I love Jim Starbucks office! Ive been with them for 12 years and my parents were with them long before that. We have always been treated well and everyone on the staff are friendly and professional. Sonni was there for me when I crashed my first car at age 16 and for everything in between ever since. Ive worked with Olivia, Karen, and Christine as well and they are all just as amazing. I will be with State Farm until they kick me out. ;)

I cancele my insurance 48 hours before the due date in october and they still charged me. When I called to get the money they owed me they added renewal fees for January. I would not recomend this branch.
