We were visiting our son who lives on E Sherman, so Cozy Nook was perfect. Carmen was always very responsive with any questions. We had guests one evening and the living area easily accommodated 8 people. Really appreciated the little touches like coffee, eggs, orange juice and bread . Saved us a trip to the store. Very convenient location. Everything worked seamlessly which one especially wants when traveling . Well definitely stay there again.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I wasnt sure what to expect because sometimes photos are better than the property but this place is very nice ....just as nice as the pictures. I thought the location worked great for us. Just a few minutes from the I-80 to the North and from I-15 to the south and not far from downtown. The parking is good too. Many times parking can be an issue but the carport fit both our vehicles nicely and street parking was available as well. The owner keeps the property stocked and we had everything we needed (ironing board, iron, dishes, games, etc.) I would definitely recommend this property to others and Ill stay here again when looking for a rental in this area. Thanks for being such good property managers.

We have just returned from a very relaxing stay in Utah and we already missed this apartment.On our arrival the apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t meet the owners, but they left us a welcome note with a basket full of candy bars, just what we needed after a long flight.The apartment itself is modern, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a week from pots and pans to basic supplies such as eggs, bread, coffee, condiments, oil, etc.I can’t think of anything we needed. Overall a great stay! If we ever find ourselves back in Salt Lake City we will certainly return.Many thanks Jonah and Carmen.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we couldnt have been happier. We had an 8 year old and a one year old with us as well. Everything, furniture, beds, linens, kitchen etc. were in great condition. We loved that they provided coffee, cereal and some snacks. We did run to the store for some milk for the coffee and cereal. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was up to date. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the amenities. They even had a straight iron for hair! We also loved having laundry. We did several loads. The location is on the side of a busy street. Not a big deal for us, as we didnt have a need to hang out outside. Its about a 10 min drive to downtown. I highly recommend. Im picky and it felt great to stay here.

Stayed here on a snowboarding trip with friends. Great location, 15 minutes from airport, 30 minutes from the mountains. The hosts are very friendly, left us goodies, and helps us to ensure we knew how to use laundry, etc. Comfortably slept 5, 2 big beds and a couch. I think it pulled out, not positive, but my friend who slept on it said it was comfy. Newly renovated and looks. Definitely recommend this rental. Great value.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple. We were really impressed by the hospitality. The owner left snacks & breakfast items for us in the kitchen. The location was close to downtown Salt Lake City and close to other tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean and bed was very comfortable. It made our stay very enjoyable and stress free. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful and was perfect for us! We comfortably fit four adults and our twin toddlers in the space and it was a great home base while visiting family in SLC. The kitchen is beautiful and the furnishings comfortable. It is clear that the entire space was thoughtfully created for visitors. Our little guy fell in love with one of the soft throw blankets and insisted on snuggling it at night and in the mornings.Carmen thought of everything, including plastic plates/utensils for the kids and a wonderful welcome basket. Beds are comfortable and the whole place is clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. We will definitely stay again!

This place is such a wonderful little retreat! The place is beautifully decorated, and we felt very at home here. We especially appreciated the free breakfast and a tray of snacks for all of us. The hosts really thought of all of the little details. It was next to a medium-sized road that could have some road noise (we didnt notice since the home is well insulated), but each bed still had earplugs next to the bed just in case. We all had great nights sleep with comfortable pillows and dark shades so we could sleep in blissfully. Carmen was incredibly responsive, and it was nice that she made an effort to meet us and check-in. When you are staying in someones home, its nice to have that personal touch instead of simply heres the code. We could get a sense that she really cared about both the place and the experience of her guests. It was our first time visiting Salt Lake City as a family, and we definitely plan to be back both to Salt Lake and Red Maple Vacation Rentals!

