I took my kids for a trial class and they really enjoyed it! The instructor was absolutely amazing as well! She was knowledgeable and was amazing with the kiddos. I admit that I haven’t taken my kids back as of yet, but that is due to our schedule so far and not due to CKO. But we definitely do intend to return!

CKO is amazing! I have been a member for about 2 years now and I love this place. The community is wonderful and the teachers are THE best. You will get the best cardio workout here, way better than the gym.

This is an excellent facility to workout in! It is a family friendly environment to workout and learn in. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their craft and offer multiple ways to learn and grow. The workouts change from day to day, so, though its the same principle, youll never have the same workout twice! They offer classes at different times throughout the day so Ive found it easy to attend class, they also offer free babysitting for select classes if youve got the kiddos. Though Ive always loved it there, since the new owners took over at the beginning of 2019, they have expanded the gym with new equipment to expand your potential and push you to be your absolute best! I would recommend CKO San Antonio to anyone, of any fitness level!

This is definitely my most favorite place I have ever worked out at. The trainers are amazing, and the people in the classes are to. If your wanting to get into shape and be motivated and pushed to your max this is the place to go.

Best kids summer camp ever! My son has never loved a camp as much as he loves this one. He has the biggest smile when I drop him off, peek in on him, and pick him up. Great staff!Unfortunately it is only one week long. We will definitely be attending the kids boxing that is offered.

This place is great. I have been a member for 2 years and let me say it is ONLY getting better. With NEW management there is so much more challenges and opportunities to create self goals. There is free child care for selected times which helps a lot. Plus there is an option of additional classes including a kids class that adds to the results. I LOVE it here and whats great is its not fake everyone even the members look out for you. Its like a family. Try it out... I promise you will love it!!!

I might give a long generic type review like everyone else, but it really is worth a good review.I signed up for the 14.99 trial and got a set of gloves and 3 classes. It was so easy to sign up for. Im so glad I did. J was very responsive to my million repeated questions via text when I inquired about cko boxing before I joined.After three classes, i was hooked. I am a lump of a weak potato, but there is no judgment. They reassured me that everyone starts somewhere. And after my first nerve wracking and (what felt like) embarrassing session... because Im so weak and inexperienced... i discovered there really isnt judgment. I couldnt do a lot, but I did it. I sweat a lot. I enjoyed it. I love looking and focusing on a bag... which is what everyone else is also doing. So for someone like me, who doesnt like easy viewing of my failure to do things right...its amazing.On top of all that... i feel the monthly membership is totally reasonable.Ive done 5 classes so far, and im already seeing some little tiny wins and progress. Im still loads behind others, but others either keep to themselves or are super supportive.

Please read your contract! I signed a month contract thinking if I wanted to renew it I could pay the next month. Unfortunately, they keep your card on file! So they will continue to take money out. I spoke with Jae Jimenez and he told me I would have to wait three months until my contract could be canceled. Even though I told him I was in the military and I moved far. What they fail to explain is even though it’s month to month it’ll take 3 months to cancel your contract. Please be safe and smart! I felt like that was a scam and unfair I lost out on $60 for 3 months which in total is $180.

I have been kickboxing for about 2 years now and I train with fighters in Atlanta. During this holiday break, Ive come back home to San Antonio to be with family but really wanted to make sure I kept up with my endurance so that I dont lose it when I get back to GA. I am beyond excited that I found CKO because not only are their classes a full body workout but Im actually doing a variety of exercises involving weights and conditioning that Ive never done before. How incredibly fun! Members range from total beginners to advanced. I love that their facility is so clean - yes, ladies, including the bathrooms! Jae, the owner and instructor, creates a friendly yet challenging environment to make sure we get the full body workout we are looking for but have a blast while we are doing it! I have no doubt that CKO will keep the weight gain off me this holiday break so I can go enjoy without worry!!!Youre missing out if you havent signed up here yet. Ill be here all week because Im already addicted. Im relieved to find a place I can trust to get good training at during my visits home. Finally!!Bring your own gloves if you can. Wear tennis shoes and dress in comfortable active gym clothes. Throw on a headband if youve got one bc its super helpful when you body decides to sweat like a maniac but you dont want your eyeballs to burn like a MF 🤣

