When we purchased this home the previous owners recommended Rosenberg because they were familiar with the 3 systems and had confidence in them. We kept the bi-yearly maintenance and we’ve not had any disruptions in our daily lives! We renew our agreement with them every 3 years and it truly makes sense pocket/budget wise. Always professional, trustworthy and courteous. Living in Texas you have to have your systems maintained, too don’t want a middle of the night 100 degree emergency. It’s worth every dollar to prevent a night sleeping in an oven!

Very satisfied with service provided. The technician Joel came out and it started raining and because he thought he would not be able to provide the best service recommended I reschedule and they came back out the next day. When he arrived the next day he explained what he would do, and why it was needed. I really appreciated the communication while work was being performed. I like to switch up my providers to make sure nothing gets missed on my systems. Used a special from Rosenberg for a maintenance check. The deal included 1lb of Freon, which I didnt expect to need, but you never know. The $99 price was $30 more than I normally pay, though.Tech was very professional and took his time inspecting and cleaning my system inside and outside my home. I appreciated his using compressed air to ensure clean drain lines as well, something that most others havent done.Overall I am impressed with the quality of the work performed, as well has the professionalism of the technician and staff that scheduled the work.

Showed up on time. first they couldnt figure out how to work my Thermostat, couldnt figure out how to remove the Thermostat from the wall so he tore it from the wall. Quoted me a new Thermostat $389.00Found same unit for $68.00 on lineThen went outside to unit couldnt ever bypass and get it started after 1.5 hours then told me Switch Valve was bad need replaced for $1800.00. I Told him to put a total quote together he said he would email it to me, never received quote. Next day I called another company who confirmed that switch valve was fine and fixed me up for $350.00 out the door in 45min. Which included a new Thermostat.Ill never call Rosenberg again I had to pay them $89.00 for the visit for them to destroy my Thermostat damage my wall and cause stress for a very expensive repair that wasnt necessary.3/25/2021 An update to the above. Mr. Rosenberg himself reached out to me and offered me a full refund. I was also afforded the opportunity to give further detail of the specifics of the visit so that attention and training could be put forth. Given the fact that I was contacted so quickly after the visit, the refund that I promptly received, and the assurance of better training for new people I would definitely give Rosenbergs another chance

They were really awesome, My wife and I need a whole new unit and we saw 6 different companies and felt the most comfortable with Rosenberg. Joe came out and looked my place he was honest and told me everything they would do the price was fair as well and gave me guarantees the warenities would be registered and everything also the fact they have 24 hour service was absolutely awesome. They are bank robbers. Got it fixed with someone else. They wanted to sell a new unit.

I’ve been with Rosenberg as long as I have owned this house, about nine years. This last semi-annual checkup I was given the news my AC was going out. Given the builder and the neighborhood, I’ve been lucky. Rosenberg gave me options for repair work (only temporary, maybe lasting through the summer season) as well as replacement. When I asked about the furnace, I was told it probably had about two years left. I decided to replace the entire HVAC with a Carrier unit and be done with it. Rosenberg gave me a spring discount, threw in a new programmable thermostat, and we set the installment date. As the date grew closer, Rosenberg notified me that they were having problems getting all the parts from Carrier with no estimated shipment date. I asked for options. We could wait indefinitely or go with another brand which was discussed in detail. Since Carrier was being difficult, I decided to upgrade to American Standard (Trane). Rosenberg gave me a decent bonus discount on the upgraded unit on top of the summer discount and the new thermostat. In addition, Rosenberg filed all the paperwork with CPS to get a $400+ rebate. All totaled, I have a top-of-the-line HVAC unit with a SEER 16 rating that cost me only a few hundred dollars more and will save me more money in the long run. I want to be sure and give a shout out to the service crew. We kept the original installment date. The crew was on time, friendly and explained what was going to happen throughout the day. I work from home and had a one-hour ZOOM conference in which I could not be disturbed. The crew worked around my schedule and were quiet during my meeting. They finished around 3:30, but before leaving, they walked me through an inspection. Everything was clean and looked as if nothing major had happened. Great products and great service from Rosenberg. What more could a customer want? I’m sticking with Rosenberg!

