Its cheap and maintenance is never done correctly. The attached photos are of what they consider a fix. Each time they fix something they manage to break something else. If you move in you may want to consider checking for mold. When I moved in I was able to put my finger through the wall in the restroom.

I have loved living here! Rent is considerably cheap considering the area. There are issues such as maintenance sometimes taking awhile to be completed and Ive heard some tenants complain about the heating and cooling issues but overall I would absolutely recommend these apartments!

Unbelievably low rent for an incredible location, spacious floor-plan and free hot water and radiant heating in the winter. Horseshoe-shaped 1920s complex with a giant landscaped courtyard in the middle. Its an older building with its share of quirks, but for a young professional or student looking for a place right in the city, it is hands down the best deal in Salt Lake.
