Finally stopped by now that the newness has worn off. Great car wash and the vacuuming and detailing stations are awesome with two different hose attachments. One for general cleaning and a smaller detailing one for those hard to reach/tight areas. I would Highly recommend! A bit tucked away but I will definitely be coming regularly when I need a heavy duty clean!

My husband has a membership on both of our cars. I do t go as often as he does but when I do I appreciate the members line and the attendants are so friendly. The car was is great. And I love the vacuums and the courtesy window and interior cleaners with microfiber towels.

I would give this car wash five stars if the dryers actually dried off your car when you went through. I have to dry my car off every time or Im left with water stains on my mirrors and on my trunk and water running down the sides from the windows. I wish they could get better dryers. But the car wash does a good job and I love that they provide cleaning supplies for your car.

All of the staff are so friendly and doing an extra mile on their service. I am a customer for almost 5months and i am definitely staying as a regular one. I took the unlimited package for $20/month and im satisfied. They offer a free mat cleaner and drinks too.

Usually friendly and a great place to clean the car. Last weekend, the guy working was new and he was a rude jerk!! If this doesnt change, Ill change where I go. Been using this place since it opened. I expect friendliness!

I was a supersonic member for a long time. I thought all car washes were the same. They are not! This wash not only gets my car super clean, my tires come out Shiney! Convenient and clean. Love the complimentary mat cleaner as well as window and stuff to clean inside. Most unique and fun is the fact that they have a playground for the kids!

They have great vacuum bays, the manager Sergio H is always professional and helpful. I love this place and will never wash/vacuum my car anywhere else. They really go the extra mile! They have a kids playground, bathroom, free mat wash, microfiber towels, glass cleaner, and all purpose cleaner. They have thought of everything to give the customer the best experience possible.

Hands down the best Car Wash in SLC. My monthly membership is well worth it. I love getting a soda inside the members lounge on a hot summer day and love seeing kids play on the playground while their parents vacuum their car. Great idea. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shiny Shell Car Wash!!

Sad to say I just cancelled my unlimited ultimate membership after several months of weekly washes my paint is severely scratched up! I spent an hour tonight in the vacuum area trying to touch them all up with dealer paint, I know they were not there when I started going to Shiny Shell. I see from reviews that I am not the only one. I really like the vacuums and air etc are all included and its on my way to and from home, but the damage it has done is just not something I want to continue doing to my car. I am going to be looking for a brushless wash from now on.

As a wash service, the facilities arent bad.My wife left one of my formats at the car wash and apparently they can only hold on to them, or only choose to hold on to them for 24 hours and then they throw them in the trash.Now I have to buy a new set and Im wondering why Im paying these guys $30 a month on two cars when they wont even hold on to lost property for more than one day... Very disappointed.I realize that leaving the floor mat was our mistake, but only holding personal property for one day when it belongs to a paying customer is ridiculous. Cancelled today.

I signed up for a month car wash. Three months after they started charging me for a membership without notifying me. Trying to get a hold of someone to cancel it was impossible. They only contact is a form you fill out online with preprogramed text messages as replies. i finally got the form filled out to cancel it will have to see if it works. Still dont see how I started getting charged for a membership when I only signed up for a monthUpdate: finally got a hold of the company and they were very helpful in fixing my issues. They refunded my money and got everything straightened out

Had a pleasantly impressed feeling after coming here. I expected it to be nice and new... cause it is nice and new, right?What i didnt expect was the pleasant employees and all the extras.. when i went to vacuum my car, i was caught off guard, finding clean mocrofiber towels provided (and bottles of cleaners that were filled)!Very nice touch Shiny Shell!! First time coming here and the kids loved it! I drive a Chevy Suburban. Since we just took a 9hr drive there were heaps of dried bugs everywhere. They sprayed a bug spray and let it soak a few seconds before sending us thru the wash. The lights and everything made it enjoyable for the little ones in the car with me. The dryer has air blowing plus a microfiber roller however my rearwindow wasnt dry at all when we came out. There were also slight remnants of bugs left behind (although nothing compared to before). But thats okay since the next day we had thunderstorms and the rain cleaned up the windshield nicely. We chose the $20 option and had there not been any bugs caked on it wouldve made a difference. That said I probably wouldnt choose the same option again (there are cheaper options and a membership available that gives you unlimited washes). There were also vacuum stations out front to clean the inside which we didnt use - our car stays pretty clean inside. While the experience was enjoyable Id recommend a cheaper option that gets the same work done

