Great from beginning to end. Called on a Friday morning in August with a non-emergency situation, and the phone was answered on the first ring. Explained my situation - a constantly running air handler that would not shut off, but the system was still cooling. Sandra, the person who answered the phone, listened attentively and was able to set me an appointment for the following Monday. The technician, Tim, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad fan control board. Tim checked for part availability and provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable. Part was delivered in less than an hour and the repair was accomplished. Very happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and service provided. This was my first experience with Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, and I could not have been happier with the service I received.Definitely will use them again. Keep up the great work. I recently experience a problem with my AC. Eric showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor.He had a replacement part but it was a top of the line, 5-year warrantied, turbo capacitor. Rather than use the far more expensive part, he called the office and then went to the nearest AC parts center and obtained a far less expensive, but perfectly acceptable unit that solved the issue.Eric was professional, transparent, fast and efficient. It was a highly satisfactory experience. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Mr. Wilson is amazing not only did he call me personally on a weekend he helped me troubleshoot the problem so I didnt have to have a technician come to my home. He now has a customer for life. This morning I called at 7:20am and the phone was answered. I had an appt scheduled by 7:30am for a 3-5pm window same day. They called me 30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. I called in the morning, and Tim was there by 3 PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue, told me he had to make sure a part was available, and would call me when he found out. Believe it or not, he did call before the day was out, said he had the part, and would be back the next AM to replace. Quoted me the price, which was a very reasonable. This past weekend had a water leak coming from the A/C unit at a friend’s house. Mr. Wilson had installed the unit approx. 1 1/2 years ago. The technician (Daniel) was excellent. Not only did he find the problem within minutes (there has been other attempts with less success) but he also spent extra time explaining how to care for the unit should we experience any excess water in the future. He took his time to cleanup any excess water damage and was extremely professional, personable and polite. repairs and the service from Daniel. I recommend the company and if possible, the technician after this experience with them.

Daniel and Javier did a great job, very quickly and effectively fixing a blower that was not properly installed, which caused condensate to leak through my ceiling. It is not often to find a company that is friendly, honest, capable, and punctual. I highly recommend them to anyone.

As with most two story homes, we were having a problem with our second floor being much warmer than the first floor. One of our bedrooms wasn’t even usable in the summer. Booth came out and inspected our unit and duct work. His recommendation was to replace the duct work in the attic to increase airflow to the upstairs rooms. It is a night and day difference now and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result as well as the service we received. The technicians were very friendly and professional as well. They got the job done and left our house clean. We will always use Mr. Wilson for any HVAC work.

@ 1:41 on 8/10/21 called to set up appt. on date scheduled for service 8/19/21 called @4:23 as no one showed up. Rep stated nothing was scheduled however I referenced who I spoke with which was Sandra Arce. The rep mentioned she can reschedule however I was on time crunch due to selling home hence reason for appt in advance.rep called me later and was able to fit me in only after I mention I can take my business elsewhere annd heard the frustration in my voice. Thanks, however felt as though there are newbies in office and can tell as well as when inquired over the phone from prior call rep mentioned she can send email to complete warranty. However when speaking with the service tech he mentioned that the office should be able to complete rather than me do myself as they are more familiar. He did a fantastic job but comfirmed the newbies and what could have been done that should’ve potentially been offered.

After several false starts with companies that did not appear to know what they were doing or how yo.communicate, Mr Wilsons was a breath of fresh air. They knew what we needed and they provided it. We also signed up for a maintenance program and we feel very comfortable with their ability to take care of us.

Mr. Wilson is reliable, professional, and most of all trustworthy. We had an issue with what we assumed humidity due to breathing issues in my home and Mr. Wilson came to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out, the AC unit was installed incorrectly during the initial home installation. This issue caused mold in the unit which subsequently caused breathing issues with my family. They couldve easily suggested replacing the unit but Mr. Wilson offered a solution to fix the unit and install UV light filters in the unit to remove the mold. Not only have we been breathing better but our utility bill decreased significantly in price as well. Apparently the unit was working twice as hard as it should have been. I am extremely pleased with the service Mr. Wilson provides and will most definitely recommend them, its truly difficult to find professional and honest service and Mr. Wilson provides that and more.

I rarely write reviews so I can tell you from the start that this Mr. Wilson Heat & Air is pretty exceptional. They were able to help us with a pipe that was clogged during the peak of summer heat, thankfully they got our AC unit working properly. We were very happy with the swift action they took for that particular service call. The technician also made us aware that our air conditioner was 20 years old, we knew a replacement was coming.Most recently, the furnace in our home wasn’t heating properly so I called on Mr. Wilson’s again since they did such a great job in the summer. Upon inspection, my technician (Daniel) took the time to explain the inner workings of the gas furnace and the technical issues that were occurring. He was very patient, answered all my questions. Shortly after his arrival, the furnace was heating properly. Although it was working, he explain some of the safety issues an old gas furnace could present. Before leaving, Daniel suggested I add some carbon monoxide detectors to my home. (That evening, I purchased and installed them myself.) I was grateful for the tip, it gave me peace of mind. We also had a conversation about replacing the furnace and how it would be convenient to also add a new air conditioning unit at the same time.The next day, Robert (Design Consultant) stopped by to look over the condition of my furnace and air conditioner. I did mention that I wasn’t always the point of contact for these home issues. My husband usually dealt with these things but he had recently passed. Before showing his presentation on equipment options, Robert asked if I had a trusted family member/person who I could invite to join the conversation. I was grateful for the suggestion and invited my father-in-law for the call. He was able to FaceTime and watch the slides from his phone. I’ll admit, I’ve never had to replace an air conditioner/furnace before and didn’t know what questions to ask. My FIL was able to help me close that gap. Robert made sure I was comfortable and answered all of our questions. He also spoke to my FIL directly on another phone call to make sure there was complete transparency with the process.Within two days, Robert and my installer Hector were able to work me into their schedules for a new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. Hector, Luis and Javier arrived early in the AM and got straight to work. They were quick and diligent, all while cleaning up after their labor throughout the house. The Trane air conditioner we chose can be adjusted through the Nexia app and Robert was kind enough to send me tutorials online. In my opinion, it’s pretty easy to use. Also, I was able to add the Air Scrubber by Aerus to my equipment bundle and it’s been wonderful. My home no longer has that “vintage” smell inside and my allergy symptoms have been minimal since installation. I’ve also noticed that my dog doesn’t sneeze as much in the house.Overall it’s been a really wonderful experience working with Mr. Wilson Heat & Air. Everyone was professional, reliable, patient and kind. I highly recommend their services. Give them your business and have no hesitations, you will be very well taken care of!

