Worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance company. The employee that sold me the original policy lied about the coverage levels, lied about the insurance being set up on auto pay which resulted in my policy being lapsed. I was also lied to by what Im guessing is the owner Jeff, after being promised a call back to look at options to try to address the problem, not only did he not return the call but he is now avoiding my calls to him. I will update this review if the problems are addressed, otherwise consider yourself warned that the company is essentially run by a thief that doesnt care to live up to their word and has lying employees.Edit: I have tried to call Jeff 4 different times in the last 2+ weeks, left 2 voicemails, had one promised call back roughly a month ago and Jeff has yet to actually pick up a phone beyond that call back that was promised so this isnt a situation of not answering a phone call one day. As for the insurance that I need I guess standard auto insurance with a rider for aftermarket accessories is too complicated for your company as I was promised initially. I understand the company isnt an insurance company, but a broker, but if you have an employee cause this many problems and cant even pick up or return a phone call it speaks for the integrity of the company itself. Try to downplay it all you want, you failed as a company terribly, and cant even own up to the mistake. As I mentioned, if the issue is handled Im more than happy to update the review, but trying to trash talk someone you did business with and failed to provide even mediocre service to after them paying for said service is the poorest of ways to do business no matter what the rest of your business experience is/was.
