Had a bad experience with a realtor. Hyped EXP up that it’s a upcoming company booming always there for the customers. Wrong. The realtor was posting a lot of nice new construction homes. That’s what got my attention but after the first viewing with him I did the application and never saw him again. All the answers I seeked came from the sales manager or from searching on the web. Then he said that EXP will help me out and give me 1300$ when I close. Wrong again. the only other time I saw him was at the signing of the closing documents. And after I closed he said he has to ask again and now they said no. Big thumbs down. Never again and I purchased a house over 300k.
