Here for a softball tournament and sent a document over to be printed before we left our house which is an hour and a half away. Got the email our document was ready on our way here. Get to the building and they are closed because of an A/C outage. It sure would have been nice to know they were closing early. Now we are here at Office Depot having to pay again to have it printed again.

I have been using this place since it opened and Ryan has been excellent about taking care of everything that I needed to get done as far as copying, mailing, fax, etc. Ryan is great at customer service. I’ve seen him multitask four customers at one time and I appreciate his top-notch service to me and many others over the years. If anybody deserves five stars it’s Ryan himself and definitely a raise!

Fast service. Packing supplies are available for you to buy. The parking lot is a nightmare - no matter the time. Tight parking and so many cars trying to move around in such a small space.

I have used this office for about 9 years, usually several times per week. I have always been impressed with their helpfulness, friendliness and getting the job done. Sometimes they are very busy, but the wait isnt long.
If you are looking for a disppointing experience in shipping an important item, this is the store for you!!! I needed to send my engagement ring to the jewelry company for servicing. It turns out that Fedex will only insure jewelry up to $500..... Worthless for most jewelry. Manger tried to tell me UPS would have the same policy (not true.) To add insult to injury, he requested I pay for the packaging that I was unable to even utilize in the first place because of the fact that FedEx is unable to provide adequate services. Still stunned by the ridiculousness of the whole scenario...

I call in to track a package, I was having issues through the automated system. I explained my situation to the female employee who answered she advised me to call customer service I asked her if she could look up the tracking number I was given which she clearly did not want to do she then put me on hold I hung up after waiting 10 minutes. Very poor customer service and unprofessional.
Employees are alway friendly and on the ball.
