Shane and his team are hands down the best group of agents I have ever worked with. I have owned multiple businesses through the years and have dealt with dozens of agents and companies. Shane is the only agent I have ever worked with who has cared about me as a person long after Ive purchased a policy. Lots of agents treat you like royalty when they are trying to get you signed but once their commission check has been cut they seem to always send you to voicemail or to their assistant. Not Shane, he is always there for me when I need him, even if all I need is a question answered about how something works or why something occurred.Recently I was in a car crash during a snow storm. I called Shane at 830 at night and he picked right up. Then when I dropped my car off to the auto body shop and needed a ride home, Shane was there for me too. His office is downtown... and I live near Draper lol....Lots of people switch agents because they want someone who works 22 seconds from them, which to me makes no sense but whatever to each his own. But If you want an agent that will stick by you when you need it, Shane is your guy.

Bery expensive insurance but the ataff was friendly

Way unprofessional team of employees. Called Dec 12th looking to sign up for new insurance. Spoke with Alex who went over questions with me to get me a quote, when he said it was taking a little bit and he would have to call me back. Never heard from him after a week I called again. Spoke to a woman this time who asked me the same questions saying Alex had not saved anything. After 20 mins she said the same thing that she would call me back in a little bit and never called after 4 days. So I called AllState and got set up. I am all about customer service and would not recommend this team to anyone that actually wants to get set up with insurance.

Shane is a great agent and really takes care of his policy holders. I have been insured with him for over ten years and never had an issue.
