Love this location! Offices are large, spacious, and quiet, with amazing views of the salt lake valley. It feels like such a dream being able to work from this space. The staff here is also extremely kind and responsive. Can’t really ask for much more than that. Highly recommend!!

Ive been an Industrious member for over a year and I love it. I enjoy coming to an office every day and am far more productive than when I work from home. Its enticing to get myself here in the morning so I can enjoy breakfast, and afternoon snacks and drinks are a definite plus. Would recommend.

I love working at Industrious. It is a beautiful space, always clean, and amazing people. Luis and Charlie are absolutely fantastic and beyond helpful. Its always a pleasure to come to work when you have an office like this!

Five stars for the Industrious space + team in the Clift building! I was between Airbnbs during my visit to Utah, so I needed a quiet, dedicated space to do my work and take work calls. Charlie and Luis, who manage / operate the Industrious Clift office, were immediately super welcoming. They pre-empted my arrival by sending an email with all the necessary info and walked me through the amenities.I felt the most product Ive been during WFH--the office was spacious, organized and most importantly, COVID-safe. I ended up going to Industrious Clift a second time before my flight out of SLC. Im a convert! Exploring the Oasis membership now that Im back in my home city.

I relocated my team here several months ago and I remain completely impressed and pleased with the location, facility and the staff. The vibe is just unbeatable, and I cant say enough positive about it.

Great people, good drinks!I was a bit iffy on the whole shared office location at first. Did I really want a bunch of people I dont know bumping into me while I get my coffee asking me if the startup I worked for has gotten funded yet? Turns out, these people are just like me, looking for a break from the grind.The space is perfect for the ebbs and flows of office life. If I feel social I can head to the bi-weekly happy hour or hang out it the common space. If I dont feel like putting on my happy face I can isolate and get **** done.My personal favorite is the rooftop patio - where I spend my mornings soaking in the downtown views with my headphones cranked while I plan out my day.

Ive worked at a number of coworking spaces and this one is top-notch. Beautiful space, friendly staff, lots of private offices, and generous selection of healthy snacks and drinks. Highly recommend.

Industrious is a very good co-working space. This was my first experience with one, and completely loved it. It has an amazing vibe. I got to meet some nice people. Paul and Amy are very helpful and super nice. I really appreciate all their efforts and ideas to make the office lively. I would totally recommend Industrious to anyone who wants to try out a co-working space.

I cant say enough about this place. We knew the moment we walked in for a tour that this was the office space for us. It is easily, by far, the best co-working space in Utah.Paul provided a comprehensive, very welcoming tour of the two floors, and we instantly felt at home. Upon moving in we also met Amy who perfectly complimented the mood.The entire space is clean, comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. The people are kind and professional. There are ample snacks, drinks, conference rooms, huddle rooms, pens, paper, printing stations, etc.Work here. Youll be happy you did.

Outstanding staff in this upscale work environment help you feel like you are well taken care of. The amenities include everything you could imagine needing in a professional work setting & certainly make it feel worth the cost. Outstanding space, amenities, staff, location, price and perks! I travel A LOT and this is by far one of the hippest and professional spaces around compared to its competitors. Paul and Amy are attentive, inclusive and really make this Industrious space an experience. If youre looking for a work space, office and a great place to network, you should stop by for a tour. It helps that theres a rooftop and monthly events!

Incredible staff, excellent benefits, and great atmosphere. Been here for a couple months now and have no complaints. I love how it feels like a second home and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The free massages and breakfast are also incredibly nice.

Industrious Salt Lake City Downtown has an amazing location right in the city with great city views. The amenities have been so helpful, the design space is perfect and the staff is outstanding. Highly Recommended!

We recently held an evening gathering at Industrious. The setting (with its modern design, new comfy furnishings, an exciting view of downtown) turned out to be perfect for our group of 35 or so folks. Paul Peterson and his staff were so accommodating in helping us plan and set up. The kitchen features a large serving counter for all our food and beverages. Industrious offers so many cool touches: spotless restrooms, a cozy den, private phone booths, coffee machine. Even with a group our size, we could easily speak and be heard without a mic. I am totally a fan of Industrious and look forward to working with them again. Seeing what they have done with the historic Clift Building office space shows they are both thoughtful and visionary. I wish them success!

