This place is a joke. Internacional does not care about anyone. I am soooo glad they screwed up on my lease and gave it to another person. Saved me the trouble. The office staff watch netflix, they make excuses, dont return phone calls. Complete joke and unprofessional.
It’s not everyday you come across EXCELLENT (let alone good) customer service. Alfred Henderson is the epitome of it. I can’t say enough about how timely and professional his assistance was in helping me and my wife solve our issues. I hope whoever’s reading this gets lucky enough to have Alfred assist you, and to whoever hired him you are extremely fortunate to have him on your team. If you want prosperous results for your business in the future, he needs to be the head of it or at least in a supervisor role. Whatever you do compensate him well for what he brings to your company - you won’t regret it.
I had previously moved out of a complex I was at for two years. I owed a small fee and was having issues with my credit card. Alfred from Snap Recovery was so helpful and understanding. Thanks for all your help Alfred! Grateful for employees like you in these hard times!
I cannot stress this enough. READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU’s complaints. Go to the BBB’s website and do your own research. This company is one of the worst property management companies to rent an apartment from. Especially the Overlook at Stone Oak in SA, TX. That community is a horrible community to sign a lease with. Our experience has been nothing but terrible. From my own research, it seems that any community managed by Internacional Realty is absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and ignore the fake 5 star reviews, especially the ones from residents who’ve lived there for a couple weeks rather than multiple years. Read the reviews from residents who have had experience living at a community managed by this company. You will regret moving in when you’re getting ignored and dealt with in the most insignificant manner possible. Once they lock you in, they won’t be treating you with kindness and smiles. Good luck getting your maintenance requests fulfilled! And good luck getting your deposit back in a timely manner! After this experience, good riddance to renting an apartment in general. Don’t pay their loans for them, buy a house instead! Or lease from a reputable apartment complex. Not any complex associated with Internacional Realty. It’s been almost 4 months and still waiting for our deposit refund.
If you have residents living in an apartment complex 24/7, a maintenance staff should be available 24/7 at least for emergencies. Yet, we are going on Day 2 of 90+ degree temperatures INSIDE because of our broken A/C at The Collection at Overlook, an Internacional property. We had had no acknowledgement from staff of our multiple maintenance requests or attempted communication yesterday and today. We didnt sleep here last night and we wont be able to sleep here again tonight. 😡 Where can we send our bills??We have not had an entirely unpleasant stay here. However, the office girls asked us to lie to cover for them switching days off before we even signed a lease, the gate has not been working in weeks, my husbands motorcycle was stolen this past Wednesday (likely helped by the fact that the gate hasnt worked in weeks), the fitness center is closed indefinitely, and sometimes they decide clean the pool. There is no enforcement of community rules and we have had parties at the pool (which we live across from) going until 2am. Things havent been unlivable until our AC broke this weekend...actually, it broke last week, and they did a temporary fix, so now were sweating through our clothes again.I believe property management and professionalism trickles down from and is a reflection of upper management. We are so disappointed in our experience.
I moved to San Antonio seven years ago to attend university and during my stay I lived in several apartment properties. Ive experinced good and mostly bad customer service from office employees, but Alfred Henderson is one of the good ones. He took the time to go over my final move out bill and always answered my questions instead of passing it on.
Rent with Stonelake Apartment in Grand Prairie for 5 years, the place is decent but service from management is terrifible....once youre a tenant, they really dont give a F about you. Then, when i moved took care of all the balance in full through there corporate office, even had email confirmation to prove it....yet when new leasing company call to verify rental history, Lisa (leasing manager) said i still have past due balance these people are crooked
Needs alot of help maintenance workers asap!!! Too expensive for what you get. Not please at all.
I moved into Cordevalle, one of the properties managed by Internacional, about 2 months ago. The website looks good, but doesnt begin to do this property justice. Its very well maintained and the staff are excellent. Special thanks to John for always going the extra mile. I use the on site gym a lot and have had no issues. The team is also pet friendly! Being a father of four I like this place for my family.
I have been in the multifamily industry for 17 years and this has been the most amazing company to work for. I also live at one of their communities and have never had a problem. Danielle at Retreat at Chelsea Park is an amazing manager and her team always take care of their residents..

Can’t get anything fix and when calling them they hung up on me. I filed with 311 already before trying talk to them. No toilet for weeks and no oven for months. German roach in the whole building. Do not lease anything they own or higher them.

Single worst apartment experience of my life. I lived in one of your properties in San Antonio and had an amazing experience. I moved to Austin and chose another one of your properties expecting the same. Ridgecrest apartments are the worst investment you have ever made and have lost me as a customer for life. Hope the hundred bucks was worth it.

