This place typically has been a solid and A+ pick for airport parking. As of recent it seems as though they are starting to slowly down spiral in their customer service and logistics of airport parking/shuttling. Currently am sitting at 7A waiting another 20+ minutes for a driver to come pick us up because the first shuttle got full…. Will continue to use them but may update my star rating in the near future. Currently at 4/5. 9-11-21.

After calling and waiting for 25 minutes the shuttle finally arrived. What I dont understand is why they dont have 2 shuttles running when big groups are needing to be picked up. We made pick up time reservations up when we initially booked. We had 15 people in our group alone (and another 6 waiting with us) and had some of our group stay back to wait another 20 minutes to get on the shuttle. A total wait time of 45 minutes! Im not taking park n jet again. What a disappointment. I feel bad for the poor driver. I hope they can schedule more shuttles in the future for other riders.

Two strikes.First, we tried to redeem this voucher from their website. The forms didnt work, and then when I called, they act like they never do that... Why is it on the site then?Two, the site has you set up reservations based on flight schedule, and then charges you extra when of course you didnt get their the minute you landed. Just unclear.Service was fine, just a bad taste in the mouth overall.

We are standing outside waiting, have been for 15 minutes and the phone number to call isn’t working. It says “they can’t take your call now”. It’s been fine other than the fact that we can’t get back to our car…which means it’s been terrible.We never got a hold of anyone and ended up waiting 30 minutes at the airport. Need to sort out the phone and get your shuttles out there on time. It’s frustrating to call and just get a message that the number isn’t working.**Edit** Once we got back to the lot we found out about the power outage in the area. It wasnt their fault. Updating to 4 stars and will be happy to come back looking for a 5 star experience.

Really professional/polite service, and shuttle came up even before I got out of my car handling lots of bags. Shuttle is so clean. Thank you for wonderful location and service and reasonable price, it’s about same as parking at the economy parking at the new airport.

Dont expect to be picked up if you have a late flight past their normal hours. We had to take an Uber to pick up our car......Note: This is a separate instance from the previous review there were no reported power outages.

Ive used Park N Jet a few times and it was smooth everytime. The rates are reasonably priced and the kind lady at the gate got us priority parking, even though we didnt sign up for that. The shuttle was super fast, maybe too fast. We just parked and theyre already waiting for us. Great experience overall.

This is the second time I used them. I only give two stars because both time early in the morning the employee smokes weed at work. We’ll I didn’t see them but I know the smell of weed and it’s all over that place. I don’t think it very professional to smoke weed at work. Their manager need to have a little tak with their employee. Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience and horrible customer service.My wife and I dropped our vehicle off on Tuesday morning June 29th and requested the detailing service that was offered by the company. We were gone for six full days and when we returned July 5th the car was not detailed or moved into a covered parking spot like we were told it would be. We would not have left our vehicle at the lot had we known the detailing would not have happened and would have taken an Uber to the airport instead seeing that it would have been much cheaper.The owner of the detailing company agreed to pay for our parking since the detailing didnt take place but there is now a large crack across the top of the windshield that wasnt there when we dropped the car off (I assume caused by being left in the nearly 100 degree weather and blazing sun for 6 full days).When I contacted Park N Jet they basically told me to pound sand.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE ON THIS LOT!!!!!

The staff here is always friendly. They are quick to help me with my luggage and always get me to the airport on time.

I called when I was at SLC airport waiting zone. I called them at 9:41pm, recalled at 9:59pm, the shuttle came at 10:15pm. This’s my first time to wait such a long time, over 30 mins. When I was waiting, there were three spot shuttles, three diamond parking shuttles, and several economy parking shuttles. I’ll not park here anymore.

They say open 24 hours but are not. They don’t open until 4am and the person will not open the kiosk until 4am. She sat in her car until 4am and looked at the cars stack up.If you are a 24 hour service…..,maybe practice what your business is modeled on.