Jonah and Carmen were the perfect hosts! My husband, son and I truly enjoyed our trip! The rental was just as it appeared in the pictures. It was beautiful! We had an absolutely delightful stay in apartment 3 at Redmaple. The photos on the website are completely accurate, the beds and linens are beautiful and the location is easy to find.The apartment is better equipped than any other we have rented- stocked with generous breakfast provisions and all the basic food additional items like herbs and spices to make it easy for you to prepare your own meals.The owners are great communicators and were very responsive and helpful during booking and our stay.If we were going back to Salt Lake city I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Eight of us rented this duplex for a visit to SLC for my nieces wedding. This was cheaper and more efficient for us than renting several hotel rooms. It had good reviews for both the place and the owners. The owner answered my questions within minutes both before and after I booked. I got my rental information soon after I booked too. The place was pretty, clean and comfortable and I knew I was in good hands in case there were any issues. Highly recommend!

Great Value - Great LocationDuplex is modern, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. Location is easily accessible off a major artery, and neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Grocery stores and shopping are conveniently located. Access to major ski areas is an easy drive. We are skiers looking for high-quality, economic accommodations and I cannot think of a better bargain in the SLC area. Highly recommend. Five Stars!

Harris, TracynoneWe stayed in Salt Lake for my job and we loved staying at Red Maple Vacation Rentals. It was very clean and felt like home. The owners were so friendly and nice. They worked with us on our crazy schedule. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a family wanting to get away . We were close to the mountains and close to town as well but in a good neighborhood as well. My whole family loved it and my 10 year old didnt want to leave he loved it so much. We had everything we needed right there.

Booked this property for a last minute snowboarding trip to Park City. Had an excellent stay in this property. Very clean, beautifully decorated, convenient to everything (20 minute drive to PC), and kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. Carmen and Jonah were great host, she even brought us fresh eggs for our stay. We will absolutely book this property again on our next trip to area.

Jonah and Carmen are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as advertised... comfortable and contemporary but best of all it is clean.I found out that Carmen uses natural cleaning products in all her rentals. I love that! It was such a blessing to not have allergies flaring up.Jonah and Carmen were really good to work with us when we booked last minute. They communicated well and were able to let us in even when they were away on their own vacation. They also worked with us when we had to change plans and extend our stay. Thank you!They are wonderful hosts and we will definitely stay with them again if the need arises.

I’m from Peru and I usually travel for business. This was my fourth time in Salt Lake City, but my first time staying at Redmaple Vacation Rentals. To tell the truth, I was very impressed with this place. Everything was first-class.I had stayed at many hotels and vacation rentals mostly for business, but this was the nicest in terms of decor and furniture.The best part is that the apartment is that is only 10 minutes from downtown, a few blocks from a few supermarkets and the freeway.Aside from the beautiful decor, one of the highlights of this apartment was the touch pad door locks - it was good for me because I’m always losing my keys, I’m glad I had one less thing to worry about.The owners, Jonah and Carmen came to say ‘hi’ one of the nights. They were friendly and great to talk to. I’d definitely recommend this place. It was probably the best deal for the money.

The four of us stayed for 3 nights and we couldnt have been happier with the place. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked for cooking, they even included snacks and some kitchen staples like tomato sauce, bread, eggs, and pasta. The beds were SO comfortable, we all slept so well. We loved the location because we were around the corner from Starbucks and there were plenty of convenience stores within a mile or two. Its am easy 10-15 minute trip into downtown Salt Lake and about 35 minutes (dependant on traffic) to Park City and Snowbird/Alta. The WiFi worked well and having Netflix was a nice perk. They really thought of everything to make you comfortable while staying at their property.Carmen and Jonah were so friendly and hospitable, and they made themselves available for any needs or concerns that may come up. Such a pleasure to rent from them, and I hope we get the chance to visit again! Thank you!!!

This property is as advertised and the owners are very thoughtful and responsive. We stayed here during Utah ski trip for 4 days. The accommodations were excellent; comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and nice gathering areas with quality entertainment. We would definitely return to stay here.

