Just moved my car insurance to this agency. They are competent and caring, sometimes a little hard to reach by phone, perhaps because of covid.Will definitely recommend Allstate and Daniel was recommended by their head office.

I have been with Allstate 20 plus years.I have never filed a claim with Allstate,I received a check in the mail saying my policy was cancelled and they refunded me $229,So I contacted my agent Daniel Warren and was informed that I have not been insured for the past 30 days, this was upsetting to find this out? So allstate waited 30 days to send me the premium I paid one day late 31 days with no insurance and no contact by the agent they were canceling my 23 year policy.I was told by my agent in order to have my policy reinstated they would rewrite my policy and know I would have to pay $958.My suggestion to anyone looking for a agent use someone other than this guy and of all state.I found a new agent and my insurance coverage is the same I had with Allstate however my total for 6 months coverage $471 thats $487 dollar different...Next year when my homeowner insurance need to be renewed it wont be this person or company.