Weve used Park N Jet many times, but our last experience was quite stressful. The delays experienced there almost made us miss our flight. First we had to wait 15 minutes to get to the check-in window, then we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle. They definitely need to have more employees during busy travel weekends.

They didn’t believe my car was parked there so driver called me a liar and drove me to the parking lot wanted me to show him my car. I showed him and he still didn’t believe it. Then he said “I don’t believe you but I’ll still take you to the airport” I said no and used my remote key to and beep my car. After showing him he said “oh yeah, there’s”.Both booth lady and the driver were incredibly rude but they were very nice to other passengers. I was the only person with color not sure if that was the case maybe.

My wife and I flown out of SLC for over 15 years and we always use them For the most part we have always had Great Service. We understand with Covid there hours have changed so we are choosing flights that work for both of us. Always friendly service

Learn how to be nice to your customers over the phone and not hang up on people. The only reason it’s not zero is because my driver was nice. Will not use again because of the way I was talked to. And I’m not the kind of person to normally leave reviews.

They advertise 24-hour pickup and delivery from the airport...dont count on it. Our flight was late and now here we sit with no transportation and nobody answering the phone at Park N Jet, in the middle of the night. Then when we finally got an Uber ride to the parking lot. Their stupid ticket taker would not work. Luckily our car was small enough to go around the gate. So much for security as well!! Would not recommend them.

We started our trip on February 23rd, arriving at the Mountain Lot belonging to Park N Jet roughly about 1 pm. Our shuttle driver to the new SLC Airport was extraordinarily unhelpful and inconsiderate, and ignored ADA legal requirements.I am disabled and had a wheelchair scheduled at the airport, but the shuttle driver refused to take us to the appropriate drop-off for wheelchair users.>> I should note that weve been customers at Park N Jet since 2010 -- with no complaints at all in almost 11 yearsIn this case, the shuttle driver seemed to decide that since I didnt get onto the shuttle from a wheelchair, I simply didnt need a wheelchair. He believed it was in his power to make such medical determinations. Despite several explanations and requests, he forced us to disembark at the regular dropoff point at the airport, forcing me to walk considerable distances through a parking garage and up in an elevator to even start walking into the terminal.>> Indeed, were not sure if he even knew where the correct wheelchair user dropoff point was.I try not to whine about being 100% disabled per Medicare. Im also a 90% disabled veteran.>> I have State-issued Disabled/Handicapped plates or placards for all of our vehicles.>> I dont need a wheelchair for most family life, but for long distances such as at airports, it is mandatory.We had no choice but to disembark or risk missing our flight.I was extremely surprised to learn Park N Jets shuttle drivers are (apparently) trained to diagnose medical disabilities on the fly, but apparently this one thinks he is.Needless to say, Park N Jet did not meet ADA legal requirements on this occasion.Due to the extensive walking I had to do to get to a point where we could even call a wheelchair down from the normal curbside terminal wheelchair user drop point, my back, hip and SI joints all flared up greatly before I even got near our flight. I spent the rest of that day in considerable pain, and indeed am still suffering from that pain cycle flare-up ... 11 days later.If it isnt crystal clear already, I am a very unhappy, extremely dissatisfied customer.>> I can only pray that Park N Jets other disabled customers are not all treated with similar disregard.A warning to other disabled wheelchair users at the SLC Airport: Speak to the Park NJet management BEFORE you get onto the shuttle buses, to confirm that they actually know where to take you and will actually do so.UPDATE: I was contacted by the Park N Jet operations manager. She assured me that corrective training had been provided to all drivers. THE PROCESS: PnJ shuttles WILL take you to the 3rd level drop for disabled passengers, IF AND ONLY IF you identify yourself to the driver as ADA disabled. Further, she has assured me that any future problems can be addressed in real-time by having the driver contact the dispatch office.I have upgraded this rating to a 3, given the Ops Managers apology and assurances.Well give them another chance when we next travel. However, I would still advise other disabled customers to allow themselves PLENTY of time margin when using the ParknJet in SLC, just in case there are miscommunications or miunderstandings by shuttle drivers.