This place is fantastic. The coaches are all knowledgeable, helpful, and they’re all fantastic people. It’s a primarily a “go at your own pace” but the coaches are good at showing how you can push yourself, to test your own limits. It’s amazing how you progress with regular class attendance.The other kickboxers are all wonderful people who encourage each other. It’s like a big family. You never know who you’re going to see sometimes, and the coaches always have new workouts to keep you on your toes.They offer childcare, morning and afternoon/evening classes, they have specialty pads, weight, and small group training. No two classes will ever be the same.I love this place. They’ve helped me lose weight, keep smiling and leave it all on the bag. Go CKO San Antonio!

I joined Dec 4, 2018 and it was the best decision Ive made since marrying my husband 😊 CKO is like no other place. These people are absolutely awesome! The owners, trainers, and members are so welcoming, caring, motivational, fun, friendly, I could go on and on. If youre needing a great place to make a healthier lifestyle, this is the place to be.

Hi, former CKO member. I used to really love this place but the class times aren’t very good, the trainers are great but the class times sucked. When I canceled my membership I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anymore money. Then I saw another charge on my bank account from them. I kept trying to call for DAYS and nobody could be bothered to answer the phone, and I was then informed I would be required to pay another months worth of money even though I wouldn’t be going at all. CKO, you need to do better. I used to love this place, and from poor customer service I definitely have no love for it anymore.

I have been a member for over a year now and I can only say but good things about this place. All the trainers are great and always challenging you, plus the environment is great!!! Definitely a place I recommend!

I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous this place is.The *NEW* owners are great people who care about your well being and are working on making CKO the best kickboxing facility here in San Antonio. They are going to extreme lengths to add new and interesting classes that include the TRX system, update the facility with new equipment and active wear including gloves, wraps and t-shirts, hold monthly Member Appreciation days, sending out a monthly newsletter to all members with new and interesting ideas for better health, the option to join in using the MyZone heart rate based system as well as giving the instructors the opportunity to become certified in different physical activities to introduce to their members!The *NEW* owners mean business!! Any issues of concern are heard immediately and a solution is quickly found. They even appreciate feedback; good or bad and are quick to make things right!I highly recommend CKO Kickboxing San Antonio!! Again, for those of you who left unhappy; give them another shot!!

I LOVE this place. Supportive staff and a go at your own pace environment. They push you hard, but this truly is a place for all levels. Vikki at the front is amazing and helpful. They offer a free trial class that shows you how the class operates. Affordable and they offer child care as well. I dont get to go as often Id like bc I work at night and there arent any afternoon classes currently being offered. The trainers are all amazing and provide different exerpiences. No 2 classes will ever be the same. Try it, youll love it too.

The place is a rip-off! I wife did a one month trial at CBO and she paid for one month. She made it clear, only a 1 month trial and she DID NOT sign a contract. Before the month was over, she notified that she was interested in continuing. Even though she only swiped her card, they held on to her card numbers and have continued to swipe it. We went into the club and expressed our concerns, and they gave us the number of the owner out of town. We were told to contact her to cancel (no need to cancel because we only agreed to one month). Even still, we attempted to call the owner and low and behold, no answer. We had to cancel out cards to stop the theft from this company. BUYER BEWARE....You given them access to your accounts and they will steal from you!!

I absolutely love this place! The owner, the trainers, and the people that attend class are all great! Everyone is very friendly! I walk out of there sweaty and feeling great!!!

If you are looking for a one stop shop CKO is the place to be. Every workout is fun and challenging and they keep you guessing! I love working out here because I am supported by everyone around me and theyve become my family 💪. The results are insane and you can really push yourself. I love that there is a mix strength training and cardio. I always have a great time here
