This is absolutely the greatest place I have ever been. Wow I will raise money for them in the future, as I would want any family hurting, or struggling to have such a great place to go when their child is sick. Im just thrilled with their love, generosity, and kindness to me and my family. Nothing could or would be better than this place. Love it, love it, love it, everyone should know how great Ronald McDonald house charities are.

Don’t bother. They take covid way over board. We’re extremely cautious about it because of our child’s condition, but they are excessive. Their policies well exceed the hospital’s, which may seem positive, but talk to me after you’ve been staying here for a few months and get rejected because you have yesterday’s sticker that in the end doesn’t mean a thing. How do you suspect I have yesterday’s sticker…hmm?. They need to start thinking about us and get off their high horse. So, thanks for trying, but you’re useless.

Assisted Fresh Life volunteers in making/serving dinner. We provided picture ID, photo taken and a sticker with our picture/affiliation was made to wear on our shirts. Kitchen set up is AMAZING with designated/labeled areas for food prep and cleaning. All drawers and cabinets are labeled so finding what you need was easier. People can eat inside or on the balcony, both areas very clean. Staff and clients very personable. It was an awesome experience.

The people who run the house seem to be very caring and compassionate.I have to say as well that the facility is just top notch. Clean, pleasant, comfortable. A great place to stay when a family has a sick child at one of the nearby childrens hospitals. A+

A blessing for people whos children are in primary childrens hospital. They offer so much free of charge so you can be close to the hospital and close to your children who are in the hospital and as a place to relax. Many different things they offer their to help you with your needs and to help you with everything youre going through. There should be many more places like this and for people going through tough times being away from home and family while their children are in the hospital. I know they accept donations and things also and my opinion this is a great place to donate to.

My daughters baby has been in the NICU at both U of U hospital and Primary Childrens Hospital for the past 3 months. Ronald McDonald House has been an invaluable resource for my daughter, her husband and our families! They have been nothing but amazing for us through all of the challenges that my little granddaughter has faced. My daughter has been staying in the Ronald McDonald House for the last month while shes there to take care of her everyday. I have been able to go and stay with my daughter and spend time with her and her baby. All around it has been a great experience! Because of the ability the Ronald McDonald House has given my daughter to be there for her baby day in and day out, her little girl is succeeding beyond all expectations. She should be able to come home soon. Thank You so much Ronald McDonald House for all that you do for families!! What you have done for our family is beyond compare!

Any place that allows families to stay while their child is in the hospital for low cost or donation deserves more than 5 stars. They have volunteers come and cook for displaced families. They have laundry rooms so you can do your laundry. They have a full kitchen so if you need to you can bake something to take your mind off things. Very nice rooms. This place is just...well it a God send. When you stay there you are part of a big extended family, and nobody treats you any different.

The employees and volunteers that help to keep this ship sailing are nothing less then amazing. My daughter and I have had the misfortune of having to travel on top of medical procedures and until we found them we were to a point of not knowing if we could afford to get her help. Since we found these amazing people they have put to rest more stress then they will ever know. It does not in anyways whatsoever feel like you are without of anything while you stay with them. They have a nice stocked kitchen and plenty of play areas for kids of all ages. Depending on when youre there, they have a variety of things you can do throughout the city if you can afford to relax for awhile. Nothing but praise to everyone that has ever contributed to this amazing organization in any way.

Fabulous place & people. Comforting to find other families that share the same. Inspiring and heartwarming. Clean & nice. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to be able to:1) have bottled water or drink in room (especially at night). I need water or juice during the night. I dont want to have to get up, get dressed and go downstairs to the kitchen and drink the water there. If you are alone with child, then you have to wake them too2) TV in room if desired(to catch news, travel weather or as a diversion from the stress from our children going thru medical crisis)

My family was unexpectatly stuck in Salt Lake after our little boy was transferred from Primarys to another facility. We were terrified, confused and traumatized. Ronald McDonald house took us in, fed us home cooked meals and gave us a comfy clean room. There was a beautiful tote bag full of full sized toiletries for us in our room. Volunteers came and cooked for us, leaving all the leftovers in the big fridges for snacking later. After a few days we were able to take our little boy home.