Awful customer service. Ann Marie was very unprofessional and I ended up canceling my reservation. Dont waste your time calling. I wish I would of read more reviews first as Im clearly not the first one to have a bad experience with said employee.

Unfortunately I think its time to try a new company. Cheap airport parking but you get what you pay for...Park N Jet shuttle service has been slower and slower the past few years but this last time was just too much. We waited over 25 mins for a shuttle to take us back to our car and once it arrived we had to literally push past people to get on since so many people showed up while we were waiting all for Park N Jet. Drive did apologize for wait but then let no joke 20 plus people onto a shuttle with only 10 seats during a pandemic...the worst or most annoying part if this whole ordeal was that about 7 Diamond parking shuttles and many other parking company shuttle passed and picked up customers while we sat there in 25 degree temps. One family waiting was so cold they got on another shuttle just to stay warm until Park N Jet finally arrived. I asked how many shuttles they had running total and they said two. Clearly you guys need more or to at least have more on call...

Park n Jet has gone downhill! I have parked here for over 10 years. I fly every weekend and I wait at least 30 minutes to be picked up at the airport. In the meantime I watch 4 parking spot vans go by.

At first I was happy with the check in service, unfortunately upon our return from our honeymoon our shuttle driver pulled up DID NOT STOP and drove off without picking us up and left us. I had to call the office and we waited several minutes in the heat until he returned. We will be looking elsewhere for future travels

Drivers are great and very helpful. Ive used the car detail service many times and it is excellent. It is an amazing value and worth every penny. I will continue to use Park N Jet when I travel.

Waited over 40 minutes and watched 4 “the parking spot” and 5 “diamond rental” shuttles go by. I’ve used this company for 15 years on a regular basis and have told myself I was done using them as the service has gotten progressively worse. But I’m done with Park N’ Jet.

I have used Park N Jet for years and have been satisfied with their service. I was on a return flight about a month ago and again this last Sunday evening and the pick-up at the airport was 25-30 minutes each time. I kept seeing your competition vans drive by. We did not get service until I called the dispatch and they sent over a pick-up. When checking out the attendant stated they dont send a pick-up that late (11:30 pm) unless they have several people there to get and they receive a call. When we were originally taken to the airport we were given a card stating the pick-up was every 8-10 minutes, nothing about having to call for a ride. The attendant also stated she had record of two drivers that went to the airport during our wait and we didnt get on. We were at door 6 waiting for the ride and there were NO transportation to the Mountain lot during that time, we for sure would have gotten on if they were there; dont like to hang out at the airport that much. The Arch lot came by once during that time. The excuses of the person checking us out were degrading to my wife and I and that is why this review was posted.

When we arrived an older lady helped us at the window and she was very rude which ruined the experience for me, other than that the drivers were awesome going and coming back from the airport.

Cheap and nice parking place. I always park my car if I have to take a flight. They do also provide free pick and drop airport shuttle. If you need oil change they will do it for you. I feel pick up service can be improved a bit.

There was a snow storm when our flight arrived. After promptly being picked up by the shuttle, I was impressed that not only did the driver unload the luggage, but cleared the snow on each and every windshield of the shuttle riders cars. Was super impressed! Had nothing but great interaction and personal service with the shuttle drivers. Will use Park N Jet again!

I love the Park-n-Jet lots in Salt Lake. They are my go-to lot when I travel. I pre-pay, and generally save a little money. I have never had a long wait for a shuttle going to the airport, and VERY short wait times leaving the airport. They are close to the airport as well, so it is a short hop from the lot on the shuttle.

Great service! We parked there and they were right there at the car to collect luggage. Drop off was smooth. When we can back they were quick to pickup. Maybe waited 2 minutes at the gate and they were there. Very quick and nice service! Price was great too! Cheaper than any other I found.