I stayed in one of the properties managed by this company. I have been trying to reach them from last 2 months but in vain. I needed the lease termination document along with the complete amount that I have payed (2months rent + reletting charges) for reimbursement at my current organization. They simply dont bother and dont respond.The other pathetic part is they sent to collections after paying all the amount for which I raised a dispute.
I was definitely not surprised to see the low rating when finding the rental management company overseeing Ashley house apartments in Katy. I have to wait over 3 months at times to have basic maintenance jobs done in my apartment and even then it is never done professionally. The front office people are rude and unhelpful.The Internacional management people are just as incompetent. I have called numerous times for help and yet nothing is done. Company culture of incompetence i guess.I can believe all the horror stories i have read on this review board as Internacional has given me endless proof through my dealings with them.You have to love how they refer to themselves as a property management company.Managing would imply taking charge and getting results.none of which is remotely true.

Wow! Internacional purchased the Villas of Oak Hill Circle/Stonegate in Fort Worth, renamed it The Dixon. Immediately launched a massive renovation on a huge complex (34 buildings) which was built in three phases over several years. So now, there is a mess everywhere - nothing complete, no consideration for the convenience or comfort of current residents. No comprehensive project plan that can be communicated to residents. Evening security was dismissed with no notice and no plan explained to residents. Maintenance is even out of light bulbs for the exterior. The list of services and amenities for which I am paying but not receiving is getting longer. Ive been here 15+ years and have seen three ownership changes and more management changes. This is the absolute worst transition imaginable. But reading these reviews, it seems to be the way they do business. Hope they prove me wrong.

This company took over Stonecrossing of Westchase in Houston. The manager only stayed for 6 weeks. There is no manager, so maintenance is doing whatever they want. Nothing is getting fixed not that much was getting fixed before. The water was turned off last night without any notice. It is 0730 AM and the property has no running water. They have refused to update residents. I have lived in badly managed apartments before, but I have never had to go all night without running water. How unsanitary.
I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from Ashley Management. I am surprised of the terrible way of treating a valued resident.After several maintenance request regarding the broken refrigerator, and still this appliance is not working leaving me with a totally unsatisfying as new resident of this community.I wonder whether it was a mistake to do business with you people. I hope someone, somewhere reads this and makes sure a proper resolution is provided and necessary solutions are taken.
WORST management company POSSIBLE. This company is stuck in the 90s with outdated software and processes. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE especially if youre unlucky enough to have Angela as the Regional. Angela is the most unagreeable person Ive met in my life and Im sure you will agree if youre unlucky enough to deal with her. The only reason they are managing is because they are the lowest bidder which owners like but will soon regret once their occupancy drops and their buildings decay due to bad leadership
Internacional Realty Management manages the property that i live in in San Antonio Texas.the Crescent Apartments.The property is horribly run and not at all maintained.This summer just as last summer the swimming pool (which is why i chose this place for my kids) has been usable about half of the summer. the other half of the time it is dark green cesspool that is either closed or so gross that no one will enter.the rest of the property is no better. The fitness center is also not usable as most of the machines dont work and are never repaired.the entry gates are broken and remain open about 30% of the time.If you are considering using Internacional Realty to manage one of your properties. I recently moved out of Longhorn Crossing Apartments (thank God!!!!!) they lost my December rent asking me to bring in another check which was then processed. In MARCH they found my first check and decided to go ahead and run that one too without advising me or letting me know any details. I gave the office photos of the check being processed and the account it went into along with my bank statement. It was an ongoing battle even after weeks of me not even living there. They have now sent me my move out costs and placed that December’s rent on my charges.I have requested to speak with the corporate office which is Internacional Realty Management, they refuse to give me any phone numbers, emails OR EVEN NAMES of someone I could speak to about this. They had a member of the corporate team call me from a “No Caller ID” number leaving no callback number. I have a feeling where my money went now, however they have put the rent on my move out costs FORCING me to now pay an extra 1,500.

Horrible company. Sleezy. Shady. However you want to put it. They’ll nickel and dime you. I’ve been fighting with them for over a year because they keep double charging me for pest control and trash fees. At one point they were charging me for apartment insurance when they had proof that I had my own insurance. Yet again they are double charging me and I’m dealing with once more. It’s not surprising that their rating on BBB is a solid F. It’s also impossible to get ahold of the corporate office. I’m honestly starting to think this is all on purpose and they’re pocketing money from tenants.
This company took over Nichols Park Apartments in Austin, Texas shortly before we left. Ive been fighting for weeks to get my deposit back. They credited MY deposit to the new tenant of my apartment. They STILL havent figured out where my $500 is, and instead mailed me a check for less than $100. Im so glad my lease is finished. Management has no clue what theyre doing.
Turned me over for collections the month I moved out of their apartment complex (September 2013). However, I paid the final bill and somehow they sent me to collections in error. Said that they would remove me and now Im still fighting with them to get this collection of debt (which I have the cashed check to prove I paid them--check cashed mere days after I wrote it). They never have answered the phone and Ive left several messages. Ive started a compliant with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Update: Jan. 2017..Collection agency finally removed after 4 years of weekly calls. No help from Apartment Complex.

