Tan did my nails and pedicure he is great.

Always be prepared for a 2 hour or more visit even with an appointment. The do nice work but I con always tell when my nails have been done in a rush because they get so busy. And beware of the SNS. Mine cracked within weeks of getting it done and I wasn’t ready for a fill in usually when the cracks happened. Know your own color # even if pink and white. Each nail tech does pink and white differently so if you need a broken one fixed it may not match perfectly unless you know you color #.

Went in for a mani-Pedi. Ended up clipping my own toenails on one foot so tech would have a guide for length. Tech also completely forgot to scrub / buff my heels & when I complained to owner, she said it was my heels, that I needed to apply lotion. (Why would I need to apply lotion right after getting a Pedi?) The Gel-mani was the worst…tech kept flooding nail bed with polish. Also filed my natural nail down so thin that when the Gel-Polish was later removed, several nails split down the middle and lifted, requiring the nails to be clipped super short and into the quick. I only wish the site would allow me to post pics. Words just don’t do the damage to my nails justice. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I made an appointment and then i came in and i asked her to paint my nails with clear nail polish. And after that when i saw the clear nail polish it was called super dry. and she said it will dry really fast and i believed her but when i went to my friends house i realized it was not dry yet. so i waited an extra hour and it finally dried up. But thats not all a two days later it started to peel off and i was wondering why but i was mad because i have white stuff on my nails and it wont come off now my nails are ugly. Never come here!!! WARNING YOU!

Waiting 2 hours, even with an appointment is RIDICULOUS! This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Although the work is good...Definitely won’t be returning!

I was in town visiting, and a family member recommended this nail salon, so I went in and was not disappointed! The owner did a fabulous job with my nails and I am extremely happy with them!

Great little place! Efficient and hardly any wait time. Had an acrylic set removed a manicure and pedicure. Price was a little high but they do great work. I will definitely return.

They are so professional and friendly. Ive been coming here since I was a freshman at Catawba. I graduated last year and I still drive down to get my nails done. You cant beat the perfection and awesome customer service 😊Side Note: I always get long coffin shape nails.

Well.... you have to give at least a one star to comment - I would not even give the owner that. My daughter is a loyal customer there & we went in tonight (3 of us) for pedicures & SNS, which we do often when I am in town. NEVER AGAIN. My daughter had a $100 gift certificate that she did not realize had expired (expired by 1 day) & they would not accept it. After several attempts to get her to honor the gift certificate, she totally refused. What horrible service to a loyal customer. I do not recommend doing business with someone so selfish.

Have had several pedicures here. They do a very good job and staff are very nice. Best to call beforehand to make a reservation.

Usually good service with little wait. Nail tech today didnt know how to do my metallic jell. Didnt opologise. Had bad attitude. Owner is great here and really tries to get the techs to do their job.

I never write reviews but in this instance I felt I needed to share. I have had mani/pedis done for years. This place far was the worst I have ever been to. The staff is nice but the quality is poor. I have never had my nails chip the day after (both feet and hands). The polish seemed watered down; it took three coats on my toes for it to even look similar to what was in the bottle. I paid way too much for quality of service. I will not return.

This was my first visit here. The customer service was excellent and they did a good job. The wait was a little longer than I am used to at my local salon but I would recommend them to others.

I was referred to this place because they supposedly did a great job well not my experience..I had at appointment already when I arrive there the lady wasn’t even there, ok some other lady “helped me out” I told her to file and shape my nails a lil more bc they were looking bulky well she got upset and started grabbing my fingers more aggressively, and wasn’t being professional at all ..overall my nails look messy crooked And thick Definitely not what I drove 30 mins for, I even told her at the end no I don’t like them she didn’t even acknowledged me and went on to take my money. I will definitely not be referring any one to this place.

I’ve just been sitting here with my feet in a plain tub of water for 15 mins and nobody doing or saying anything to me. I came in at 9:20 am. They are so unorganized, turned 6 customers away since I’ve been sitting here because they don’t have the staff to assist them. I’m going to find another nail salon to go to. They’re service is just average anyway.

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time. Botched nail job and refused to make proper accommodations without charging. Owner is also a nightmare.

V was very unprofessional...she did my nail on a Saturday came back on a Monday to have them fixed...she was very rude to me!! She will not get any more of my business!! Recommend you go some where that cares about their customers!

I gave them 1 star because this didn’t let me chose 0.I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years, and this has to be the worst they ever looked. I went in asking for a full set, but I was talked into an overlay of my natural nail. I hate the way my nails came out. Don’t let them talk you into something else because they’re too lazy to do the work. My nails look like they just globbed the acrylic on and painted over it. She didn’t file AT ALL to shape them.Please save your money and go somewhere else. $45 is not worth what they do.

I use to come here often and now I see why I went some place else! Every once in a while I may not feel like fighting traffic to go to Citi nails so I will stop here. I got my nails done and I felt like it was done in a hurry, because one lady come in demanding “how much longer” the wait. I was happy with the new gel color I chose, but since it was done in a hurry I ended up stopping by after work three days later only to get one nail fixed where the color chipped. Simple fix right?!This always happens but on this day I allowed it to make me upset, I walk in they NEVER acknowledge us, nor ask how may I help you, so I ended up waiting 30 minutes only because another lady was there I knew I talked with her then I left. These people are a Joke unless your skin is white, you will never get my money again you want all white customers, now you got it! Last time I checked their money and our money spends the same!!!

The quality of my nails were so awful. I had to go to another salon just a few days later to get them taken care of. The pricing was too high and the quality was low. The staff didnt seem very nice at all and the woman took three hours on acrylic nails....

Good old-fashioned haircut.

Visited this nail salon for the first time today. Very friendly staff. Salon as a whole was clean and all equipment used was removed from a sterilization cabinet (and when finished the staff washed the equipment and placed it back in the machine). Pedi chairs were comfortable and worked well. They have a decent variety of colors and they do a fabulous job with the color and designs. Price was reasonable. I will definitely go back! The absolute only complaint I could come up with is that there was no music playing- just a television that was on the history channel, but hey I learned something about Steve Jobs today.

The male who works here is very rude...the prices I was quoted changed once I have him my card...after I left I had to return because my nails broke and he gave me such a hard to about it.... He doesnt speak when you enter but asks what do you need... There is absolutely no customer service.... I will not be returning

I went to Solar Nails about a week 1/2 to get my nails done. The older male did them. maybe 7 days after I got them done, three of nails were lifting from my nail bed..the thumb was almost completely off. I went back to have them repaired, with the man only dropping a few drops of glue under the nail lol on my right middle finger, some glue seeped out as he pressed down..to clean this up. he took a cotton ball and smeared it over the nIl, completely ruining the polish. he said when you come back for fillin, Ill fix it. needless to say, im about to go to a different salon to have them removed, bc theyre all lifting like they want to come off. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
