My experience with clay and allstate has been awesome friendly and helpful

Well it has been a good eperience for the last six months

Allstate... I dont want to be anywhere near your filthy hands! Keep them to yourself! Dont offer roadside assistance if you cannot provide it- repeatedly. This is nothing personal directed at Clay Blackwell. This is about the shady hands of Allstate. Wasted my time and money for years and you failed me. More than once. These are not even my angry words!

I have trusted Clay Blackwell with my insurance needs for more than 25 years. He is responsive and responsible. He will be my agent for as long as he is in the business. I recommend him to ANYONE without hesitation.

Clay is the worst insurance agent I have worked with to date. After calling multiple days during various time when Clay was supposed to be in his office, my calls were never answered. Likewise, my message was neglected until I called once again and finally managed to get in contact with him. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Insurance is something that should be taken seriously. If you are looking for a dependable and reliable insurance agent I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
