I love this place!!! This set may be my favorite yet. They put the cutest little baby gems with beautiful large gems, and then most amazing nail design for me. I always leave so happy with how my nails looks. They are clean, and the Staff is so kind.

They did an amazing job on my matte, rhinestone, coffin nails!!! I was afraid to ask after seeing horror stories at other nail salons, but I LOVE them! They were only $65. I suggest making an earlier appointment than needed as they are currently short staffed.Regulation wise, I didnt see anything extra done that shouldnt have already been done on a regular. You do sit in there like sardines.

They were packed when I arrived, but handled customers in a very timely and professional manner. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience after not having been to a salon in years, the technician was attentive and pleasant, can’t wait to go back.

I wasnt aware that you needed to make an appointment, no walk-ins. Well I definitely wont ever forget that since one of the workers rudely let me know looking at me like how dare I have the audacity to think they would do nails for someone without calling ahead.

I went to My Nails for the first time today, and I was very happy with my experience! Everyone there was so nice, and funny. They joke around with their customers. Their prices are fair, and they offer everything. I was very pleased that my nail guy opened up a new pack of sterilized tools when he did my nails. He worked with me to make sure the color I wanted was perfect. He was so precise with my nails and made sure they were amazing. SO very happy with them!! Definitely coming back!

They do a great job every time. Prices can be high. It worth it for the quality, I go back every time and get a full set of dip powder.

Went here for the first time to get my sisters nails done for a wedding and tried the SNS dip powder. Mindy did an amazing job! The nails came out really nice and smooth. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Appointments only due to Covid just keep that in mind. The staff is great very personable. It was my first time there. I usually go to diva nails but they were closed until January 14th. I got powder acrylic nails, pedicure gel, and waxed eyebrows. They were very gentle I never got hurt. They wiped every station down after you left it. The pedicures were great. They use see salt and took the dead skin off of your feet and they massage your legs and feet. The reason why I chose this place was because of all the great reviews and they are all true. The cost for today was $119 but keep in mind I did pink and white nails and gel on my toes and eye brows wax and lip. Plus it’s Covid I’m sure they charge a little bit more then usual but it was well worth it. I gave them a $50 tip for all the hard work they have done. 🥰

Nail polish is messy not cleaned up at all there’s still nail polish on my toes she kept hitting my foots and pushing my foot down left skin on my toe never cut it i had to keep repeating my self over and over again when the nail polish got messed up she just painted over it never took it off and repainted it i will never beback again it was my first time being there it was a really bad experience i do not recommend going there they are very unprofessional and very messy they don’t take there time either

I called and asked if they do acrylic fills with designs, and they said yes. I made an appointment. After arrival, I waited for 25 minutes, then the owner told me he does not have a brush to do designs with regular nail polish (at a nail salon)!?!? Very unprofessional and appalling to hear that a nail salon doesn’t have a brush to do nail designs.....

I went there about a year ago to get my nails done with my aunt and its safe to say that this is the best nail salon in the wilkes barre area, very professional and up spirited and great work!😊👍

Dont go here if youre getting regular polish (or anything else for that matter). The woman who did my nails did a terrible job, very sloppy with polish all on my skin, cuticles a mess and nails not filed down nicely. I complained before I paid and the man who I spoke with was very nice but said they would not offer a discount, only fix for me. He put an extra layer on top and got some of the polish off my skin so it did look nicer, but still not what you would expect for $15. I get cheaper manicures in Philly for MUCH higher quality. Not to mention I got this done 2 days ago and my nails are already very chipped. Moral of the story - dont waste your money here.

Today was my first time here. It was a Monday at around noon. The place was pretty busy. I had to wait maybe 20 minutes to get my nails started. It didnt bother me though because I knew it had to be a good place if there were that many people there on Monday afternoon. The staff is super friendly. They seem to know almost half the customers in the place by the first name. That made me feel really good to be there because they seem to have a lot of loyal customers which means it must be a great nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics with a gel manicure and it cost $40. I thought that was a pretty reasonable price for everything that I had done. They did a great job and Im very happy with the work. Ill definitely be back for my fill.

The staff was very nice, but the quality of the work was not. I got a gel manicure done here usually my gel nails last 3 weeks, and within 2 days my nails are already chipped. Its now a week later and my nails are starting to peel, one is already completely off. Im not sure I would go back.

