What an amazing experience… Like always. We’ve been going to Dr. Mirci for over 20 years! They took us back five minutes early, did a full care consultation including x-rays, teeth cleaning, time with Dr. Dan and out the door in less than 30 minutes! True professionals! Everyone there is so friendly!

All 5 members of our family go to Mirci Dental — two adults and three kids. They are great! Their staff is always helpful and attentive, and the office is convenient and well maintained. They have responded so well and quickly to rare emergencies, and have been great coordinating care with orthodontists and oral surgeons as well.

My husband, my toddler, and I are all patients of Mirci Dental, typically Dr. Dan. The hygienists are all lovely, and as someone who has a lot of fears around teeth and dentistry, I find they do a thorough job while also being quick and friendly. Dr. Dan and Dr. Mirci are both very personable and professional, and everyone seems to enjoy working there. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed there, and they did a great job both with the initial procedure and with making themselves available for follow-up care and questions.They also did a great job today seeing our two-year-old for his first real dentist appointment. They kept it fun and engaging for him, and he walked away having had a great experience that I hope sets him up for only positive associations with the dentist going forward. I remarked to my husband as we were drinking home that Mirci Dental is the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I really feel that is the case. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great dental work I have been going to see Dr. Mirci for years and will be going back for any future dental needs! The billing staff could be more pleasant, they were insistent to the point of rudeness that I pay at the time of service. For all medical services. I always prefer to be invoiced after insurance has been billed so that I pay the correct amount.

Waited 45 minutes in the dental chair with no visit from the dentist. How utterly embarrassing and unprofessional to no-show your patient. If I ever intended to charge someone $1k/hr and failed to meet an appointment by 45 minutes, I’d be out of a job.Based on the good reviews, I was excited to find a dentist close by — but just as important as the care is the professionalism and punctuality of a provider. Oh well.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Mirci Dental. I chipped a tooth at work two days ago and had been debating whether or not to even get it fixed. Going off of my more recent experiences I was dreading the cost and the scheduling I had become accustomed to working with another dental office. While I was at work today I decided hey why dont I try that place with the tooth sign thats right by my house. I called the office about 2:30pm and had an appointment scheduled a few hours later at 5:20pm and am now back home with my two front teeth repaired for a more than reasonable price. Thank you!

Had a crown fall out over the weekend. Called Monday to make an appointment with Dr. Dan. In Tuesday around noon, snd out 20 minutes later, re-cemented, X-rayed, cleaned up and headed home. Great service, wonderful dental expertise, and I think I was only charged for the X-ray. Best dentist practice I’ve known, going back to the 1950s. Thank you, Drs. Mirci.

Dr. Mirci has been my family dentist for over 35 years and has become not only a dentist but a friend who has been able to fix all sorts of difficult dental problems and keep my teeth functional up to my present age of 80. He and his son Dan Mirci are both fine dentists and all the staff are competent and have a sense of humor! My wife recently had problems with a set of implants from another dentist and Dr. Mirci fixed them in short order for my now smiling spouse. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his office.

Brooke is absolutely the best hygienist around, but the scheduling here is very, very picky-- make sure to block out a couple of days in case life happens so that you can give the receptionist (if you can call her that) ample notice.I have been going to this clinic for approximately 15 years and the idea of being charged a fee because computer programming is a bit of a demanding job is heinous; I have two dentists within three blocks of me, yet I used to drive from 300 S to 2100 S to see these guys.Good clinic if youre a stay-at-home mom with no scheduling restrictions and who can put up with a front desk woman who has no empathy whatsoever.Thanks for everything, Brooke!

Great people. painless shots! Ive been to lots of dds, NY, NJ UT. Ive tolerated cavities, infections and pain avoiding dental care. That was before finding Dr Mirci. Our family has been receiving dental care here for over 15 years! His son, Dan is now in the practice and also has the painless shot skill. Wonderful dentists, hygienists, aides and office staff. I have refered family and good friends. no regrets. none.

I have started going to him as well as my husband who hates going to the dentist because he is afraid of dental care. He is a true believer in their care and enjoys going to him. Dr. Mirci and his son Dan are amazing dentists. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. From cleanings, to fillings to crowns, their entire team runs on time, are very courteous and always explain everything very well. I appreciate the day after a procedure phone call I get directly from the dentist checking in on me and my treatment. They are very transparent with recommendations as well as the billing process is excellent. I drive almost an hour to be seen by these guys and it is always worth it.

One of the best dentistry I have so far. I have to be candid Im hesitant at first, because I have phobia going to a dentist ever since when I was a kid. When I moved to Salt Lake I needed to see one, and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Mirci (both father and son) have such a light hands, I just dont feel a lot of pain every time I have a dental work.Also, I love it when they check on you after a major dental work. They call you personally and asked how are you feeling/ doing. Im so happy I found them!

Amazing!! Dr. Joe Mirci and his kind staff are just phenomenal. Dr. Mirci worked a miracle in my eyes and in my life. Before I didnt think I would ever have a smile again without the need of dentures. When I would smile my hand would instantly go to my mouth to cover it. Many of my teeth were shattered from past relationships, the others were decaying. Smiling was ugly so I learned to smile with my mouth shut. Dr. Mirci has slowly been working with me and has completed several root canals and fillings. After just a couple visits I had my smile back! And without false teeth! He is amazing at his craft and gentle in nature . I would recommend him to everybody!

My husband and I both visit Dr. Dan. My husband is one of those big tough tattooed guys who are terrified of the dentist. It took an act of congress to get him there the first time. Now, hes willing to go back whenever they say. Hes thrilled with the service and raves about him whenever he has work done. Its a minor miracle.