So much to say I dont know where to begin. First Tim, Jeff and Carlos arrived looking very professional and ARE very professional. I was so pleased to be able to finance my AC & heating enabling me to manage it to my satisfaction. From then on I knew I was working with top notch people.They proceeded working quietly and calmly and answering my questions as they worked. I had a special concern which they managed to deal with perfectly.And as they were honing in on the finish line a fierce thunderstorm blew up and left after a very short while. When Carlos was preparing to load up his truck, there was a huge tree struck by lightning plopped on the top of his truck. Surprisingly, all that needed to be done was to somehow get the tree off the truck. No small task. A fellow named Roland also from Mr. Wilsons work force showed up with a chain saw and before you know it, Carlos was able to leave. What a fine crew............I have a fine new AC etc. system and a wonderful memory.

Quick and easy

This is a very positive (20+ stars) review and recommendation for Mr. Wilson Air. Why so high? In 1996 we bought our aging condo (built in 1973) that had a high-end/quality air conditioning system already installed, perhaps many(?) years prior. We have been with Mr. Wilson since the purchase, and during the past 11 or so years have needed to service the a/c several times due to normal wear&tear and age-related malfunctioning components: compressor, evaporator, fan and electronic regulators, plus a few other minor issues. Additionally, we are enrolled in a very modest seasonal tune-up plan for preventive maintenance. The employees are absolutely professional, friendly, courteous, and the few times when there have been snags or delays with service appointments, we are always notified in advance and updated. Of note, a couple of years ago during a scorching hot mid-August heat wave the a/c failed. Mr. Wilson immediately responded to our distress and serviced the unit within just a couple of hours. In summary, every, I emphasize every experience with Mr. Wilson Air during the past 11 years has been absolutely outstanding, impeccably honest and fair, competent, and rewarding. I had another service company check my failing AC unit on the hottest day of the year. After wasting a service call and over $100, I called Mr. Wilson to solve the problem.They sent their tech out the same day. He brought the parts he needed because he called ahead to understand the problem before he showed up. He found the issue the other company missed, fixed it, and gave me advice on possible issues I might have going forward without trying to be a pushy salesman. Within an hour of showing up, my issue was fixed, my bill was paid, and the tech was gone. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.I need a new AC unit soon. Excellent service!I had multiple companies come over to give me quotes to replace my AC. Mr. Wilsons tech did a very comprehensive inspection of my home and made solid recommendations that compared favorably to recommendations from the other companies. The price wasnt the least expensive but it wasnt the most expensive either.When it came time for the install Mr. Wilson sent a very capable crew that was very detail-oriented. They completed the install in the timeframe they had estimated and did a great job cleaning everything up.Highly recommended!

He is fair, he is timely.... but more importantly... he knows air conditioners inside and outside (get the pun!) He is meticulous and will go to any length to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the work done. After a recent install, I had to call back at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. After visiting the office about my A/C problems, Roland and his partner Shiloh, came to my house 2 days later and replaced the coil. They were prompt and finished the repair earlier than they expected. They explained to me the defected coil and gave me a crash course description on the new coil. They had the knowledge and patience to explain to me the current and future air conditioning problems I may encounter. I look forward to continuing my business with this company and also telling friends and family to contact them for their needs.

Great service! Fast, efficient, and affordable. Our AC unit went out on our newly bought home within our first week of living in it. It just so happened to cut out on us around 6 in the evening. Not many HVAC services were still open at that time during the week so we called Mr. Wilson’s. They attempted to trouble shoot with us over the phone as their on call technician was already in route to three other jobs that evening. After the trouble shooting didn’t work they informed me their tech couldn’t make it out to the house until tomorrow. They said they would be their first appointment the following day, and they held their word. 830 in the morning a technician was out here and got the repair done within a half hour. I’d highly recommend Mr. Wilson’s services to whoever needs AC repair. You can’t teach their level of professionalism and efficiency, it’s genuine and purposefully developed.

A/C went out on a Sunday. New one installed on Thursday. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and talk to. Roland & Carlos did an awesome install. Roland even helped me set up the thermostat so I could control it from my phone. And he vacuumed up the debris tracked in. Mr. Wilson himself showed up to help haul away the old system. Did I mention they have financing options? Life saver!

Im so grateful for Roland at Mr. Wilson! Trying to run a boutique in Downtown San Antonio with no A/C is no joke. Not only were they able to send someone the day that I called, but it was also fixed by the time he left! Roland was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Listen to me...if you want mediocre service, by people who dont care about their product...go somewhere else. I could not be happier with Mr. Wilson, and his company. Do yourself a favor...and give this company your business. He first helped me trouble shoot on the phone, for free. He then sent a tech out to my house at 8pm...willingly. He made magic happen, installed my new unit the next day starting in the morning...in and out, perfect job...flawless customer service. The best customer service I have had since moving to TX.
