
I have been going to this location (its my home location) for almost 2 years. Overall, the workouts are very good. However, the instructors and some staff play favorites with which clients they interact with and speak to before and after class. I attend classes 4 times per week and I see most of the instructors at least 1 or 2X per week, theres only one trainer that actually acknowledges me or says hello. Ive been to OTFs in other states and they are MUCH friendlier.
I liked being able to be part of a class but still able to work at my ability. The set-up takes away the worry of having to keep up with others who have been part of the class for longer or who are just better fit. 2 weeks in and I am noticing positive changes.
Im not a fit person nor an exercise buff, but I do keep coming back for these classes because they are more effective than anything else Ive tried. You can push yourself as hard as necessary to achieve the right heart rate, and the classes are very nicely balanced to get you to use your entire body. I particularly enjoy the weight room component because they are well-designed and not something I could do myself.
I love this place! The front desk is friendly and helpful. The coaches are so motivationing and incredibly helpful! The whole experience is wonderful even on those days you dont feel like working out. Couldnt recommend this gym enough!
I joined orange theory because I was over going to the gym and trying to motivate myself and I had come to the conclusion that if I wanted to get fit I was going to have to implement change in my life. So I gave them a call, came in for a class, loved it and signed up on the same day! The instructors are great and its different every time, everyone always dreads an hour of anything, but at OT the class flies by, so I dont get bored and my body doesnt get too used to it.The studio is spotless and its always a good time!
Really great place to workout. I started in January, its now the start of May and Im down 40lbs! The staffs is great and the program has the structure I needed to start reaching my fitness goals.
Orange Theory is by far the best one hour workout there is out there today! You can burn over 600 calories in (1) hour and I love the fact that every time you go the workouts are always different! It never gets old and every time you leave there you are sweating and feel like you really got a great workout. The early morning classes are so convenient because you can get your workout done before you start your work day so its not hanging over your head all day! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and helpful, especially in the weight room -they always offer variations so if you have any injuries, there is always a way to modify it.
Orange Theory in Natick is awesome! Its a great workout...much more motivating than going to the gym on your own and doing your own thing. Each workout is different and its individualized according to your heart rate. I also use the heart rate monitor when I go for walks and runs on other days. I definitely recommend it!
Great place for workout. I love intensity of the class and the whole approached to the workout. Also great instructors. I really like the concept of HR monitor and that you are getting performance summary at the end of the class.
I love this place! The work outs are pretty intense but I always leave feeling amazing. All the staff and trainers are really nice and the work out is different each time( no getting bored)
I really like the fact that you are able to push yourself to the limits from time to time. Love the fact that is an all over body workout and its not a repetitive work out. The trainers are phenomenal, they coach you if you are new.. Try it out you have nothing to loose.. Wait actually you would loose weight (winning) 👍🏼
Orange theory makes working out so much fun! You have the friendly staff, the music, the orange workout room and the monitor! The atmosphere pushes you to get to the orange zone and want to stay there! And the progress is amazing, I cant imagine not coming here!

I love OTF! I recently moved from Somerville our to the burbs and was looking for a good studio that had really tough workouts and I found it here! I’ve been going here for about six months and really love the workouts, the trainers, the staff and the studio. Highly recommended for any level, the workout is based on how hard you want to push yourself.
Every workout is unique and challenging. The coaches are encouraging, helpful and kind. Most importantly, they make the workout fun!

I love my OTF mornings. Its a great workout, the staff is very friendly and you leave feeling so good. I was very reluctant to get back into working out but the trainers are very motivating so you keep wanting to come back for more!

I can’t say enough about this gym. I recommend it to everyone! I feel like I have a personal trainer that I can afford. Training is done in a small group while wearing a heart rate monitor. Every time I go to a class I leave completely exhausted and sore and that’s exactly what I want. I’ve come to terms with the fact that I cannot always motivate myself to work out but with the heart rate monitor and the coach I am motivated to push myself and get into the Orange Zone! I’ve been seeing incredible results from these workouts that are far better than anything I would be able to accomplish on my own (I’ve tried). I highly recommend!

I love OTF. I had a baby 4 months ago and I this is the perfect place to go if you want to get a lot out of a 60min workout. With a toddler and newborn I am very busy and find it hard to break away to the gym. It is a challenging work out but you can also modify when you need to. You burn so many calories and get into shape fast even if you can only get there two times a week. I try to go twice a week and do stroller runs with the baby in between and this works well for me. I wish they had a daycare on site that is my only complaint!
My husband and I joined OTF Natick together and haven’t looked back! The workout is amazing and never the same. The owners, trainers, staff, and even the people you work out with, all contribute to a positive and motivating experience! It is truly a no judgement zone. Each work out is not only different but customized because you move at your pace. I see many posts about weight loss here. Weight loss is a great perk, but the real reward lies in achieving benchmark goals and improving them over time. Love this place!!!!!
The energy while working out, the different kinds of exercises you do in every class and mainly the distribution of time over each of these exercises - all this makes it fun even though you push yourself to achieve a good workout.