From the moment you walk through the doors of Industrious, housed in a beautiful historic building located in downtown Salt Lake City, to the smiling friendly faces of Amy and Paul, you feel welcomed and at home, though really youre entering your office! The co-working vibe is laid back and accommodating. You have access to 24 hour hospitality that features breakfasts, catered lunches and happy hours as well as professional development opportunities through networking events. The offices are bright and have sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley. Across the street from Trax and several parking garages make this office space the perfect location.

Ive worked out of other co-working spaces and this one tops the cake! It has the most gorgeous views of Salt Lake City and incredible interior design. You get a lot of bang for your buck--all-inclusive--and the other members are friendly, respectful, and innovators of their field. The management (Paul & Amy) are unbelievably supportive.

Co-working space that feels like your own. Industrious has allowed us to grow quickly with little friction. They also provide breakfasts, events, snacks, drinks, and donuts!

This is an great working space in a beautiful building in downtown SLC. Excellent staff and accommodations. At the time of this review, breakfast is available every weekday (twice a week from the Bagel Project and twice a week from Evas Bakery, two of the best breakfast options in town), which is a huge plus. The shared spaces are comfortable and inviting, and there are a variety of breakout rooms for phone calls, team meetings, etc. If youre a small to midsize business, or a larger company with a smaller team here in SLC, this is a great option. Highly recommend!

Industrious hosts are the kindest people, and the office is always pristine. Amenities and location make this the ideal work environment for Salt Lake City.

This is the place! The space is gorgeously designed, very inviting and comfortable. Its in a great location downtown. And the best part is that Amy and Paul are wonderful!

What a breath of fresh air this place is! I have been aware of co-working in other cities for a decade and was eager for the trend to hit SLC. The other offerings our fair mountain city has offered for co-working the past few years have paled in comparison to this place. The decor, the vibe, the community - all are so great. Amy and Paul, the community managers at this location are so attentive and amazing. So glad we got this location in SLC.

We selected Industrious to shoot a corporate video and also because we were curious about the co-working space for our own business. We scouted a few locations for our film and chose this space because it was so clean, so well lit, so quiet and so attractively furnished. On shoot day, we came to love our choice even more because Paul—this locations host—swooped in and rescued us from a bad situation. Not only was he super friendly and wonderful to work with, he pulled an ace out of his sleeve and rescued our shoot. They put out breakfast and coffee every morning, snacks in the afternoon and just generally provide the kind of work space we all wish we had. Even the bathrooms (yes, the bathrooms) were well thought out—with nice hand soap, mouth wash, and other amenities. It was like an office meets a spa. We will be back—perhaps to stay!

A truly beautiful space with very courteous team members, and Im very excited to have them here in SLC. This is a place to go to if you need reliability, privacy, and productivity. I highly recommend Industrious.

Its a premium service that really follows through. Industrious is not just another shared office space, its an experience. Anyone who has walked in, even just to look around will tell you that it catches your attention right off the bat. The furniture is modern contemporary, high quality and well laid out. The office staff, Amy and Paul, are exuberant and delightful, easy to talk to and have kind hearts of service and dedication. This is just the first impression I got when I walked in, before I signed up for the shared space even. Its a business/home like/ focused feeling where everything is designed to increase productivity and give the tenants a feeling of importance. Breakfast 5 days a week, snack time (you know, that thing that once you hit 3rd grade goes away and you wind up missing for the next decade plus) unlimited coffee from 2 well known roasters, high quality tea thats incredibly good food in the fridge thats available for everyone and restocked, clean bathrooms, clean everything and an over all environment of excellence, really makes Industrious worth more than its already premium pricing (which im hands down happy to pay, think about the value of what you are getting, they are the only game in town offering what they offer to the extent that they offer it and they execute with perfection. For the business professional networking with other individuals and organizations is a major key to success, and the connections I have made thus far may very well be worth the ticket price alone. When checking this place out, look at the value and really consider where you want to actually be a year from now, I guarantee, if youre serious about what you want, Industrious will be the perfect place to help you focus on your work and get you there. * Side note, its also 24/7 and over the past 5 days, that has been a huge plus for me as I have been working non stop on some things.

Ive been working out of an office at Industrious in downtown SLC for about two months now and it has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff at this location, Paul and Amy, are both wonderful and excellent people and my experience at Industrious has been nothing but positive thanks to their hard work.