I wish Shiny shell was in the valley long ago before I gave my money to Mr. Car wash for years and got nothing out of it besides a scratched car and not a clean car, not to mention absolutely horrible customer service. My family loves coming here. I love coming to wash my car I am also greeted with smiles and great customer service and my kids always have been offered treats and a beautiful playground to play on while I wash my car . Issac is amazing please praise him for his hard work and willingness to make your customers happy. He is always smiling and so happy which makes me know he is working for a great company. This place is awesome for the fact that they provide so many things that you can use on your car (rags, cleaning supplies, mat cleaners, vacuums) and the people there are super friendly. However, I have noticed throughout my washes that the brushes have scratched up my car pretty badly. I will be cancelling my membership. Disappointed as I was super excited about this place and live nearby! :(

Good lord they have everything you need to deep clean your car. Like if you need a fleeb and you forgot your at home... Well dont you worry your pretty self about it theyve got you covered!

Showed up in my giant van, and while I didn’t fit in the automatic wash I was still able to use the other services. The attendant came right out and showed me the ropes. The long reach of the vacuum and air hoses had my van looking cleaner than it has in years. Will definitely be back often.

This Place is just straight up awesome!!! They have a great car wash that does not beat up your vehicle when it cleans it. They not only provide a vacuum station, but everything you need to get your vehicle looking good after the wash from Micro-Fiber rags, air for you tires, Sprays that cleans your interior as well as make it smell good to a free machine that cleans your floor mats! Love this car wash!!!

The service is excellent unfortunately yesterday a nut was nailed that was thrown in the entrance of the car wash and I hit my tire I realized until I got home

Nice and convenient because Im close by. One of the downside is that its a sharp turn to get a line on the track. Love that you have cleaner, clean rags and an air duster.

I purchased a monthly pass and it is sure paying off. They provide towels, multi purpose cleaning spray, window cleaner and I especially love the mat to washer.

This is the best car washing experience Ive ever had...and I enjoy every week. Hands down.From the strobe lights and soapy suds to the squirt guns for kids to shoot water at their parents windshields and playground and free vacuums, mat cleaners, compressed air and INCREDIBLE customer service --- theyve gotten this down to a full experience that I actually drive past multiple car washes out of my way to get from Shiny Shell every week. I would never go back to not having Shiny Shell and I loveeee the pebble ice and free drinks that keep me going on my sparking water of choice with a squirt of caloric raspberry joy.

My car had 1,000s of miles of road dirt, and I did the basic wash. She came out looking new again. They have a device at the end that really scrubs your tires and rims well. I would use them again.

We love this wash! The entrance is a bit confusing and may need larger signage but after youve visited once, you know the flow. The compressed air, strong vacuums and towels to borrow are such a nice addition. I was in and out within 10 minutes and saw the employees being active, changing out clean towels and emptying garbage.Second visit- was given a little air freshener wafer for free. Nice touch 👌

This place is way better than any other car washes I’ve been to (mister, supersonic, quick quack, etc.). The wash is better because it gets the back of your car and the dryer is more efficient so you don’t have to towel your car off. There is a playground where the kids can play when you’re using the vacuums. At the vacuum station they have car freshener spray and towels that you can use for detailing the inside. This is better than the little towelettes you get at other places. Customer service is great. Lights and decor made it fun for the kids too! This will be my new spot!

Absolutely love this place! My first time was yesterday. They have glass and all purpose cleaner for you to use as well as car fragrance. Their vacuums have crevice tools as well. Get a membership, youll be pleased...I did!

Left behind a car mat while vacuuming out the car. Several hours later they had kept it in the office for me. But thats not all. The monthly service is affordable - less expensive than its competitors and the facilities are nicer. The fountain drinks and the car soap shooter are a nice touch.

I was thrilled to visit this place, they have free vaccumes and clean rags for you to use in your car. I like that they arent on a TIMER. Who can get the entire car done, and do a good job, in one and a half mins.? Not me!!! The reason for the four stars is because those stations for post cleaning are directly in the sun and if youve ever tried to clean a window while1 the hot sun is upon it youll know exactly what I mean!! The actual car wash itself is really good! They have vacuums to use and microfiber towels and cleaner to use after the wash. But if you can avoid using the window where you talk directly to an employee for payment, avoid it. They really push the memberships, make us wait forever at the window while membership cars in their own lame get ahead of you, multiple cars at a time. And even after saying no thank you several times to not wanting a membership, they still push it (all the while more cars are getting ahead of you). My husband had to say no several times, with no apologies for the wait, and was told to have a better day as if my husband was the one being rude (he was being polite the entire time). So nice car wash if you have a membership.

