I had a bit of time to kill while waiting for an appointment next door and popped in to shop a new quote for my home, car and truck. AJ and I were able to speak long enough to go over the basics, which left me with the impression hes the type of insurance agent you want on your side- knowledgeable, professional, a straight shooter, and a very nice person. We met again a couple of days later to put a home, auto and umbrella policy in place and he made some great suggestions, thoroughly explained all the necessary details and made every step easier than expected. The package we ended up with has better coverage and is less expensive than what I walked in with and is now under one company for everything rather than different ones for home and auto as before. My stuff is split between Utah and Arizona and he being licensed in both states was super helpful and reassuring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jessica Romanek is a wonderful asset to your team. Although it didn’t work out for us to use their services for various reasons, none of which is because of this State Farm branch. She took my information very efficiently and got me a quote faster than I have ever experienced. What a wonderful experience! Since I moved to Utah a few years back, I have talked to a handful of insurers and I yet to find an insurer like AJ at State Farm. I had also switched from a long relationship with my old insurer because of how great AJs team made us feel as a customer. Their customer service is unbeatable. Aj must be constantly on his phone 24/7 because it seems like he would drop whatever he is doing to make sure he is quick to respond and to make sure his customers are happy with policies with him. Because of this, I would recommend him to anyone. The also have great rates for auto loans.

Rachelle Bell is absolutely wonderful to work with. She always responds quickly, and follows up with me constantly. I highly recommend Rachelle to anyone I know!! I spoke with Colby and he helped me a lot after a family incident where I lost my auto insurance. He gave me a very good price, much lower than the previous price I was paying. Colby speaks very good Spanish and worked very hard to find a better price and I felt like he wanted to give us a very good price. I am quite happy with the good insurance I have now and the good service I received from State Farm.
