What a good experience! Our home is very unique, apparently... our furnace is upstairs in our attic. Unfortunately, because of this, we weren’t able to utilize the cleaning services because of the way in which this type of furnace location has to be cleaned. Guy gave us some tips and recommendations on our air filters to mitigate dust and dander, as well as checked out our returns to see how bad the build-up actually was. It was surprisingly clean! Guy was incredibly nice and understanding and didn’t charge us a dime for the consultation or for his travel. The first experience was not a five star rating. For one reason or another, some of the vents were overlooked. I simply let the owner know about the mishap. He had a very quick response, within minutes. He was prompt and responsive to my questions and concerns. Before the end of the conversation he wanted to make it right. By his choice, he scheduled us the next day(his day off) to make it right. Without hesitation I would recommend Easy Flow for a system clean out.Both technicians were very polite, clean, explained the process and showed me how they worked. They took their shoes off, put down carpet protection, were careful with equipment around walls and worked around my family. They were very informative.

We just purchased a home out here in Stansbury park, the previous owners have 2 giant dogs and we see hair everywhere in the house.. so my first thought was getting our air ducts cleaned.. I requested a quote online, and the next day Guy replied and asked questions about our house. He’s very responsive and gave me a decent price for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. He was able to schedule us within the week and we’re so happy about it because my Washer and Dryer will be delivered on the 22nd. Andy came, he’s our technician, he’s very nice, polite and knows what he’s doing.. he showed me pictures of the before and after, and told us that the dryer vent doesnt have any cover and he will come back in the next few days and do it for us. All in all, we are very pleased, such nice guys to work with.. and I’m so happy that our vents are clean!!!

Guy was great at communicating and got us on the schedule fast. Andy was our tech and so helpful. He explained how our wonky HVAC was set up and potential ways it could be more efficient. I saw a few chunks of yuck come out of our ducts while it was vacuuming and Ill bet there was so much more. The house smells better and my spouse says his allergies arent kickin as bad. Exceeded any expectation I had about duct cleaning. I am a general contractor and have pretty high opinion of my own understanding of all things construction. I THOUGHT that knew where certain smells and musky odors were coming from and had plans to mitigate them. However, after Guy cleaned my ducts the entire damn house smells brand new.

Had a dryer duct that wasnt blowing at all. Did a self clean as well as a professional cleaning of it and still couldnt get any air flow. The other guys told us that we had a break in the line somewhere. After a while of searching the pipe, including using a scope, we concluded that it was just clogged with some hard pack of dryer lint. Called Easy Flow and they were able to get a almost 2 foot long blockage out and make it run perfectly. They came and got it all done in about an hour with no fuss. Totally worth it. Going to call them for regular cleaning from now on. Thank you.

A/C is running better and they removed so much dust for literally half the price as the last time I had my ducts cleaned.
