I have been with these guys for a while now and there are reasons why I havent left. The staff is amazing!! Super friendly and always willing to help me and answer my questions (I can be a little needy and hard at times haha). Their pricing is great! Even if I get quotes from other companies, they would look it over and explain to me the differences and work on my pricing for me, always making sure I am taken care of. They are super fast to respond to emails and phone calls as well. If you are in the market for a new insurance agent, look no further. Another thing is I have never felt pressured into getting insurance that I truly didnt need, they are not typical pushy sales people, they really listen to what you need. Not only did they lower my insurance bill by $70 per month they also gave me a package deal with life insurance. Now, as an electrician that means the world to me I wasnt even inquiring about it but the sales rep Tyler was extremely helpful and very informative. Been with them for years. I delivered a Jimmy Johns sandwich to them back in 2014 and they asked me to meet with them to check quotes. They increased my coverage and lowered my prices. They give automatic discounts when eligible, you dont have to beg for them. Anytime Ive had an issue theyve been there to help. When we were moving from Washington State to here in Utah, we first originally received a quote from Ali, once moving here she followed up with us and made sure we were well taken care of. Blair, Ali, and Tyler are the main people I have dealt with, and theyre absolutely amazing to work with. The answer all of my questions, work hard for any concerns I may have, and Blair even travels to my home as I live 45 minutes away from the office, and unable to drive due to blindness after my stroke. I like this insurance company, Ive been a customer for several years. The only thing Ive ever not liked was when my insurance increased and when I asked why they told me it wasnt anything I did. I didnt change companies but I wish my insurance rate was a direct result of my driving ability and not something that maybe happened to someone else, resulting in the company paying out fees and laying the cost on their other customers. Other than that Im happy.

My business was flooded and the initial claim came back as denied, but Blair fought for me and was able to reopen the claim. Once that was done, they State Farm took another look realized that is really was able to be covered. Blair never quit fighting for me and may have saved my business. A few thousand dollars for a small business can be make or break, and thanks to him we didnt have to throw that inventory away.
