Last week, on Friday, we did a load for TQL. The load had a detention of nine hours at the shipper and it became impossible to meet the appointment time at the receiver at 1:00am on Saturday.TQL arranged a new appointment for Tuesday, which meant that we had to hold the refrigerated load for three whole days before delivering it.TQL did not pay the detention or the three days of layover of this load.My recommendation to anybody that would work with TQL, do not do anything to them, unless you receive a corresponding rate confirmation for it first.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would have. This company is terrible and has badgered us to the point that we will never use them again. Every week they have a new salesman call or email our company trying to earn more business. They pushed the issue so hard that I would use anyone else but them. Please stop contacting us!

Please stay away from TQL. They do fraud claims to keep your money plus to get money from your insurance company. Our driver got a flatbed load which was wrapped in a plastic by shipper. Then when we delivered the load, the receiver opened the wrap and wrote damaged on the POD. But how do we know if that damage was while on transit?! There was no way for us to check at the shipper what was under the wrap and see if it was damaged. Thankfully, our insurance denied to pay for their claim but TQL is keeping our payments from other loads. This company is fraud and also their rates are cheap too. If you can, stay away from these annoying brokers

TQL is one of only 3 brokerage / 3PL companies we use. We consider TQL as our outside sales force. Agents Jeremy & Alyssa Pacella always have our best interest in mind by calling us seeing how they can help move our trucks. The rates they offer us are fair and most of the time above market.

Stiffed me on detention, and driver assist. Unacceptable business practices for the industry avoid if possible.Edit* per the request below i submitted all the requested information regarding my business with TQL. I have received zero response for my efforts.

TQL called my work for months on end, lying to various employees from salesmen to floor workers about upper management in order to extort more information about upper management (who already said no we dont need their business when they cold called us). Then I spoke to the employee, Paul banks, multiple times about not contacting our company again - he didnt listen.Finally I called his manager and he assured me Paul would not contact us anymore and we were on their do not call list.Now Paul has been stalking me on social media for the last year, all because I said no we dont need your business because we do all our own trucking internally?I contacted the office again and they said they talked to Paul personally about this - yet this morning I wake up to another request on LinkedIn.DO NOT USE TQL, DONT EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALL BECAUSE THEY WILL HARRASS YOU FOR YEARS TO COME.

This company will call you for an interview but they wont hire because you have a criminal background. So if you are applying to this company, do not let them know about your criminal background, and they are not supposed to ask that question.

Dont trust them if they give you pick up or delivery appointment make sure call to shipper to verify it .

Easy to work with, friendly customer service!

They dont pay for detention pay and I went to do a load was waiting 5hr to get loaded then I was on my way doing my delivery and was called to return the load .I was not reimburse my fuel or toll money. Not counting the hours I was there from 7.55am to 4pm beware dont recommend
