Are you looking for the best possible co-working experience out there? Then listen up, this very well could be the best option in the SLC market. Here is everything I loved about Brickworks. 1) Contract Flexibility: Not signing a long term lease was a big deal for us. 2) Competitive Pricing: These offices are HUGE, and we werent trying to pack 12 developers into an office for 3,000/month! But for well under 1k we had large private offices. 3) Amenities: If youre tired of being charged all the little fees including: Color Copies, Conference Room Time, Internet, Parking, etc... rest assured this is the place for you. ALL OF THAT is included in your monthly lease rate. 4) People: Mariel Wirthlin & Abby Park make everything about the process super easy. Theyre great to work with and provide an atmosphere that mimics being a part of a larger cohesive organization. We were sad to graduate from the Brickworks facility, but are happy to remain connected to the Brickworks family. They have BUILD Capitals highest recommendation they are superlative in every regard.
Brickwork Offices and the great management team, Mariel and Sydney, are truly nothing short of Amazing!! It’s a beautiful, modern, professional andvery positive environment! The offices suites are furnished beautifully, clean and aesthetic and the conference rooms and kitchen facilities are great too! Also the parking and and access hours are so flexible and convenient. It’s a real treasure for any small business or start up. I highly recommend them!!
I have spent the last five months here at Brickworks. Amazing group of professionals with an amazing internal team. It has been a great experience. Great environment, professional, extremely warm and welcoming team. Mariel and her staff are awesome. 10/10 would recommend to any business. Awesome location downtown, close to the freeways, restaurants, etc. Great experience and great location. Highly recommend to any small business or professional.
As a growing tech company, Brickwork Offices is the perfect spot for us. Their entire team (Mariel, Jackie, & Nicole) are wonderful, responsive, and always willing to accommodate any needs. The offices and common area is always clean and they provide wonderful coffee, espresso, and treats. Not to mention the location. Its awesome for our team to be able within walking distance of a handful of great local restaurants. We are excited to be part of the Brickwork team and looking forward to staying with them as we continue to grow and expand!
I might be the first one, or the second that moved into Brickwork offices. I totally love it. Safe private parking lot, multiple free street parking; The administrative team in Brickwork is very nice and kind. My room will be cleaned and trash will be picked up every night. I can control my own rooms A/C system, which is super great thing for me. I can get unlimited access to the conference room and kitchen area, oh yes, they have coffee here for free!!! There are still a lot for me to explore here and I enjoy working here. Here is a picture of my office.
Brickwork has a really great building full of professional offices. Was lucky enough to work here with a small startup company and enjoyed meeting the other companies and workers in the building. Great staff and offices. Highly recommend!
Brickwork Offices have been nothing short of amazing for our small startup company! They have clean and professional work spaces that allow us to rent on an hourly or daily basis depending on what we need. Great space to get work done as well as meet with clients and other workers in the building, not to mention the amazing staff!
This place is incredible. The staff at Brickwork are incredible, Mariel and Nicole in particular. Any thing we need gets done without hesitation, even before we ask. There are no hidden fees, no fine print, no administrative fees that 99% of other companies have. We have opened 20 plus locations nationally, signed many leases, and worked with countless commercial brokers and without a doubt, this has by far been the easiest and most efficient transition through our expansion We wish they were in every city. They would be our first and last choice. Thanks for all that you do.
This space has been amazing. Mariel and Nicole were extremely helpful in getting my business off the ground. I feared the high cost and hidden expenses associated with similar companies and was pleasantly surprised to find none.The building is newly renovated with a well kept public space and conference spaces that are open for use. Instead of looking into a full office space I would rather expand within Brickwork. They have lots of options for different types and are flexible with the growth speed. Definately hope they expand into more cities.
As a Colorado business expanding to Utah I am very happy I chose Brickworks for our Utah office needs. The facility is very modern with a great vibe and a staff to match. Mariel and her team are outstanding.

Brickworks is a fantastic place to have an office. I am a tenant and also a breastfeeding mother, they were more than willing to find a comfortable space for me to pump in. At Regus, they never gave me that option. They also have been so welcoming and do fun activities so all of us in the office can get to know each other. When I have ever needed a second office they have always been so accommodating. Honestly this is a great place!
The space is newly remodeled, has everything we need, and we love the style. Its super convenient to the freeway AND the best Kouign aman in SLC (but thats a different review isnt it). Most importantly, the onsite management team is highly professional, personable, responsive and organized.
