Horrible service, called to pay my insurance and the person who answered was not very nice, I was then transferred to another person, she took my payment information and my insurance was still not paid!! On top of that they charged me fees and wouldn’t even provide me with a confirmation number for whatever reason. This has happened more then once.

To cancel a policy at this company I needed to fill out a cancellation form or they think they can just sell you any policy for any price and withdraw the money from my account without my permission, if you do not fill out this form.If asked them for a less expensive policy and I believe they acted like they did.I went with a different agent (same company) and saved literally 200$ plus. Why could they not do the same? Maybe after you have been their customer for years they believe you trust them.Heed my warning and watch out for their unethical behaviors.I am sure other companies are the same however one star is appropriate for my experience ending their patronage.

They were able to recommend a company to help with clean up. It was an amazing experience. I love working with Grecia, she really cares and makes sure everything is done. I didnt have to really do anything when I made my claim, they handled everything.

The staff has always been able to find great rates for us while providing great customer service. As I have had questions or concerns they have always been quick to respond and very helpful. Working with ASA has been a completely different experience than working with any other insurance entity. From day 1, they have been there for me through every question, concern, and/or issue, though none of the issues have been with ASA. I have changed insurance carriers 3 times within a year and a half due to life changes, marriage, new vehicle, etc. [ASA always finding me the lowest rate] and every time Ive called, they have answered with a happy voice and helping hands regardless. Thank you ASA for saving me $1,000 per year on our auto insurance! After my son turned 16, we added him to our previous policy. Unfortunately he was in a little fender bender 2 months later and our rates went through the roof! We tried contacting our previous agent to try to negotiate better pricing and they werent able to reduce the rates. I contacted ASA insurance and asked them to shop around for me. They were very accommodating and within a few hours we had a reasonable quote. Better coverage, better pricing. Win, Win!

Scam. They are just putting your info on the internet to get quotes for companies like gieko and State Farm. Do not trust these people. You will start getting spam calls.

I would like to say in regard to Alesia Sotos review, that as an insurance agent (with another company other than ASA), these problems she encountered are very typical of what can happen in any agency on a busy day. Likewise, what she experienced with her current agent is also very typical of what can happen in any agency on a slower day. I have seen both scenarios in my office. I also have gone back to the office just to help someone who has needed immediate attention and they were very happy! But I have also had busy days when it was closer to the other scenario. With that said, we agents do not have much control over rates, and rates do not stay exactly the same when you re-write a policy. It seems she was happy with the $40 increase simply because it was less than $50. But had ASA given her the $40 increase, she would have been unhappy. Also, VINs matter. Having the VIN at the beginning of the quote can alleviate this problem because it CAN change the price. This was due more to poor planning by the customer than it was to any action of the agent. I have sent my customers to ASA on occasion and they have always been very happy. These types of reviews can unfairly hurt a company beyond measure. And it was most likely an isolated incident. We agents try to help and do the best we can with what we have to work with :)

So ive been with this place for over the past 2 years with absolutely no problems, theyre awesome! But the reason I rated 4 stars was for a worker named Grecia. I called to ask what my payment will be for that month and that I needed to change my address because I just moved to a different place. She then told me I had to pay a 30$ fee for changing my address??? But she didnt tell me that until AFTER she changed my address. She told me the total and It was much higher than usual so I was confused but just agreed and hung up. Today I called and was answered by Briana and she was fantastic. When I asked to pay for my insurance, she told me a much lower amount then Grecia did the day before. She was very polite and very helpful. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but I didnt like the tone in Grecia voice either it sounded like she didnt want to help me. I did call half an hour before they closed so that could be the reason for it. But overall its a good insurance place.

I was in a predicament yesterday when I was told that the insurance agents I have been going through no longer participates in the insurance company we have been going through and that I needed to call ASA to get the insurance reinstated. Not only did they bump up the price by 50 dollars for the same company that I have been going through for three years but it took them all day to get me a quote and as soon as I agreed to the price (what else could I do? I dont have insurance!) he took my vin number and said that they were looking up the wrong type of vehicle and it would now be 90 dollars more than the amount that I was paying a month ago!! After comfirming that he looked at all the insurance companies he could I told him that I would have to call him in the morning to somehow find a way to pay that amount. After hanging up with him, I called Anderson-GMI who I have been with the past 3 years (The same company who doesnt participate in the insurance I had) and asked them what I was supposed to do, the man I spoke with was just going home and instead turned right back around, went back into the office, and pulled up my case. After 20 minutes, TWENTY MINUTES NOT ALL FREAKING DAY, he found an insurance company that was not only better than the one I had but was only 40 dollars more than what I have been paying. He then helped me get all set up, printed my insurance card, reassured me that he would help me get even that amount down but we just needed to get me insurance, and sent me on my way. ASA is a joke. They are inconsiderate and dont care about the people. They just want your money.
