Service technician Julian was awesome. Courteous, professional and explained everything thoroughly. He then completely repairs in a very timely manner. Best HVAC service I have ever had!

I was not able to to get my AC working this spring - after that big February freeze. When I turned it on, it only blew hot air. I called amazing air to say I thought my thermostats were not working. (there is one upstairs and one down) and a technician came out. He checked them and could not get the air to work. He checked the unit in the attic and outside. He said yes, the thermostats were bad. I said wow both? He said yeah they’d been seeing a lot of that since the freeze. I ordered new ones myself and amazing air came back to install them. After he was done, it’s still blowing heat. He checked the unit upstairs and outside. He then said it’s the outside unit and they would have to replace X and Y and put Freon back in - it sounded like major surgery. He gave me a quote for 3 or 4 thousand - I was too shell shocked to remember now. I said well I have a home warranty that would possibly cover that so I called them and they partner with a different company so they had to fix it to be covered. New company comes out and spent time assessing everything. He says there is nothing wrong with the unit outside. It is the board in the attic. He ordered it, replaced it, and everything worked. So amazing air was going to do all this outside work and then still need to replace the board to get it working - it would have cost me double. Not to mention no air for weeks while this was all figured out. I called amazing air back because I felt I needlessly spent money on thermostats and installation on their recommendation. I wanted to know if I could get a partial refund for the installation. The girl said a manager would call me back. That was several months ago and I never received a call back. The customer service had been very nice and I really wanted to like them. Maybe they just need to train their techs better. But overall, they should have at least called me back to apologize for their error and false information on what was wrong.

Heard some loud noises coming from my ceiling and needed some work on my ac unit. Julian came by and was able to remove some debris that was affecting my blower fan. He came by a second time to check on it and then he even helped me determine a separate issue with one of my water lines. Thats some pretty amazing service and I appreciate it very much. Julian first came out to give me quotes on a few different things. He was very professional, didnt try to sell me on things or pressure me into anything. Ultimately I went with blown insulation for now. Julian, Roy, and Damian came out and took care of me and Im very pleased! Our AC went out Sunday evening, I called to see if I could schedule an appointment for service and I left a message for someone to come give a a quote on the repair. Your company call first thing in the morning an were out promptly at 11 am to give me a quote. Julian was very professional, he was able to locate the problem and price. The problem was fixed by 5:00pm. We had a conversation about installing a new AC unit as the one we currently have is getting older and will need replacement. We will be using your company for that service.

I’m a retired and disabled veteran from the United States Army they do offer a military discount which is already wonderful compared to the very low prices. The diagnostic check was only $69 which is half of what the competitors were charging example buyers brothers wanted to charge $115 just to come out and say you need this you need that. A tenant had his furnace go out. I was referred to Amazing Air by another HVAC company. They were out there that day and able to replace the unit within a few hours. Our tenant was extremely happy with their service personnel and we are happy with the timeliness of the repair and their services.

Decent repair people but you need to make sure you understand whats included. We thought flushing the AC output lines was a part of the maintenance package but its not.

Our AC unit stopped working right at 5 pm, it literally clocked out. We’ve used Amazing Air before so they were the first place we called. Although it was already after hours, they were able to dispatch someone same day. Julian arrived about 30 minutes after contacting them. He came in wearing face mask, gloves and boot covers. He was professional and nice. He found our issue and was able to have our unit up and running within 30 min. We scheduled Amazing Air for the second year to do a pre-summer health check on our HVAC. Julian was our technician today and actually arrived about 90 min ahead of schedule (he called to ask if he could before showing up). He was very professional and polite even working around our loud dogs. He did a thorough check of the system and found some items that needed fixed as they were about 6 years old and wearing down. He did not upsell the items but said if we wanted to, we could have it done right away. He showed us the parts and the issues before agreeing. The whole process took about 90 min and we know we are good for another summer. Highly recommended!

