In a nut shell, Find and Rent agents told us that a property was available for rent, had us pay to apply, submit applications, and view the property before telling us that it was, in fact, no longer available, and hadnt been available at any time during the application process. Heres the whole story: I just had a terrible experience with Find and Rent. My husband and I loved a property that they had listed on their webpage. We called on a Friday and spoke to Adria. She recommended that we apply for the property immediately, as we would be the first ones to have submitted a complete application, and therefor would have first dibs on the property. We ditched our Friday night plans and spent the majority of our evening diligently filling out the application. We then went to the Find and Rent office on Saturday to meet with Adria and view the property. We fell in love. It was perfect for us. When we went back to the office to return the key, Craig (another agent) said that they had reviewed our application and thought we were strong candidates. Craig flat-out told us that another completed application had not been submitted and that no other applicants had paid security deposits, and thus, the property was ours. They asked us to come back first-thing on Monday with our deposit. On Monday morning, I arrived right at 10 am, as Adria had asked me to. She was not there. I returned to work and called back several times to see if she was available. Eventually, I ended up speaking with another gentleman, who told us that a different application had already been approved and a security deposit had been paid BEFORE we viewed the property on Saturday. He claimed that Craig and Adria were not aware that it had already been leased. Whether they were not aware or were lying to us makes no matter to me. We wasted an evening putting together an application, wasted a Saturday driving to the office and viewing the property, and wasted the $60 application fee. When I finally got through to Adria, she told me that they would definitely be able to find us a different property that met all of our needs. One of the properties that they found had NONE of our requirements. The other was way beyond our price range. Whether this was an honest effort or not, it was simply too little, too late. Needless to say, were furious with this untrustworthy organization and will never be doing business with, or recommend Find and Rent again.

So unprofessional! I called about a property to rent, talked to a male that said it was still available & to come in & apply. I ended up driving all the way over there & there were 2 males talking to the main woman that handles the properties. She said the property I wanted had been rented & said it was probably one of these guys that told you that, but Im the only one that handles the properties. I replied, Why would you have people who dont know these things answer the phones & instruct people?. She didnt have much to say. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

They do a phenomenal job of managing my property. Cant recommend highly enough.