It not a bad place to park to catch a flight. The shuttle picks you up at your car and drops you right in front of the terminal. We have parked here for years and usual get the detial option. In the past it has been great this last time over the Christmas break we had them detail it and it was horrible. The stuff they used on the inside left a film on everything. I had to redo it when I got home. We also opted for the had wax. There was a black smudge on the passenger side that was there when we left that you could rub off with your fingers. It was still there when we got home. I wont ever have that service done again.

We had a great experience using Park n Jet. The shuttle driver was patient when we forgot a bag in our car and he had to drive back around for us to get it. When we came home, a shuttle appeared at the airport within minutes of us picking up our bags. When we got to the lot, our car battery was dead and the shuttle driver was able to give us a jump which we appreciated very much after a day of traveling! Also, the price is reasonable and you can even use a coupon from their site. We will definitely go there again!

Very impressed with the timely manner both in the shuttle picking up but in drop off too. Murry was our driver on the way home and what a breath of fresh air he was after a whirlwind trip. His shuttle was full and the luggage rack was bursting, but he handled everyone with a smile and quickly got us to the lot. He even had the whole shuttle sing happy birthday to me!Will definitely be using Park n Jet again!

At the last minute before my trip I decided to drive myself to the airport. I hadn’t used your lot for years but called and immediately got a reservation for a space to leave me car early the next morning. I arrived and was given the row to park in. By the time I got my bag out of the car your shuttle was there to pick me up. The trip to the airport was quick and easy and I was dropped right at the door. When I returned I retrieved my bag and called your number and was told where to wait. Your shuttle was there waiting for me probably took in total no more than 2 minutes. I’ve never had such great service. The price was right and everyone was really nice. I will never park at the airport again! Thank you!

My family and I came in the morning on August 2, 2018 and the 2 ladies in the lot were just very wonderful they offered us water and newspaper and our bus driver greg helped me and my husband & our kids with our luggage which was very kind of him. We recently parked our car here and it was a different staff at this time and it wasn’t the same as our first experience. The driver didn’t help with our bags or no water was offered this time. We had a whole bunch of smiles our first experience and this recent one felt like we had attitude thrown at us for absolutely no reason. 5 stars for the ladies and our bus driver who made the start of our day awesome.

A little nervous with the reservation process, but was fairly easy. Quick entry with pleasant people. We barely got our stuff out of the car and the shuttle came. Good shuttle service, did not throw you around. We drove back so cant comment on pickup from airport. Was able to pick up car easily. Place was clean and seemed safe. We didnt use it, but they offer car wash. Easy to get into from the road. Pleasant experience.

Directions on website lead you to a closed lot

Used to be good. Competition has led to fewer drivers and MUCH longer waits at the airport. Lyft offer below is mentioned nowhere when you drop the car off, nor by the operator when you call. I counted 7 shuttles from the competition go by while waiting. Lastly, there is no hint of apology from the drivers or dispatch (or review cleanup crew here) when they leave you stranded at the airport.

We made the right decision to Park our car here while gone on our trip. We didnt have a reservation but were still warmly greeted and very promptly given direction where to park and they were very speedy sending the shuttle to our spot. I was very impressed with their efficiency. We got to the airport so fast I feel like we saved a ton of time. I am glad I didnt have to deal with the uncertainty of airport parking and not being sure if wed have to walk far from the car to a shuttle or terminal. This was much easier. Things were very smooth coming back too I called the number and was told a shuttle driver was already on route and we saw them pull up while still on the phone. Highly recommend this place if you want to save your sanity.

Park n Jet has the best service EVER! We lost a wallet. They checked their van-it wasnt on it. They came and picked us back up so we could check our vehicle, waiting for us as we checked. It was in the vehicle. Vacation saved! Driver Bob is the best!

So far have had excellent experiences the past 3 times I have used park n jet’s services. So much faster and efficient then parking in the economy lot if the airport. Highly recommend you try it. They even give you a discount code your first time. So can’t hurt.