My AC went out early Sunday morning in August with 102 for a high. I called several places and they told me anything from 1 to 5 days to get a technician out to my house. I called Amazing Air Solutions and Roy was on his way in about an hour. He had my AC up and running in no time. He explained everything that was wrong and checked the rest of my system to make sure there were no other problems. Turns out the refrigerant was a bit low which probably contributed to the other parts failing. Roy topped everything off and it works better than ever. Its the extra mile he went to check everything that will keep me from having any more issues in the future. Great service.

We had an unexpected water overflow on our AC drip pan. We were able to get a hold of Amazing Air Solutions at 10pm. Roy tried to get us a technician out to us but unfortunately due to high call volume he was not able to. He went out of his way to get us seen at 7am the next day. He prompted us to turn off the unit so it would not keep overflowing. Julian showed up on time, fixed our issue and gave us his recommendations. Great service as always. Thank you Roy and Julian.

Staff wa me very polite. Set an appointment for 1500-1700 window and they showed up right on time. They called to see if they could get there earlier but I had to keep the original timeline cause my tenant was working. They got my system up and running same day. I had a coolant leak. They filled my system with coolant and a sealant. Great job.

I want to make it clear I am not giving the technician a low rating. He came with a mask, was really nice, and was very knowledgeable. He was able to confirm that my compressor was not out. I take issue with the company and the fact a free call turned into a $333 dollar call for emergency service and replacing 2 fifty-cent values. That’s ridiculous! The company was going to charge me $1200 to replace the valves, replace a $20 capacitor and add 7lbs of Freon. Luckily my personal AC guy told me to stop them immediately. Anyway Ac pricing is insane. Again technician was awesome, the prices are bordering on legalized robbery.

We initially had another company out to do a Summer Tune-Up which resulted in getting 6 different quotes on a new system. Roy was knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to us without pushing us to buy or upgrade. Each option was presented with professional advice and each question answered with a smile (I assume since he had a mask on the whole time). Prices were among the best especially for the quality of work and equipment.The install was able to be scheduled quickly, the team arrived on time and worked nonstop until the unit was installed and we had cold air again. They had the same positive demeanor, answering any questions I had, no matter how small and took the time to explain things to me as they went. Any issues (the UV light placement needed to change for example) were met with a quick solution, again without any attempt to upsell or extra fees. In the end, we got exactly what we asked for, paid exactly what we agreed on and will continue to use Amazing Air Solutions for all of our future AC needs. You truly cant go wrong with Roy and his team.

Asked for an estimate on replacing the motor for my AC unit as the company I use for routine maintenance recommended that I replace it and I was trying to get comparative pricing. I also asked, if it was free, to verify that the replacement was needed emphasis on if it wouldnt cost me anything to verify. It was agreed. They notated a different issue then the original company but didnt see a high amperage on my unit so did not recommend replacement of the motor. I asked for the price to replace the motor and was quoted for $900+. Plus I was charged $60 for the verification. The original company quoted me for $500 however a third company only quoted me for $385 for parts and labor on replacing the fan motor. Bad pricing and charging me for a service I only requested if completed if it would not cost me. I did not dispute the charge at the door as I consider it a cost of losing my business and didnt want to waste more of my time.

We lost over $900 with this company! They did NOT fix the problem and when I called back the manager flat out refused to come and look the damage because he said we still owed them money!!! I was experiencing some A/C problems and a neighborhood friend recommended Amazing Air Solutions. I gave them a call and Nancy was the nicest person over the phone. She took care of my questions and made my appt. Roy showed up right on time. He checked our unit inside and out. It turned out we were short about 2lbs of freon. The special offered 1 free pound of freon and paid for the other pound. Roy gave us recommendations and explained what he did. He even showed me how to keep the AC drain clean. He was never pushy into selling their services. I see why they have a high star customer rating. I am very pleased with their services and professionalism and will definitely be using Amazing Air Solutions for my A/C check ups or repairs.

When technicians arrived, they both asked to use my restroom. During their visit, my smart thermostat was taken offline and reset to default settings. Lastly, one technician, had issues checking the unit refrigerant level and released some of it multiple times. They asked me if I wanted them to replace what was lost and I confirmed that would be the right thing to do. Definitely an unfortunate visit.
