Rick completely understood what I was looking for and took care of me. He and Josh are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rick and his team. I contacted him on a Friday and had a policy in place that day. Excellent service. Plus they are easy to contact and make themselves available which is very important to me in business.

I have been calling them for days . No answer no voice mail either. Fix your business and Hire employees dont be cheap.

It was really frustrating how Rick didnt do much for me. He could have told me long time ago, back in December that State Farm does not write SR 22 Policies. I gave plenty of notice that I wanted to add an SR 22 to prevent my License from getting suspended and I think either Rick Aleman the Agent or Josh lied about my license needing to get suspended. I didnt like how I couldnt talk to the Underwriter directly and after about three weeks of doing a lot of running around and phone calls, I was informed by one of Ricks employees that the Underwriter declined to file an SR 22, even though another lady with the Company said State Farm does write SR 22 Policies. Anyways, after I went ahead and let my license go suspended, I get a letter from Corporate saying theyre going to go ahead and cancel my Insurance. The lack of timeliness, Rick hiding, being told false information all made me angry! Im obviously with a new Agent since I changed insurance and the new guy does not hand off work to some Assistant. I wish more people could take care of questions I had but the agent I have now even gave me his cell phone number in case I have any questions or problems.Rick, I gave you the letter from the Drivers License Division before you left on Vacation and again, it was upsetting how you said there should not be a problem to get a new or rewritten policy but that wasnt true. I hope you or Corporate read this entirely and that you learn to treat customers better and in a more timely fashion.

Rick and Luis were very helpful. They answered all of my questions ran many quotes with different deductibles so that i could choose what insurance plan worked best for my family. In the end we got a better plan and saved money. Thanks!

I had been with the same wonderful agent at another agency for many years and I did not want to switch but found myself needing a new agency. These guys were quick to respond, kind, and very thorough with explanations. I was able to get better coverage at half the cost as before. I am very satisfied with my switch and look forward to working with my new agent.

They’re always so willing to help. My wife got a new car on a Saturday after hours and we couldn’t take it without proof of insurance. I called Olivia and left a message in hopes to try to get the car. I didn’t figure I would hear back from her, but she did called me back. Had a my first issue with my car this week. It was a rock chip which is a small repair, but the speed it was taken care of was a five star. They have a close relationship with Abra (local body and glass repair shop) and Luis was very quick to call them and set up a meeting with Johnny and he took care of it quick. The spider web was reduced to merely a dot with was filled with whatever it is they use. To top it off there was follow up to my case. Thanks Luis for watching the repair all the way through. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a better service without hasitation.

The staff always makes sure my needs are taken care of. They often call just to ensure all my needs are being met. When making changes (as I often require) if anything seems odd or out of place or that I may have coverage I dont need they always check its accuracy. Whether its staying after hours to make changes I need or adjusting my due date last minute, adding or removing vehicles to patiently explaining any and EVERY question I may have about my coverage these are the best of the best. They arent just doing their job well; they make you feel as if you are their top priority and remain such until you are satisfied with the outcome. Ive been insured with other exceptional insurance companies and agents but none who have gone to the extent that the staff here has just to make sure I have the coverage I need. I am nobody special nor are my insurance needs anything of grandeur. But I feel as if they treat me as such. Thank you to all of the staff who never let on to what a nuisance I make of myself. Good luck getting them to call you back, my bill jumped all over the place. One month they said I had been overpaying for the last few months so they sent a letter saying do not pay. Then the next month I got a bill for $490, my bill was supposed to be $326. Its been over a month and I still havent received a call back as to why I got a 490 dollar bill. I was able to talk to someone after calling for a WEEK and she said sorry I am unable to access your account, I will look into it and call you back. Still waiting....... I went with Allstate I was able to double coverages while saving over 100 dollars a month. And anytime I have a question or need anything they answer my emails and phone calls immediately!!