I really do enjoy coming here and I am still a member because I live just down the road. I wouldve gave a 5 star review if it werent for the fact that your website and Google search says your open 7 days a week but yet theres been several times I drove there to get a car wash and your closed. I dont think you should be able to decided when to close it within your set business hours when im paying a monthly membership

We were so happy that an alternative to Super Sonic opened up. The first couple visits were flawless, but the last couple have been less than perfect. The time before last there were no towels outside and today the car wash stopped twice and had to be restarted. The floor mat cleaner also tried to eat my floor mat. Hopefully next time will be better.

Beware of tire cleaner on paint all along bottom of car before wash starts leaves a slick film, but,,, lots of rags to use by vaccums for free!!!! Also for the price could have been little better of a cleaning through wash

This place is really good. I like the fact that we have have towels with glass cleaner spray and all purpose cleaner. Car nicely cleaned and ready for Lyft. The only issue I had is that the vacuums got turned off due to closing hours and I didn’t get to vacuum my car. Partly my fault due to pulling up a few minutes before closing. It would have been slightly nice if they stayed on for a few more minutes, long enough for me to vacuum. Other than that, good place.

The car wash washes well and the vacuums are great. They also have a mat cleaner and microfiber towels with glass and all purpose cleaners at the vacuums for extra cleaning. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly.

Its really great to have something like this in this location and its been great for months for me until today. BUT they probably should have more signs up on what they would like customers to do and not do... I had an employee get upset with me because I put myself on the tracks and I didnt know it wasnt supposed to. It was SO awkward as he shook his head in disbelief.

After some problems with their tire shine this Car Wash has the best equipment in the valley! Sergio the Manager and David have always taken care of my vintage vehicles.

I have taken my cars through here a few times but this last time I took the Acura through my car came out still dirty. Disappointed. Tried calling their phones but could not connect to a representative. Had my little girls in the car so I didn’t have time to run it through again and talk to them.

Best car wash so far. I had just went to a different car wash and would’ve been cheaper to wash it myself didn’t do anything besides move the dirt around. So I spent another $20 here and well worth it. Thank you.

Be careful if you you have a membership. Ive been paying for the monthly 29.00 wash. And Ive been getting the 12 dollar wash. I confronted the kid at the window and he states the equipment is getting damaged? I was still getting charged 29.00 a month. Also have had double billing. Pay attention to your statements as they claim to say its a glitch. Disappointing. Def regret leaving Gorilla Wash.. end of the day you steal from your clients and you will get caught. What a joke

Place looks amazing, service is great. All the people there are super nice. Unfortunately for me the brushes have scratched up my car pretty good. Will not be returning and will cancel my membership. Shame too super close to my house and was excited for the car washes.Update: spoke to manager who agreed there were scratches. Advised he would try and help me get an orbital wax to clean up the scratches. Haven’t heard back from him in months. They now have a brushless option that works great for me.

I really liked this car wash! I used to work at a car wash so I know what things to look for and Shiny Shell meets the criteria! Friendly staff and awesome drive through tunnel! The driers at the end, dry your car really good which I really like. The free vacuums are awesome and they have lots of towels and sprays for you to use which is a nice perk. If you are super concerned about Covid Im not sure if they actually sanitize vacuums in between use so be aware of that. But overall really nice car wash!

Great car wash, they supply towels to finish drying they car, have air hoses for tires, and air guns for drying those tough to reach spots. The plans are reasonable.

Best car wash experience ever! The car looks like new! Excellent customer service. Unlike other car washes the vacuums were so clean! There were clean rags available. It’s hard to pick a favorite thing about this carwash the mat washer would be at the top of my list. We will drive from Sugarhouse to go here!! What a great experience!

The wash itself is good. However the layout of the parking lot is terrible. The station to choose and pay for your wash is too high up and entering the car wash has a sharp turn that is nearly impossible to line up perfectly with. #CurbRashCity

I changed from 5 stars to 3 stars because I am paying for an unlimited membership ($35) and not once have i gotten the Unlimited Member wash that comes with it. The member only lane also wont recognize my license plate. I believe this issue should be fixed. Why pay for the unlimited wash if Im not recieving it?

Wonderful...they have cloths to wipe down your car and spay bottles with all purpose cleaner to wipe down the dashboard, etc. It is brand new so it it great. Cleaned my car perfectly.

The BEST car wash I have ever been to. You cant beat the service they are providing. We wont go anywhere else. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. What sold us was the fact that they have a playground the kids can play at while you clean the inside of your car. And parking near the playground so you can be near your kids. ⭐

Update: When we first started coming here it was amazing now they only have half the cleaners they had before only one staff member runs the whole car wash and that makes the lines so long. The app is such a pain to use that a membership is not worth it but good luck canceling when there’s only one staff member on duty