No two workouts are the same! The coaches are great - they really push me beyond what I think I am capable of. The workouts are always really tough but thanks to how supportive everyone is, I manage to get through the workout feeling way better than I was before I walked into the studio. I now measure how awesome my week was depending on whether or not I manage to meet my workout goals for the week. OTF Natick rocks!

This studio is great- friendly staff and coaches, clean, and a very convenient location for me. I like OTF because it provides a structured workout that makes me feel accomplished with enough variety that I dont get bored.

This is the best workout I have found!! It is heart rate based interval training. The classes are fast paced, challenging, and dynamic; it is never the same twice. Finally a workout that doesnt get boring!! There is a combination of cardio exercise on a treadmill (or elliptical or strider if needed) and a rowing machine, plus strength training using dumbbells, body weight, TRX, medicine balls etc. The trainers are great and the music is loud, which keeps the class going by quickly! Great workout!!
Great place for a total body workout. I love their evening classes which fit my schedule. The staff and trainers are awesome. There are no other fitness programs out there. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new training program to try OTF Natick!

Orange Theory is a great cardio/HIIT component to my fitness routine. The time goes by so quickly and I always leave feeling accomplished. The staff and trainers are helpful, friendly, and motivating. If youre on the fence, this is definitely worth trying!

You get a complete workout that is varied everyday. Easy to improve by staying in the orange zone...A no brainer.
I love it here! All of the Staff and Coaches are so nice and helpful! I cant believe I have done over 100 classes, I lost weight, that is icing on the cake, my main goal is to improve my cardio, which is getting better!! I still remember first day walking at 3 miles an hour holding the treadmill with both hands now Im a Jogger now, running without holding the treadmill !!! OTF is the best workout! I recommend to everyone!!
Orange Theory Fitness is a total body workout. The work out routine changes from day to day which makes it exciting. The group setting is key for me - the instructors are constantly motivating and encouraging us to do our best with proper form to minimize injury. The heart rate monitor is helping me gauge how much I am exerting myself; when I should slow down and when I should kick it up a notch.I highly recommend OTF to anyone who is looking for results. You have nothing to lose - only perhaps some extra weight!
If I could give this sorry excuse for a fitness center less than one star, I would. Ive experienced better service from Wal Mart, and the staff are a bunch of outspoken snowflakes.
I emailed asking for prices.Apparently their pricing algorithm is too advanced to possibly let me know that without scheduling and coming in for a class. (Even though I let them know specifically what schedule I was looking for.)I dont want to go in for a class and be put through a sales pitch.
It has helped me immensely in getting back to working out regularly. I am enjoying the high tech approach and the splat points makes it a good single point of reference I stead of saying 20 mins on the tread and 15 mins in the weight room..
Orange theory is a great way to get an amazing workout in just an hour! It is very much tailored to various fitness levels, so dont let that aspect intimate you. You push youself as much as you can. Mix of treadmill rowing and weights/body movement exercises. Im so glad i tried it out!
I signed up for a trial class, and upon arrival was told that I needed to give the receptionist my car keys as collateral for the heart monitor used to display my heart rate on the screen, and at first I thought she was joking (turns out this was not a joke). I have her my keys begrudgingly. The class was ok, cardio intervals were challenging but the weight work was way too easy and emphasized speed. I have been lifting weights for years, and saw some seriously terrible form in the room that the instructor did not correct. After the class I went to the front desk to return the heart monitor and retrieve me keys. The girl looked at my like I had three heads, trying to figure out why I was at the desk, when I informed her she had the keys to my car. Needless to say, I never went back. The over enthusiastic sales team continued to text me with marketing ploys for TWO YEARS. Dont waste your money, turn over your car keys, or give anyone who works for this company your phone number.
I love this OTF studio! The staff is all so friendly and personable, and the coaches are real fitness gurus who know us individually and help us set and meet goals. Coach Chantal is a real butt-kicker -- no one makes me work harder or motivates me more. Nikki has the best playlists and Ashley and Kristin are great for form and mechanics (and options). I have only met Katie a few times but she wore a corn costume on Halloween so Im optimistic! Meghan, Jess, Amanda, Crystiana, Colin, and Alex always greet us by name and keep us up-to-date on studio events and referral promotions, and I love when they do the workouts with us -- its proof that the employees believe in the product. I dont usually have trouble getting into the classes I want and in general I dont get wait listed too often (only weekend mornings). I only have a few critiques: 1) the studio is on the smaller side so some of the rowing stations seem a little cramped or back up to a protruding wall, and 2) the equipment is replaced regularly and well-maintained but recently, it seems a few treads are on the fritz and some of personal OTBeat screens are down. I have been to 20+ OTF studios nationwide but definitely love my home studio best because of the great coaches and staff.
Ive been going to OTF since it opened in April and I am a fan of the workouts and the trainers. Im a busy person so carving out an hour a day is a big deal for me, and these workouts never disappoint. Since the workouts are all geared towards achieving different levels of effort, tracked by your heart rate, that gives me something to focus on and strive for -- both during the session and over time. Since I started going, Im a faster and more consistent runner, and cardiovascularly more fit -- it takes more effort to push myself into heart rate higher zones. That push and the fact that each work out is different keep it from becoming stale and routine. The trainers all manage the room extremely well, provide 1:1 coaching on form as needed and all seem to know the people in their classes.