We signed up for their membership program that gives us 2 major check ups a year. ( Before Summer because this is Texas and Before Winter because...this is Texas!!) and we have our system in pristine condition. Robert is an asset to Rosenberg and so is the rest of the team, very courteous and responsive. I have been with their maintenance plan for ten years and have not had any issues. Good service and information on my systems. They have serviced my 20+ year systems and have kept them running and maintained them to give me more years without replacement. They are never about the up sell of a system to make a buck. I appreciate that I can trust an AC company that is not just interested in selling me a new system. Their experience in troubleshooting fixable issues is important when I depend on them as the professionals and they do it well.

On January 19, we had a scheduled checkup by Rosenberg. First, the technician, Rudy Gomez, said a switch needed replacing. Next, he said a wire needed replacement. Then he said an Aprilaire filter need replacing. Then it was a thermostat. After about four hours he said he didn’t know why both heat and air would run at the same time. I will say he did call his tech supervisor, but.... a 1/2 day???Today my wife said she heard a loud noics coming from our attic and I went into the attic to try to see what caused the noise. While nothing was found, I did find some other items of which pictures are attached.The Model SS1 unit that I photographed concerns me the most. Its packaging was discarded at the top of the attic stairs and the unit itself, not connected, was laying on the floor near my unit’s drain pan while there was a very small sensor in the drain pan itself. If this SS1 unit was just laying on the floor, why was I charged $295 for it? That’s a high price for something to not be installed.Why were these items left lying around in my attic? Even if some of them excluding the SS1 unit were left by previous companies, why werent they brought down from the attic and brought to my attention?Last, while we did receive a new thermostat for free for our inconveniences, I was surprised when your tech said we were getting a $300.00 thermostat. My surprise was because on Amazon the very same unit sold for $40.Needless to say, I am concerned about the work done and prices quoted. Rosenberg gave us the highest SEER HVAC name-brand unit for thousands less than other companies lower SEER units.

Tech sent out did a full assessment of our AC unit not working. Very impressed with his knowledge and though check of both inside and out units. I was so happy to get an honest, explanation of what was needing to be replaced! I am truly thankful for the work they did, it was awesome and truly made sure it was all up to code. Thank you!!

Rosenberg replaced my downstairs unit and they listened to my needs and made recommendations and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each. The installers also did an excellent job and as they were very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Lastly, the price for a two stage unit was very competitive and included redoing the drip pan from the prior builder unit which was not leveled correctly. Highly recommend!

Rosenberg replaced our entire system in May 2020. We received 3 bids and chose Rosenberg due to their fair price and Joes thorough consultation with us. We discussed all the system options with Joe and felt very comfortable proceeding. We are very happy with the results and plan to use them for our second system soon!

The friendliness that starts from the time she/he say hello to scheduling the appointment in a timely manner to the courtesy call prior to the tech arriving to the tech greeting you hes in a uniform with his name tag on with footies for his shoes and a mask (because of the present times) The fact that the tech verifies the reason for your call and ask is there any additional concerns and then explain and showing you what the problem is and advises you that they will check and see if they have the product in there van . The tech informs you of price upfront, so you can decide whether you want to install it also explaining the warranty behind the product. Issue occurred on a Friday evening. Called in and was able to have somebody out at my house that night (which in August in San Antonio is important). Derrick was great-explained what he was going to do, wore PPE and was thorough and patient to make sure the house was cooling before leaving.

Wont be able to say enough positive things about Billy and Rosenberg! Came out quickly on Memorial Day after the storm knocked out our ac unit. Billy found the problem within 10 mins and we were well on our way to a cool home again. He also explained to me things he saw on the way and was very personable and caring. Called a day earlier because AC was blowing warm, humid air for about a week. Derrick came out and found the problem quickly (clogged drain) and was able to fix it pretty quickly. He then performed preventative maintenance on the rest if the system.Now the AC is cool again and we can use the downstairs without having 10 fans running lol.

*Edited to add: Michael Rosenberg called me, and we discussed my review. He offered to refund the money I paid for the service call. I would call on this company again when needed, and I appreciate the attention to my comments.When the technician makes statements such as, Im going to have to charge extra for that, for a situation that hes unfamiliar with, then, I wonder. I pushed back, and there werent extra charges. He decided that my minisplit unit had a leak, but didnt confirm where, or if that was true. My regular AC technician came the next day, spent about 10 minutes testing the unit, and declared no leak, something that I would have thought the Rosenberg technician could have done. The Rosenberg tech replaced a cap, but never told me that. My regular guy said that perhaps it was that cap that had been leaking. I wasnt skeptical when the Rosenberg tech was here, but after my regular guy told me what should have happened, I felt as if I had wasted my money.
