To start i thought it was expensive for tires, brakes, turned rotors and an alignment. Then found out couple days latter when I kept hearing a wierd noise that the bolt that holds the brakes on was over torqued. Not a road Hazzard issue, but a technician issue. Called them up and they fixed it at no cost! The guy that runs the show is why I gave them 4 stars and not a lower rating. He is great to talk to. I did not give 5 stars do to they could improve some.

I had a very positive experience at TomsTire Pros, from the moment I pulled into their service area. Every person I encountered was polite, friendly, and had a smile on their face. I called that morning and they were able to get me in after lunch. They took care of my issue within an hour and it was fixed! One of my hub caps came off and they found me a replacement. They took the time to perform a test drive and all was good! I would recommend calling then any time you have issues with your tires. 😊

Bring the car in for oil change for the first time live in San Angelo for over 20 years never use them. Got vehicle back with the oil leak contact them back he sure he can fixed for me no problem it gonna be over 600 dollars.I have another mechanic check it he said they put the bolt in incorrectly it created a small gap on one side of the bolt and have a slow leak on my vehicle. Sound like some scam right if I gonna pay money not gonna be the them. I check on the review on 2019 same situation happen to a Miata. Been use Mineniki when I bought the car until after paying it off never have a leak to all my vehicle. Good luck with this guy...

She needed tires and a complete inspection of her truck to make sure everything was in good working order. I called Toms to see if they could help me out since I was unable to travel to do the work on her truck at the time. They ordered the tires, worked with her schedule to get her to come in. They took care of the truck from the ground up. They informed me of a few minor repairs that needed to be addressed, and sent her on her way. They called me when they completed the work which gave me piece of mind that my daughters truck was safe. You cant put a price on that. Thanks yall!

Cant say enough good things! Took my truck in and received fast and highly professional service. They even made a great lunch spot recommendation while I waited! The space itself is very clean and bright, and I would have been equally happy waiting right there. Despite the straightforward job, the technician voluntarily explained what they did and why I could be confident in the work performed. Truly outstanding group running this shop!!!

I ordered tires, no service yet but the ordering was fast with friendly service. Installing tires this morning. Free reset of factory low pressure alarm. Cant beat that! No one else provides this service for free.

Always do me right

I manage several ranch trucks and Tom’s Tire handles the tires and mechanical. They are always nice to deal with and willing to fix flats and other little things the big guys won’t do. Fair prices and able to handle a wide range of service needs. Highly recommended.

This is coming a couple years after the work. I had work done on the suspension of a truck. The front went out of alignment quick (less than 60 days) uneven tire wear was already visible. I took it back it was aligned and I replaced the tires. The front end went of alignment quick again and took it back. They didnt want to warranty the work and charge me for the alignment. Both trips they quizzed me about hitting speed bumps, pot holes and etc...They said these newer vehicles just get out of alignment easy. I heard another customer get the same story. I took my pickup to another place and havent had a problem for a couple years now. But there are a lot of good reviews out there so apparently they dont always act like this or some people dont realize whats happening to them. I had forgotten about it until a spam email just hit my inbox. They are going to spam your cell phone also. They are also going to add charges and additional work fees to your bill as a matter of routine without asking if you want it. So read your ticket close before signing.Edit update after emailing the owner: Why 2 years? I wanted to see if the alignment done in another shop would last longer than the first two did and then I forgot to come back to the review.I was not billed for the second alignment because I was objecting to the charge because I was not accepting the reasons being given to me for it being out of alignment again so quickly. My records are correct.I discussed the cost of new tires (the front tires were ruined because I drove it to long while out of alignment). Then when given the ticket to approve the work, there were charges for road hazard and nitrogen increasing the cost we had just discussed. Maybe they normally talk to customers about these before sliding them a piece of paper to sign. In my case they did not.The owner did respond promptly by email and does genuinely want to resolve the situation in a professional and courteous manner.

I had 4 new tires, and a lift kit installed by Toms Tire Pros. The staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable in accommodating my needs. The service itself was quick and I had my vehicle back in less than half a day. I felt I received a tremendous amount of work for a great value. However, upon cleaning the wheels and further inspection, I found that all four wheels had varying degrees of damage from mounting the tires. I immediately took the vehicle back and was told the damage could be buffed or polished out. Im of the opinion the damage would or should have never occurred with a qualified staff. I initially rated this a 5-star experience, but after my findings and the response from Toms Tire Pros, it is 1-star and I will not be a returning customer.

Christy is simply the absolute best!! I have been dealing with Tom’s for almost 2 years now and Christy has never let me down once. She is my go to gal and will be for many more years to come. Thank you Christy for everything!!