A few weeks ago, I went for my first cleaning at Mirci Dental. Dr. Dan was incredibly nice and professional. He mentioned that Ill probably need a crown on a tooth, so I asked for a timeline, expecting it him to tell me ASAP, but he responded Oh, its a few years down the road, I just like for you to be prepared. We will have a few more conversations before it needs to happen. I immediately knew I could trust him. I did have a cavity that I got filled this morning and he just called me to make sure everything felt fine... at 6:40PM! The entire team is helpful and kind, including the hygienists and office team. Really happy I found them!

Dr Dan is the best!! He is very personable and takes all the time with you to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. He gives great shots that you can hardly feel and makes sure you are comfortable through the process. His work is impeccable. Ive been to 6 Dentists in the past years and he is by far the best one. The office is warm, friendly and beautiful. All of the hygienist are very competent, thorough and get you in and out in a very timely manner. Also very friendly. Dr Dan takes the time to get to know you and asks every six months when I go in ( which tells me he really listened and remembers). If you are looking for a new Dentist, this is where you want to come!! THE BEST!!

Dr. MIRCI and Dr. DAN have been my dentists for years! And they are both totally sweet and make sure you are doing OK at all times! They have a great location for me since it just up the street from my work. I also LOVE that they always call me later that night if I have anything done to make sure Im doing OK. They go above and beyond since its after hours for them. DR.DAN even called me when I had work done earlier that day and it was on his birthday!!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and always smiling!! I recommend this dentist to any and everyone!! I recommend them to my friends and family all the time!!

This was my third time seeing Dr. Mirci. Each time has been fast, thorough, and painless. I love Janna, dental hygienist. She is the most knowledgeable and gentle hygienist Ive had. On top of that, she was absolutely amazing with my son that I had to bring this time. I needed a new dentist after moving to Salt Lake from Davis County. My boyfriend recommended Dr. Marcos office, as he is also a patient and had nothing but good things to say. I was very happy to know I was able to get in for a routine cleaning the same day I called to register as a new patient. I was in and out, having all of my insurance information handled and a clean smile in about an hour. The experience was very enjoyable and didnt at all feel like the chore folks make dentist appointments out to sound like.

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff at Mirci Dental yesterday. I was in a lot of pain and did not check my insurance before going in. They took care of me and when they found out that it would not be covered by my insurance they called six other doctors office, patched me up, took away my pain(thank you so much) sent in a hygienist to give me pain relief for the rest of the day wrote my scripts and i walked out paying 18 dollars. For a x-ray. I would highly recommend this dental office, i am about to just pay out of pocket to be one of there patients. This is the first time i have ever posted a review but the whole staff at Mirci dental truly set the bar high. Thanks you so much for your time yesterday it is greatly appreciated.

I had a flight out of town on Friday evening, and Friday morning I woke up with severe pain in my mouth. I called Mirci Dental and even though they typically do not see patients on Fridays, they were willing to fit me in given the circumstances. I have never had a better experience at a dental office. Dr. Dan Mirci was able to give me a root canal as soon as I called. Him and his team really went above and beyond to make my experience great and I will absolutely be heading back to them. If you have a child with major anxiety or fear of the dentist Dr. Dan is the one to see. Ive been to five different dentists with my daughter in the past four years. One appointment with Dr. Dan and she raved about how much she likes him. The appointment didnt go quite as planned and she wouldnt let him do the work but Dr. Dan just praised her for doing a great job - no shame like weve experienced with other dentists. Dr. Dan went out of his way to take the time to make sure she was comfortable. Appointment is set to try again and she has assured me shes going to let him do the work!

These guys are great. Dr Mirci is extremely caring about his patients-I got a text the night after my extraction from Dr Mirci making sure I was ok. You will feel very taken care of here!

They are very nice each time I go in to see them. They tell me what they are going to do and do the best they can. They even try to make me feel good while I am getting things done on my teeth. Experience for me is just make me want to look forward to the next visit. I cant see why people regret the dentist so much. They try to make the pain feel like there is no pain at all. I rather be relieved from pain than sit back and be in pain and not go get it done. The dentist is a lot better than being in the hospital.

Finding a dentist can be a big challenge, especially when you have an immediate dental problem. I called Dr. Mircis office this morning and spoke with April explaining my problem. My dentist from afar was able to send a note and X-rays to assist The Mirci Team. They were able to get me in immediately. The staff, Brooke, April, Megan and Dr. Dan were amazing. Excellent Dentist!! Always easy and quick. Very friendly. The dentists dont find fantom cavities just to make money like other dentists Ive been to. I had a filling on my lunch break today and was in and out in 20min. It went so well, and I felt so little pain, that I forgot all about the filling by dinner time.

Dr. Mirci and his staff are great people who have treated me well for the past ~3 years of work Ive had done with them. I grew up in SLC and have been through a few dentists around the valley -- Dr. Mirci has been and continues to be the best experience for me (by far). They know what theyre doing from Dr. Mirci to the front desk to my kind and caring hygienist Brooke. Ive also had Dr. Dan -- hes a confirmation that the apple doesnt fall from the tree.A small anecdote -- on the insides of my cheeks I had some strange (but not painful) tissue develop that I hadnt had before. Nothing serious -- but Dr. Mirci took a look & some pictures, and went the extra mile to reach out to a contact of his at the U of U hospital to get an expert opinion and help me ultimately address the tissue.I cant recommend them enough -- take care of your teeth with Dr. Mirci Dental!
