I have never had my vents cleaned so I wasnt sure what to expect. Ruben was AMAZING!!! I received a text when they were on their way. I was told they would arrive between 8:00-9:00 so I expected them at noon (like a normal contractor). They arrives right at 8:00!!! Ruben took time to walk my house and explain everything they were doing.But most importantly, he spoke to me like a person. I have dealt with a lot of contractors I my life and most talk to women like we are stupid. Ruben was professional and detailed without being derogatory.I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling again and referring them to my friends.

You can tell a lot from a company by what they say you do not need. After calling at least 10 HVAC companies and getting the runaround by most, Reuben from Sanitair showed up and provided us with a wonderful experience. His recommendations were spot on and trustworthy. The work performed was excellent. I had a good experience with this company. Our house is 14 years old and Ive noticed the everyday dust has gotten noticeably worse in the last year or 2 since they started building homes behind us. They sent Reuben and Rulon out to clean and sanitize everything. They were on time. They explained everything they were doing. The whole process was clean and organized and they were finished in a few hours. These guys were professional and respectful of my home. Time will tell if my dust problem gets better, but I know its clean because I saw the stuff they were pulling out. I called 4 different companies and the price was competitive. I would feel comfortable referring these 2 guys to my friends and family for sure.

The tech that serviced us (Rulon) was wonderful and extremely helpful.The duct cleaning was the most inexpensive among other competitors, but worth much more than we were charged.Be aware - competitors seem like the prices are comparable, but will upcharge you in the middle of service. I’m a bit confused as to why ratings are so high. We had a sub par experience. We got our vents cleaned a couple months ago. I used the chat feature on their website to schedule and they told me the date and a time frame of 8-9 am. Well the day came around and they didnt show up. I called and they told me they had put me on the calendar for 12pm although they were able to look back at the chat and realize it was their error. “Ok I won’t judge them solely on this,” I told myself. We rescheduled for the next day. The tech showed up without texting me as promised (he texted the wrong number). I answered the door in a mask because, you know the whole global pandemic thing, and he didn’t have a mask on or wear one the entire time he was in my home. Sure I should have asked, but I wouldn’t have imagined I’d need to ask a professional coming into my home to abide by the county ordinance. He stood very close to me while speaking (much less than 6 feet) and seemed to forget we were in a pandemic. It’s remarkable that the company doesn’t mandate their techs to wear masks either. Additionally, the quote they provided was without “mains” (they gave me a base rate without mains and told me how much each main would cost if I had them) because I didn’t know what those were and if we had them. Turns out we have 3 so the price was more than double the initial quote. So know your stuff before getting a quote or better yet, there was a company up north who charged a flat rate that was cheaper than what I paid here and used better technology. As far as the cleaning, I have terrible allergies and, sadly, I haven’t even noticed a difference in the last two months since having them cleaned. So I’d say it was a very marginal experience. If I could do it again, I would not book with Sanitair.

The vent cleaning service provided by Sanitair was everything that I had hoped for. Sanitairs pricing was comparable to the competitors, but Sanitair seemed to place more emphasis on the quality of their work and protecting the cleanliness of my home during the process. Rubin and Josh were very willing to discuss the cleaning process and they readily responded to any questions that I had. After cleaning each area they used cameras to inspect the work and often performed additional cleaning until they were satisfied with the job. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up any debris as the vacuumed out and reinstalled the vents. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Veronica; she was exceptionally gracious while trying to hit a moving target (my schedule). After cancelling my original appointment, she didnt hesitate to offer up alternative dates and times to make it happen!

I had my first experience with these folks over the last week. Veronica was extremely responsive to my weekend inquiry about their services and how they are performed. They were flexible with my schedule. They do a serious clean of the vents, returns and mains. Great equipment they use. Josh and Reuben showed promptly at 7:59am for the 8am. They were very thorough and professional. Showed me pictures of what was in my system and even found a flaw in my furnace that was leaking. Just terrific guys! Ask for them although in sure all their folks are great.

This is a great company! They were able to get me in within a week’s time, which was great. Josh was a fantastic technician! He called to let me know he was on his way and was very punctual (even early.) He showed me pictures of what was in our ducts, and it was really bad, including toys, construction debris, mold, and fungus. He made great recommendations and was able to clean and sanitize everything on the spot! I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Sanitair Air Duct Cleaning!! We recently moved into our home and found that the ducts have never been cleaned.. (20 years) We have 5 small children and all of them have been struggling with congestion and asthma that has slowly been getting worse. Sanitair sent someone out in less then a week after contacting them, they were fast, super nice, and understanding as well as accommodating to the chaos of our large, wild household! They had the best prices that I could find, and that’s WITHOUT the coupons I found in “Hometown Values”! The coupons cut the price for each service in half as well as offering $150 off of aUV Air purification system.. without these accommodations, we probably wouldn’t be able to afford all these services all at once that our family desperately needed! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.. you cannot put a price on quality of air and we are more then grateful to Sanitair for helping us out!

The 2 gentlemen who provided the service were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the process. They texted me in advance, showed up on time, and were very thorough at explaining things. The biggest thing for me was they shared before and after pictures which is critical for work like this that I cant see and have to rely on their word that they cleaned the air ducts. They did exactly what I wanted which wasto remove all the fine drywall dust out of yhehe system.

They were pleasant and easy to set up an appointment with right from the beginning and the technician that worked with me, Josh, was polite, patient, clear and not overbearing.They were very generous with the coupons and when it turned out that our house had more mains than normal they discounted it for us. We highly recommend Sanitair! We moved into a home built in 1962 and from the pictures and all they cleaned out of our vents theyve probably never been cleaned before. We had things sanitized as well and weve noticed a difference already with our daughter struggling with allergies. They were so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and we highly recommend them. I called this company and they quoted me well under what other companies were quoting me. When they came over to do the work they said it was going to be $220 more than what they quoted me. I guess my little 3 bedroom townhouse was more than they ever imagined it could be. Because air duct cleaners are booked out 2 weeks right now, Im having to really push back my move-in date (Im really allergic to cats). They werent willing to work with me at all on this. I hope no one else has this bad of an experience.

I would recommend any Salt Lake City home owner who has completed construction or has pet to have their air ducts cleaned and sanitized. Communication and scheduling was smooth and effortless with their office. The technicians arrived on time and were true to their ETA. Josh and Rueben were respectful of my home as they maneuvered around toddler toys in their shoe covers. Irritated with the service or lack of communication between the service provider, they inputted my information wrong didnt receive a cancellation call tell after my appointment and missed work for nothing very unsatisfyed, all they had to say afterwards was how far out rescheduling is, what a joke.
