This company sent a technician out to my house to diagnose my air conditioner, and I was told late Monday afternoon that the problem would be taken care of Tuesday. I found out today (Wednesday) that the company is not going to take care of it because they dont like where my unit is located.I wish they would have just told me this rather than wasting 2 full days of my time, while Im in a very hot house. I will never call them again, nor will I refer them.