Jonah and Carmen is very nice, good men. The property is fully identical to those described. The area is quiet and beautiful views of the mountains. Wall-Mart and Starbucks nearby. Take a trip to Park City and Antelope Island. All our questions quickly and readily responded. We ordered a package in which Carmen helped me a lot to give. As a friendly greeting. I highly recommend the apartment and hospitality as well. If you are traveling to SLC again, are you sure we will live here. Once again, thank you for everything.

This place could not be more PERFECT! We loved staying here and would highly recommend it! The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need in this 2 BDR apartment. Obviously an interior designer furnished this apartment. My daughter and I felt very spoiled staying here. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The location being near to downtown is ideal.

I visited Salt Lake City for the first time (on my own) and booked a short stay here. Really, really nice! I loved the attention to detail – the well stocked kitchen, the super comfortable bed, the convenience of toiletries and the snacks were certainly handy. And CLEAN! The apartment was clean and organized. The owners are warm, friendly and hospitable. I checked in, had a hot shower, put my feet up and enjoyed watching Netflix. Getting to downtown SLC the next day was just a 10 minute drive away. Very convenient. I’d certainly be back and recommend a stay here – long or short term to anyone visiting SLC.

We rented the entire duplex and were very surprised at how big the space really is. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The only thing is the kitchen table is only for 4 people, which makes sense that the upstairs has enough space for 4 people.We were in town for a convention and mostly just used the space to sleep and eat breakfast. It is a nice touch that there are 2 living spaces with TVs. I can imagine if you had kids they would love the basement space.There didnt seem to be enough wash clothes and I forgot to mention that to the owners when I saw them, however, I know they would have brought some right over since they were so quick to bring over trash bags and help us figure out the WiFi.Very nice rental, just a little too far from the downtown area for us. We did have to rent a van in order to get back and forth since the house isnt on a TRAX line. I did see a bus stop on the major road if you want to use the public transportation system.

This SLC home was really cute, spacious and super clean! There are two living rooms, each with couches and a tv (no fighting over the remote!), and 4 bedrooms total (one for each of my friends and I :D). Also a big plus were the snacks, eggs/beer/drink in the fridge, the Netflix (yay!) and all the amenities we needed. I will DEFINITELY be back, we loved staying there! Carmen also took the time to check up on us and make sure we had everything :) I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

We LOVED how clean it was!! We also appreciated the nice touch of having all supplies/kitchen items we needed. The breakfast items were delicious and a super nice help for those getting in late. The wifi worked so well and we loved the TV with netflix and DVR. We also appreciated you all having extra paper towels and toilet tissue. One place we stayed only supplied one roll and charged $5 for extra! The bed was very comfortable and the towels smelled super fresh and clean. Oh, and we LOVED the coffee you had in the fridge. I would love to know what brand of coffee it is! I also forgot my shampoo...so it was nice to find some in the bathroom! Thank you! You all seriously made us feel right at home. We loved the whole experience. You all are so thoughtful and have done an amazing job as hosts. Thanks again for everything!!! I honestly cant think of anything the place lacked. Which is a great thing!! :)

We stayed in this place for 6 nights (visiting Salt Lake City from Queretaro, Mexico). and is hard to describe how comfortable we felt. The decoration is beautiful and i get shocked when i noticed they provided coffe, cereal, snacks, etc.. The beds were the most comfotable. The kitchen, laudry, parking, yard, and location make the place just perfect...just a few minutes from Downtown, I-80, I-15 and close to Park City, and intl airport...Best experience ever!!.. I highly recommend it!..i wish i can stay again...

This is by far the best place we stayed in and we travel quite a lot. Apartment feels like a 5 star hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with snacks and breakfast food, WIFI, TV. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would need to feel like home. The hosts, Carmen and Jonah, were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is close to Sugarhouse and downtown Salt Lake. / Very cozy two bedroom apartment near the center of Salt Lake, where you will feel at home - comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with snacks and breakfast food, TV, internet. The hosts, Carmen and John, are super cool, always on hand to help or advise on what to visit or where to shop best. Definitely recommend for a holiday in Salt Lake City.
