They call you the evening your insurance is about to expire to tell you that you need to find new insurance by the end of the day. They say they are suppose to call you a few days before, but their excuse is we forgot, so youre left with no time to find insurance. Have had trouble with them not reporting insurance coverage to the DMV, and getting multiple letters from the DMV stating that I need to send proof of insurance because according to their records I have had no insurance coverage. I called my insurance agent and they say, well send it to the DMV, and then I get 2nd notices from the DMV stating they havent received anything, this happened more than once. I would not reccomend this insurance agency. They might work well for others, but not for me.