Ive always heard good things about Toms, so I gave them a shot. Took my truck in to get a screw pulled out of one of the tires and they took great care in their work. They also listened to my concerns as Ive had more than one tire shop in town muck up my wheels doing the same repair. I highly recommend them.

Hidden gem of a service shop, with tire and oil change service.

My name is Jane Shock, I went online to find a place that would do oil changes and fix my tire. I found Tire Pro. I called and they got me in. Although they had to wait for the oil filter to come in to do my oil change. That wasnt on them it was me that brought in the wrong oil filter. While they were changing my oil they had notice the front driver side tire was so worn on the inside I thank God I hadnt had a blow out. They priced me new tires and I called them early the next day. They came to my job and picked up my car and put my new tires on and brought my car back to my job. I would highly recommend this tire store. The one guy that helped me was Shaun ( not sure if I spelled his name right) but he went way beyond helping me. Thank you all for your kindness.

Everytime I go in to Toms Tire Pro, the quality of service provided surpasses that of other tire shops. Most of the time, I dont spend much time in their really comfortable waiting area because they work together well enough to get things in and out. Im always informed ahead of time about any wait times or costs. It would be nice if the guys at Toms Tire Pro offered Wi-Fi access for the times in which it is necessary to wait.

Ordered tires a couple days ago. Staff was super helpful choosing my cooper discoverer at3 over 6 other tires. Since I needed it I also got my oil changed. I asked my wife to call and ask a few places in San Angelo to get prices (since I can have my phone at work) and Toms Tire Pros was by far the nicest and provided the most information and option, even giving several extra suggestions. I needed tires for my Challenger, went to Toms Tire Pros talked with the extremely knowledgeable staff was offered 3 in depth quotes ordered the tires. The tires came in the next day and were installed at the present appointment with a quick turn around. Very happy with the experience.

The customer service was absolutely fine and they were able to cater to my needs, but a problem I did find after getting my new wheels and tires installed. Was that the lug nuts were over-torqued to the cars specifications. Other than that I recommend using Tom’s tire pros for the ease of service and being able to price match the tires I wanted.

Recently relocated to San Angelo and discovered there are few places to get nitrogen. Toms had nitrogen and it was very reasonably priced!!! Friendly service increased their rating and being that they checked and topped off my tired in less than 10 minutes increased it more!!!8/3/2020...Returned to Toms for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my vehicle and it was ready within an hour. Friendly and courteous services makes willing to come back again and again.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Their waiting room was clean and there were plenty of magazines to read while I waited. They rotated my tires and changed my oil in about 45 minutes and it cost $75. I was happy with the level of service I received and would recommend Toms Tire Pros to a friend.

Outstanding service and top notch people to do business with.

Called them while waiting at Walmart to check to see if they can fix a tire that I just bought and ran over a road hazard. They let me know what my options were over the phone but when I got to the shop every went smooth, they looked at the tire and replaced in with a brand new tire. I am very bad with names but I believe it was Kristy and Tom who helped me out. Wait was going to be awhile and I had my family and service dog and Kristy offered to take us to where we wanted to go and picked us up as well. Great service and all around great place and employees.

I love the service here. Shawn is very nice and helpful. I came here several times to have my car check for a cross country drive. They made sure that my car good to go with no charge. Fast service, nothing short of awesome customer service. Prices are fair and unlike some larger chain mechanical shops they dont try to sell you on services you dont need. Today I came in to have my tire pressure increased with nitrogen, told them my fuel mileage is getting worse, instead of having the mechanics do a fuel system flush and clean they recommended I first run two tanks of premium fuel to see if my injectors get cleaned out, if that doesnt work they then recommend I come back for the fuel system clean out.

I took my 2008 GMC Sierra to get belts replaced (I provided my own parts), they took my truck in at 10 mins til 8am and the finished the repairs at 8:27am. The guy told me they charge $140/hr but it didnt take the full hour. I asked him if the hour would be pro rated and he said no, I disagree with this practice (seems shady). CONSUMERS BEWARE! Shop around for honest mechanics. He tried to sugar coat it by saying I had 1 year of roadside assistance.

Wow where do I began?? I took my car there after a individual started and could not complete the job so it was a bit of a chore but they claim to be pros but they clearly are not. Alignment they can not do. Front end work nope, struts no replacing control arm bushing no way. They charged me for ridiculous things could not repair my car right and when I took it back so that way they could do it right they wanted to charge me for what ??? Not doing it right the first time? DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR OR TRUCK TO TOMS TIRE PROS they are far from pros.
