Stay away from this agency! They gave me a low quote so i switched but when i had to use the insurance the deductible was sky high and they went out of their way to make sure i didnt file a claim! I just paid out of pocket for the repairs and went back to my previous insurance. You will regret doing business with these people!!

Ive been with state farm for years and have always gotten great service! Im only in my twenties but I always felt like they respected me and treated me the best services they could! Unfortunatly my rates went up, due to a new car, which is understandable, but caused me to look elsewhere.I do highly reccomend state farm and this location specifically! Everyone works hard to find you the best deals, they know your name and what youre looking for, and theyre always ready to help you find the best policy out there!

Ive been with State Farm 30 plus years in 3 states. Kim by far is the smartest agent and owner that I have ever dealt with in the insurance business. She is the hardest working person that i have met in the industry. The billing end of the firm back east accidentally billed me for someone elses bill and when I discovered it I called her. She cut through the big back office, found the error and had the money wired to my bank account that night. Wow!! What expertise and tenacity to get my money back! She never mentions it, but she has run 100 agents in the Midwest and back East and knows everyone of importance in the company. She chose Draper to come to and have a great life. Her knowledge about her business shows. I should know, I got my insurance license in 1975 and later went on to other things.par excelance is her personality and mind. Three words, Simply the Best!

The staff at Kim Hinkle were extremely courteous and timely in handling my claim. It had been almost a year since the incident and I had misplaced a critical reciept, which had prevented me from being reimbursed by my previous agent. Once I found the reciept, I was blown away by the willingness to help despite the circumstances!

Kim took over as my agent when my old agent retired. My old agent never forgot to change things on my account, didnt accidentally change things like deleting vehicles on my policy without my request and always had time to help me. I interacted with my old agent and her team for over 15 years with no problems or concerns. Ive been with Kim for about 4 years and Kim usually answers the phone and says she is having computer problems and transfers you to one of her team and something has always been adjusted improperly or not done at all. I really dont know if Kim is a good agent or not because she has spent so little time with me, maybe its just her team producing these problems. Either way, I too work in the insurance industry and 95% of insurance is customer service and getting things done right the first time. I miss my old agent and will be looking for another agent that can complete their tasks accurately on the first request.

She is the absolute worst!! Trying to deal with her was a nightmare, she doesnt seem to understand what is going on in her office and isnt very competent when it comes to insurance or the way it should be handled. She is very unprofessional and rude! I will never recommend her or State Farm to anyone!
