Good service but make sure you have a mechanic check it out before you buy. A mechanic caught that the water pump needed to be replaced - something their mechanic missed. But they got it fixed and took care of us well. They were clear and consistent with their communication too.

Even after my wife and I had committed to buy the car from them they we taking care of us with some additional services that we weren’t expecting. I have never been a fan of the car-purchasing-process. That said, in my 41 years of living and experience buying several cars over the years. I have never encountered an experience such as I have with Secured Auto Group and Ryan in particular. I live in Maryland and purchased a car in Utah, which seemed seamless to say the least. From start to finish, I was never sold, pressured, or lied to throughout this process. I paid for a PPI, and Ryan was extremely accommodating in making sure my car was at the Mercedes dealer when scheduled. I had multiple FaceTime video calls whereas the car was started from a cold-start, video during a test drive, and they proactively pointed out all of the cosmetic imperfections that anyone would want to be aware of before a purchase from across the country. These gentlemen discovered a seat motor that was not working properly after my inspection, and they proactively repaired it, and paid the cost. Lastly, there were some aftermarket items for my rims that I was in search of during the purchasing-process. Secured Auto Group surprised me by buying my wheel center caps for my tires, and had them shipped to me. My car has been delivered, and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. Amazes me that buying a car from across the country, has been my best experience ever buying a car. Secured Auto Group has earned a customer for life.

The representatives knew exactly what I was looking for and we’re so helpful throughout the whole process even long after I drove my new truck off the lot. We made a deal to put a deposit down on a truck we were very interested in purchasing. The sales man told us it was a refundable deposit if we decided we didnt want to go through with it after thinking it over the night. Then the manager changed the terms on us after we already ran our card for the deposit and we were in our car getting ready to leave. The sales men then had stopped us before we left and told us that if we werent serious about purchasing the truck then the deposit wasnt going to be refundable if we didnt go reverse the deposit right then and there because this truck all of a sudden because a hot item. We decided to reverse the deposit and Walked out because I felt like if they are changing this now what are they going to change on us later when we get the truck. If they say something they should honor what they said. Its bad business if you cant follow through on their word.Update: response to replyFirst Off I was going to pay full price with cash but was 5pm on a Saturday and wouldnt have time to collect the cash in time. Me and the sales man agreed on putting a deposit Down and I would get him the rest on Monday. Everything was going good and tell the manager stepped in and told me am not going to hold it if your not going to buy it. ( there was another person there to look at the truck). I was leaving thinking i just bought a new truck. When I literally had the salesman running out to me telling me they had to change the terms. I took my money and ran. An hour later I have the dealership calling me back apologizing and wanting to make it right at this time I found out the other person did not buy the car. I figured they realized at this time they had a motivated buyer with cash and blew it.... they offered to hold it now until Tuesday fir me because they so felt bad so what I ended up doing was on Monday I called them and made them a low ball offer because if I was going to do business with a sketchy company I was going to get a deal.Sketchy dealership lowered to 1 star from 2 star.

Im late posting my review as I bought my 2011 Infiniti QX56 about 18 months ago from Secured. This was my second vehicle purchased from them and Eli and the others were great to work with. I bought this older SUV that was in excellent condition to save money over my previous vehicle. Right after I purchased it, it had a catalytic converter problem and although it took some time, Eli made sure it was fixed right. They held true to their 3 month/3,000 mile purchase warranty they have on all their cars. Thanks guys!

They are so very awesome. They are cheaper than any dealer for parts especially. If you do buy a car here, make sure to get the insurance plan. Especially if it’s any Land Rover. Eli is super helpful and knowledgeable about all sorts of vehicles and the mechanics here are very good at what they do.

John was great. Informative and straight forward. The MB was as described and in excellent condition.I will say, Secured Auto put aftermarket wheels and tires (which sold me on the car as an added bonus) however, the 20” rims and tires block the blind spot monitor system so I had to disable it (otherwise it continually lights up and alerts me non-stop). Not a major deal though.

My experience with Secured Car Brokers was positive from the beginning. Eli, Joe and John were all so great to work with. Some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. I’ve never had that good of an experience at a dealership. I have to be honest that I ended up spending more for the truck I purchased than I planned but that was only because they offered me such a great deal on an amazing truck that I could not refuse. It was very nice to not have to pour over the contract trying to find hidden fee’s. They were very upfront with the costs and it was a painless sale. I spent maybe an hour total here, where as at Karl Malone Toyota last time I got a car it took 4 hours and they tried to Nickel and Dime you for every penny they could, sometimes even hiding the fees in the contract.

Stopped in to test drive two cars I was interested in. Not sure if it’s the car for me but guys were quick and knowledgeable. Seems like they run a great business and lots of options to choose from under 30k. Would recommend!

I went to buy a car at Secured Car Brokers back in February and I was not disappointed in any way. Eli helped me get into my dream Tesla Model S. I had been looking around online for almost a year, and when I found the deal I got, it felt too good to be true. I even waited a few days to see if it was a scam. This place is an honest and straightforward dealership. They are good to do business with. I bought a Chevy Colorado from Bryant. Trucks are not their typical inventory, but they were more than willing to work with me throughout the whole experience. Even when the a/c compressor went out, they covered it, and had the car back to me in two days. Absolutely amazing! Eli made it too easy for me to get into my new car. My family has been getting cars from him from as long as i can remember! I asked Eli if he could get me a Kia Optima hybrid, black white or gray, under 50,000 miles, and at a decent price. Within 2 days he had multiple options of the exact car and price i asked for. We also only had a week to get all of this done, and he made it happen in that time frame. After picking it up i drove the car from Utah to Tennessee. Thank you!

I bought my Tesla through these guys and it was a great experience. I saw it on their lot before they had put it up for sale. They knew I was interested in it as is, but they still repaired and powder-coated the wheels and put on a brand new set of tires (and were talking 21 wheels, and performance tires. Not cheap.) They also gave me a great deal at about $5,000 below the NADA price. I gave Tesla the VIN and asked them if they could be the price with one of their CPOs and they could not.Bryant was great to work with as well. Great communication and an overall sense of pride in taking good care of me the customer. I highly recommend these guys.

Just bought and received my 2011 BMW 550i. I was skeptical at first buying it sight unseen (I live in FL and was not about to fly 3000 miles away for a deal on a car) but after speaking with Eli MANY times about the car I wanted I felt I was getting the honest and true story about what I was buying. Untill I had the car in my garage I was waiting for a camera crew to jump out and tell me Ive been punked. From test drive to driving my car away only took 45 min. Thier cars sell themselves so the sales staff is able to focus on service. Warranty packages are offered/available but not pushed or slipped into the contract. I had reservations walking into the office. However, I only had to pay for the car, not a flashy showroom. They have great financing partners who gave me an awesome rate to go with the fair price (that included a power train warranty). Secured Car Brokers will be my first stop when Im looking for my next quality, car faxed, blue star inspected car.
