I have gone to this salon over 6 times and absolutely love it.Michelle and Nick are both especially kind and from the first time I stepped in I felt welcomed. Additionally as someone who loves to get nail designs I appreciate the time and effort Michelle puts into the designs. Even more than that I appreciate her honesty when I ask for a design that she is unfamiliar with- instead of saying NO she takes the time to test out the design and if its not up to her standards she works with me to find a new design that gives me the outcome I was looking for.

The service was very good, the place was clean and professional. The gentleman who did my Pedi was great and attentive. I would definitely stop back again.

Im lost for words on what to say! I didnt want to leave! Nick & Michelle are the best!! This nail shop blew me away. Im not going anywhere else! Heads up though, you must make an appointment. Trust me! Youd want to make that appointment because theyre just that good and stay booked.

My daughter wanted to get aFull Set done for her birthday so I got mine done with her! Very friendly atmosphere, you can tell they really get to know their clients! Both my daughter and I LOVED our nails 💗💅🏻 I would definitely recommend and we’ll be back for sure!!! They are very prompt, curious, professional and friendly they went out of their way to make sure my pedicure was excellent! I definitely recommend them if you expect excellence. I made an appointment and they didnt keep me waiting! I am hooked and you will be too!

Love love love Nick and Michelle! We have been with Michelle since before she opened her own shop and were so glad when her husband Nick came on board when she opened her own salon. He gives the most AMAZING massages! I am not sure about the other review that refers to the fact that he didn’t “massage like others” because he is the absolutely BEST! We love them. They both do such a great job and we love the family atmosphere! Myself and my two teenage daughters always get compliments on our nails. We highly highly recommend Elegant Spa and Nails. Give them a try you will not regret it!

Michelle is amazing, I have followed her from her previous store, and if she ever moves again I would still!! I have always been absolutely happy with my nails (mani and pedi) and eyebrows! They can do any design I have asked for and I constantly get compliments on how they look! I would definitely recommend her and any of her employees if you want to pamper yourself!!

The man didnt massage my legs or feet like others do. The warm washcloths did not stay on my legs very long. The nail color I picked was pretty. So he painted my nails fine.

Everything I get done there is amazing. Totally recommend everything. Everyone is super friendly and very amazing I feel so refreshed when I leave there. They all treat you like family there.

I’ve been going to Michelle since she first came to Salisbury. She takes so much pride in her work and customer service. Her and Nick talk to you and treat you like you are family to them. Both of them do an amazing job with exceptional customer service. Michelle has stayed late for me and came in early to help me out, as I know she has done for others as well. I always recommend this salon to everyone because I know they won’t be disappointed. I have tried other salons at the last minute and always have to go back to Michelle to fix the damage. With just the two of them, I know they don’t have a lot of time for walk ins but they will try to accommodate you and get you in the same day, my suggestion is to call ahead of time and they will get you an appointment in a timely fashion!

My daughter and her friend went together and both got a full set of nails. They did a beautiful job. The girls were both very careful but in less then a week all nails had come off. It was a shame because my daughter loved them. Fifty dollars wasted.