Its ok. You will ALWAYS have to wait. They try their best to decrease the line (they have lots of staff), its just a very busy salon. So be prepared. After that its luck of the draw. Some technicians are fantasticccc others are mediocre. But its all the same price, so you just have to hope and be lucky to have a good technician. Otherwise, prices are fine, color selection is exceptional.

This place is always busy, but its well worth the wait! My nails come out beautiful every time. They have a huge selection of traditional and gel polishes. One of my favorites is the color changing gel polishes that change according to temperature. They also offer brow waxing services too.

Great service and beautiful job. Danny and staff are very helpful and pleasant. The salon is very clean and they offer a variety of services. Come during the day for a short wait.

If you get regular nail polish they act like they cannot do it and ask you 5 times do you want gel.they do your nails so bad that they peel in that same night. I went back the next day and they were giving dirty looks and being rude. And still said to get gel or they wouldn’t look good. So I got it and they still were not done right. I thought they were good until they started doing these things

It was the cleanest and most laid back nail place I have ever went to! I will defiantly be coming back!

Total rip off. My 15 year old and her friend went for services here and they keep offering extra things at ridiculous prices to rip you off. She got gel with her pedicure and they all chipped anyway. The second time she attempted to go somewhere else but they were closed so her and her friend had to resort back here. She got regular polish not gel this time and came home and 3 hours later went for a swim. All of her nail polish came off. She had already dished out $30 for this. We called the next morning and they brought her back in since she was leaving for the beach the next day. After her service before I got to the counter she had swiped her card for $15. I addressed the issue and asked why she was charged $45 total for a $35 service when it got messed up the first time. They claimed she came for a polish change. I reiterated that no she came for you to fix your awful work. They claimed we should have come back the day before which was impossible since they close at 8pm and we noticed this at 9pm. They then proceeded to tell me that regular polish doesnt last. Regular polish doesnt last longer than 3 hours?!! Give me a break. I told them they ripped off a 15 year old girl and they saw nothing wrong with it. I have nail polish on from CVS that is on after 3 weeks now after a few swims, theirs doesnt last more than 3 hours. Steer clear of this place!! They completely ripped off my child.

Wont go anywhere else

The staff was very friendly and I didnt have to wait. However, I paid $10 for a manicure (which they said was necessary) and then another $45 for a full set of acrylics with a gel French manicure. After 4 days the nails began to lift and I think I will probably have to have at least 3 nails removed and replaced at my fill appointment next week. I have had acrylics for 15 years and change the sets every 3 months. I have never been forced to do a manicure before placing a new full set. And I have never had a new set lift within 4 days. I will not be returning.

They did a great job on my nails the problem is they charge me 15 extra dollars because it was Chrome nail polish every place else is just five I could have went and bought a whole bottle of the Chrome stuff for myself for that price

Always fast service and quality work!

The woman who did my nails (a fill and gel polish) had to replace one nail and she left it extremely long in comparison to the other nails. I asked her twice to file it down so that it was the same length as the other nails and both times she only filed it down for a second, barely making a difference. So had to leave with one nail and noticeably longer than the other and file it down to tur correct length at home. Within 2 days all the gel polish chipped around the edges of all my nails, it looked like the polish had been on for weeks. And within a week 2 nails broke. Ive never broken 2 nails in a week from any other nail salon. And they werent cheap either. I paid 40 dollars for a fill and regular gel polish. Nothing fancy either just black. Definitely wont be returning here.

I had gotten my nails done with dipping powder around 10 days ago for Easter. I have never been to this place before, but a family member recommended me to go try it out. They used the drill to file down the powder and actually went down into my nail bed which now that the dipping powder is off, hurts immensely and bleeds occasionally. Not only did this ruin my healthy nails, but it’s pretty disappointing that I had paid $50 just for these to last around 7 days rather than the 14 they claim. The family member who recommended me ended up going to another nail salon after, and while they were taking off her SNS polish, they pointed out that My Nails applied the SNS OVER polish, so none of the SNS actually went into the nail, as it’s supposed to. Ridiculous, bad results, and overpriced... never going here again.

This WAS my regular nail salon up until a few days ago. I got SNS and a pedicure - $105!! With the pedicure, I received a chemical burn on the top of my foot which is now infected. Beware.
