Do not rent from here run far away, they are consistently hard to get ahold of and sometimes you cant at all. They will drag out maintenance requests for weeks even in urgent matters like AC being out in the Utah summer. The urgent 24 hour maintenance phone number they list in our lease just redirects you to the normal customer service line that closes at 5pm. They arent local so they dont understand problems specific to Utah and outsource everything so trying to communicate is nearly impossible.Dont reply to this review with some garbage about contacting your team through email, every time Ive ever tried to get in contact with someone over the past two years of being a tenet Ive been left on hold for hours, not replied to, and not given updates. This company is a joke and I cant wait for my lease to be over so we never have to deal with them again.
This is a scam. They took my application fee and even told me I was approved for the property, and then the next day my application showed it was cancelled and the property was not available. Alison Birks is the leasing agent for Atlanta West and she is absolutely incompetent. Her phone number listed in her email is out of service and she sends cut and paste emails that are completely inaccurate—if she sends any response at all. Vanessa said she would transfer my application to Atlanta East and has not done so a week later. Do not give your money to these thieves. And yes, I am posting on the Salt Lake office because thats where Im moving from and this entire company is a fraud. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES.
I dont understand how or why this company is still in business!!! They billed me $1400 water bill and only credit 900 very hard to get in contact with anyone. there are no direct numbers to any department. you can stay on the phone literally takes an hour just to be transfer back to the very person who answered the phone. these people are a joke
Had a huge random utility bill appear on my account thats has been a real pain, all sorts of havoc, no one could explain how or why this happened the way it did, and fixing this issue has been a real drag... Would not recommend.
Hi, I filled out a lease application for a property. We were having technical difficulty with uploading a couple documents for my son. I tried contacting them and it put me into a phone tree. They ended up cancelling my application with no notice. They said they sent me an email but I did not receive an email from them. Horrible customer service and unable to contact a leasing agent.
Gaby over the phone was very informative and helpful with providing information on everything i need to know with getting information on a rental! She was also very friendly with amazing customer service!
I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with property management companies. Our last one sold the house out from under us and gave us a month to get out. So I was very hesitant to rent again. But I can’t express my gratitude to this company. Any maintenance requests get responded to the next day, if not the day that you submit it! Everyone in the office is so helpful. But the real kicker is when my husband and I lost our jobs because of Corona, they immediately called us and asked us if we needed to only pay partial rent for a couple months. That helped us out SO much and relieved so much stress! I love my house, and I haven’t been able to say that in years! Thank you MSR for changing my mind about property management companies! (And I wasn’t even paid to say any of that! That must mean it’s true! Lol)
Some things about the move in experience were easy and simple and made it stress free. However the overwhelming amount of things that made it difficult outweighed them. Getting in touch with someone at this company is a nightmare. Not only is it seemingly impossible to get ahold of someone, but the people who are meant to be your main point of contact frequently forget about ongoing problems and then just dissapear from the company no longer able to be contacted. For a company that talks about wanting to have a great resident experience, they make it incredibly aggravating to take care of even simple tasks because of the lack of responsiveness/availability.
Nothing but problems, this company is an absolutely joke.
If I could give a lower review I would. Ive called in several times over the past couple months and their operators refuse to let me talk to a manager. They promise theyll call back in 24-48 hours but never do. Weve had leaks and problems with our house for two and a half months now and every maintenance request gets ignored. This is by the most untrustworthy company. Do not use them for renting or buying. You will only regret it. I wish I could put poor reviews everywhere to help warn people. I never leave reviews and their services have been so bad that it is the only thing I can think of because I want others to avoid this.
Been renting for 6 months have, have had water turned off because of main street not paying the water bill. It took 3 months to kinda fix the water billing issue. Still never know when we are getting a water bill, is not every month. Currently it has been 18 days since i requested a maintenance work order, still waiting for a time frame when its going to be fixed. Have called twice, they can never seem to get in contact with the person handling this.
This is THE WORST business to do your lease with. They never respond when there are issues in the home and are not organized in the way they go about fixing problems, if you can even call what they do, “fixing.” I’ve been waiting for a month and a half while they continue to disappear and then reappear only to ask for the same documents and information that I’ve given to them but they are too incompetent to do anything with that information and so they ask for the same things over and over. Their employees are unprofessional and they are by far THE most untrustworthy business I have ever dealt with. I hate to leave such a bad review and if I could leave negative stars I would because these people have made someone who normally gives everyone the benefit of the doubt really lose faith in business and industry.