Very fast and efficient. I made my reservation online. I forgot my childs car seat in my car and had to go back to the lot to retrieve it from the airport after checking in. The drivers were understanding and courteous and quickly got permission to pick me up and drive me right back to the airport. When they picked me up I only had one hour until the flight departed, but I was able to make the round trip and get back in plenty of time to make the flight. Excellent customer service.

Park n Jet North was easy to find, and as soon as I parked my car the shuttle was there right away. The return trip was just as easy and the driver parked next to my car and put my luggage in my trunk for me since it was dark and late at night. Close to the airport and the people are very nice. Will use them the next time I go out of state.

CLASSIC BAIT and SWITCH. They advertise a certain price per day and when you leave they point out the fine print with additional “fees” that are applied each day. When I asked the guy working the kiosk what the additional charges are for he didn’t know how to answer and said he was relying on what the computer told him to charge. I also asked why they don’t advertise the total price so customer don’t get confused by the additional fees. The employee rudely told me to contact the owner to bring it up with them. This business preys on travelers that are in a hurry and don’t have time to read the fine print. This business is deceptive and dishonest.

Worst experience weve had in 10 yrs. The woman at checkout booth obviously thinks we work for her. Rude, demeaning, and demanding while trying to pay for our parking. She actually had the nerve to TELL my wife to put the pen in the pen holder on the clipboard. The only reason 2 stars instead of 1 (or none) would be the reasonable charge for parking for a week. Well will def be trying Diamond next time.

Well, there is %10 coupon if you sign up for offers on the website, for 5 days you end up paying around $47, the con is that if you lose the ticket they give you when you arrive, they are not able to track how many days your vehicle was there, even if you make the reservation online and you have the email confirmation, then you’re in trouble. The car wash is ok, but they won’t give you a free complementary car wash ticket unless you ask for it. Also They advertise the shuttle driver will help you carry your luggage, but he did not, I had a long 12 hours flight, I was very exhausted and I had to put the luggage by myself because the young driver decided no to help me with that (2 big and 3 small luggages) Water? There was no bottle water available for us (This happened on 7/10/19 at 12:30am). But at least my car was safe.

I booked priority parking online. Online booking was easy to navigate and quickly done. When I arrived the service was very good, picked up and dropped off at the airport with no waiting at all (it was 6:30am). Timely pick-up at the airport on my return, the only glitch is I was the last person dropped off at their car, although I was the only one who was in priority parking. As the priority was more for my outbound flight than my return home and I didnt have a deadline to meet upon my return me being last to be dropped off was not necessarily a time issue, but if I paid for priority I think I should get what I paid for. Just saying. Didnt want to go all mean and diva, but driver coaching on the concept of priority might be a thing to do.

Great deal! I was told where to park and given a reminder card for when I returned. I called after getting my luggage and Val was there in less then five minutes. He took me right to my car and put my bags in the trunk. One nice thing to note is you can tip when you check out... I never carry cash so I thought that was awesome! Will use it whenever I fly 😊

Great experience. My wife and I had never used a drop off parking service like this before and were very impressed. We gave ourselves extra time before the flight but we were picked up within about 2 minutes of parking our car and at the airport in about 5 minutes after that.Upon landing, we called the number and waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle and were dropped off right at our car. The driver waited for us to get our keys out since it was late and dark out before we got off the bus. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Best place to leave your car when flying out of SLC! We’ve used it twice now and I think our average wait time for the shuttle picking us up from the airport has been around a minute. At the parking lot the shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car. As cheap, or cheaper than economy parking, but faster and way more convenient!

Parking lot limited opportunities to wow me.A heck of a lot better then the economy lot at the airport though. You will wait less time to get a shuttle and you dont have to then walk a quarter of a mile from the stop to the car........ SLC international airport runs their lots even worse then UTA runs its patronage..... Err transit system.