INTERNACIONAL REALTY LLC (9150) HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR WITH ME MOVING IN! Ive only been here a week and its been the worst experience by far at any place Ive stayed at, it was a hassle getting into the apartments for the first part which was irritating, but i let that pass because INDIA was very helpful for the full process and stayed up to date with me.Fast forward to moving in, the type of tenant i am, I CHECK EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY, no matter how extra the office thinks it is, I CHECK IT !, i turned my 48 hour sheet in for everything, next day no one came, i ended up having to call to get them to send maintenance because i didnt have hot water and the pressure was low as well as other things . Second day of me living at 91 FIFTY i notice my upstairs neighbors from early morning hours to late night hours (7am-3am) do ALOT OF STOMPING AND RUNNING, making it unbearable to sleep let alone just to have my own quiet time in my new apartment . Now i know living in a apartment tenants stomp, thats a given, but this tenant sounded like they were body slamming on the floor from one end of the apartment to the other side ! it got to the point my light fixtures were shaking and i could even hear it over taking a shower at 1 AM AT NIGHT !! I contacted the office INDIA spoke with the tenant, turns out it was an infant learning to crawl or walk so that leaves me in a bad predicament because who am i to tell someone to block their childs first moments of crawling ??? thats inhumane ! I left it alone and tried to live with it, BUT IT GOT WORSE and even when i spoke with my neighbor about the issue they still didnt care and would stomp back when i would knock on the ceiling .Next day i called, INDIA AND JEFF came to my apartment to see the severity of the stomping, low and behold the stomping stopped, JEFF DIDNT REALLY CARE HE KEPT LOOKING AT HIS WATCH LIKE I WAS WASTING HIS TIME, UNDERSTAND THAT JEFF IS THE MANAGER, BUT SHOWS NO CARE IN THE WORLD FOR TENANTS (check other reviews) ! So i didnt get anywhere with that, while im typing this its a parade going on above me with no remorse !Fast forward to today (still in my first week of moving in), i wake up go outside to leave for work, MY TIRES/RIMS ARE STOLEN, NEW VEHICLE SITTING ON 4 BRICKS !! IM DEVASTATED !! I go into the office and speak with JUBI, she as usual ( still ive only been here a week ) doesnt look inviting and i told her what happen .I explained to her that i know she could care less about what im saying because it shows on her face, I SIMPLY ASKED HER IF THE CAMERAS WORK BY THE SIDE GATE, SHE TELLS ME UMM I THINK SO, THEY SHOULD thats not a definite answer JUBI, you have tenants paying $1000+ and you cant guarantee the only security / safety you have for your tenants, that sounds like a complaint for CFPB, how can you feel comfortable not knowing basic info on your property, thats the most despicable thing ive heard my whole drastic week of being here ! JUBI didnt help at all, her nor India know the corporate number for the company they work for, they gave me the name of the company to do the research (other circumstances I was also just given a # to call or set up stuff myself that they are suppose to handle) myself which is disturbing because how can i trust a property like this, normal consumers might disregard small claims like this but I myself do not, i know my rights as a tenant, and Im not going to let this be swept or forgotten . NOT TO MENTION JEFF HAS WENT ON VACATION FOR THE NEXT 10 DAYS ! so no help there !Im devastated and this first week again has been horrible still no hot water, still nosy neighbors, I cant get to work, im having to take off of work, i couldnt enjoy move or my own vacation that I had this week due to nosy neighbors, I DONT FEEL SAFE HERE AND CFPB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, HHA WILL DEFINITELY BE INFORMED ! AND VIDEO FOOTAGE NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED !

They took over the collection at overlook apartments in San Antonio in November, 2017. In December, the Manager, Brandy, started charging me for a washer/dryer rental fee....raising my rent bu 50.00 but the ironic part is we ve leased here since 2013 and I OWN my washer and dryer!!! Then they towed my car even though it was registered in the office. When I got to the office, I was livid. They called the Police and said I was trespassing. I ve called International at least 50 times...no one answers...just the recorder. The office managers here just laugh at you and are prompt to hang up on you......Stay away. I truly believe they are satanic.

Internacional Realty inc recently bought out the apartment complex I live in. They are terrible. Maintenance orders are never done. The entrance gates are constantly open. The pool has been locked for the past month. Management laughs at tenants when tenants ask for anything. Avoid these people at all costs!!

Inadequate maintenance, old equipment, poor response to service requests, no stock in inventory for regularly, predictably necessary equipment such as blinds. Property management makes excuses for not getting maintenance to do work. Paying for a garage into which a standard SUV will not fit (Explorer, not Tahoe or something ridiculous). 3 months since move-in and multiple problems reported at move-in still not resolved. This is how you do business?
I worked for this company and they are not employee friendly at all when they owe you money they say itll be there and it never does. Then you try to call the corporate office and no one answers the phone. Please do not associate yourself with this company in any way. Not as a resident or an employee.