Went into the lot to get a car wash door would not come up after I paid.I went back up to the front booth the older lady was incredibly rude and condescending.The male coworker wanted to give me a car wash voucher she was rudely telling him no my card was charged for the car wash and she refused to refund my money even though the I paid with my card at the car wash.I will not be back again I moved my cars over to the Parking Spot due to her actions.Extremely disappointing my companys vehicles will not touch this lot ever again.

I parked here for a business trip because my employer gets a discount. The experience was interesting. I made a reservation online in order to get the discount, and I had to put my license plate number in the form. When I arrived and parked, I think people are usually picked up at their car, but I had to walk to the end of the aisle to find a bus. The driver complained but let me on the bus. Then, after the trip, I called the number when I landed and was picked up by a bus. The drivers lifted my luggage for me, which I appreciated. Be aware: there is a sign on the bus saying drivers work primarily for tips, so bring some cash for tipping. Luckily I had some cash on hand.

Great deal compared to other lots in the same area. They pick you up right at your car and we’re quick to pick up when I landed back in Utah. Would recommend and will use again in my future travels

There was a miscommunication about my reservation and it didnt get logged for my rewards and what not but they corrected it pretty quickly. I only say 4* because it would have taken 2 second to fix on our way in if they had asked an additional question. Overall good experience though and very good price.

I used Park-n-Jet for 2 years over 30 trips. Long waits for shuttles occasionally. Twice I had to wait over 30 minutes due to short staffed shuttles. I went next door and for the same price my longest wait for pickup was 5 minutes. After 15 trips to the Spot I realized the management is far superior at the Spot!

Super convenient and WAY less expensive than parking at the Airport. $8/day at PnJ vs. $32/day at the airport...you do the math. Shuttle picks you up as soon as you park and then takes you directly to the airport. The shuttle then picks you up outside the airport and delivers you back to your car upon return. Couldnt be easier, especially if you download the app.

Quick easy parking. I have been parking here for years. I really like the prepay online option. It makes it a quick and easy to get on the road home after a long trip.

This establishment used to be a leader in the industry. Nowadays their drivers are rude and their service is far from prompt! I sure wish that I would have just parked at the airport which is what I will be doing next week when I leave town. Its cheaper at the airport and a lot more convenient and faster!

Friendly service, minimum wait time. A little confusing on which lot to go to.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I made an online reservation which was so easy. When I arrived they scanned my reservation and I was all set. I parked and the van came to my vehicle to pick me up, I didnt have to truck to a pickup location. The ONLY reason I didnt get 5 stars was my return. I waited for nearly 30 minutes at the airport to be picked up. My flight came in late, 11:30pm, and I still had a 40 minute drive home so having to wait for the van to get back to my car was frustrating. Even more frustrating was that two vans for the different lot location had come and gone before the van for this location arrived. Again, they dropped me off right at my car and assisted with my bags so that was great.

Great price. Love you can reserve before you get there. Pick up at the car and each terminal and drop off at the car.

We love using the Park N Jet on North Temple! Murray is always helpful when loading and unloading on the bus. He also gives us little tidbits on whats been going on while we were away!

Will use this every time! The drivers and lot attendant staff are super nice. They drop off and pick up was so convenient!

We have used Diamond Parking for years but decided to use Park n Jet on our last trip. We noticed while waiting for Diamond shuttle in the past that Park n Jet shuttles came by more frequently. This was true on this time too. Only complaint is that they dont note the parking stall, only the row. Next time I will write down the stall number and put it on the parking validation card. We also prepaid our parking and saved quite a bit.

We have always had a very positive experience with Park N Jet here on North Temple. They are very easy to work with, understand, and are quick to respond to any questions. I will continue to use this very accessible and friendly service.

Super easy to find and the shuttle driver was great.

Great prices and great service. Bus was there to take me to airport right away and was there within 10mins of me requesting a pick up on way back. Will use them again.

Overall poor service with unprofessional staff and hours posted on their website are incorrect causing major headaches in our plans
