Nice place but it is never open or opens at different times than whats posted. I understand this is a perk of running your own business but it is really inconsiderate and inconvenient

Nice place with good services. However they dont open until 2 hours later than door or Google posted times.

It says they open at 9:30 I sat and waited until 10 o’clock and still no one was there. Terrible disappointment.

I have been here numerous times and never had a problem. The only issue was when my husband decided to have his eyebrows done and he said he would never go thru that again. He was so funny but he would get a pedicure about once a month, and loved it.

Want to know what you can get for $40 at Royal Nails and Tan?. They ruined my beautiful full set when I only came in for a fill. Two finger infections. They tried to claim I already had them which, if that were true they should not have continued the work. Bad fill & shotty polish job. Refused to refund. It was the actual manager that did the work. Unprofessional and attitude in handling complaint. Owner dodged my calls and complaint. Several times I complained the manager was hurting me which was ignored. Unsanitary practices

I only go to this place to get my eyebrows done. She does a great job with eyebrows . They always say “ no pedicure ?” “ no manicure ?” I politely decline, as I go to Classy nails for my nails and toes. I’ve never let them touch my nails as I was with a friend who got her nails done and I asked where she went cause they looked horrible . She said “ Royal Nails and Tan” . They were all different shapes and polish wasnt smooth. After looking at reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks their nail job is horrible . I will never get them done here . Just eyebrows and out.

Terrible. feel like my nails were rushed through. all of my nails are a different shape and size. they are not smooth and polish shows it. i’ve given this salon multiple chances and i’ve only ever gotten results I like once. I should not have to rush home, take the polish off, and start filing my nails myself. it is not worth the TIME nor the money.

Hands down my favorite place to go. The deluxe pedicure by Vincent is always amazing. I love how Tracy does my eyebrows and nails. They remember you here and are always nice.

This was one the the most worst experiences of my life. I walked in and asked if I could get a fill. I was completely ignored. They were not even busy. If they had been busy and not answered me. I wouldn’t have cared. But, multiple workers where sitting waiting but never came to help or asked what I would like. Then when they finally answered they were very rude. The lady doing my nails did an extremely poor job. She left spots of my old nail color on my nails. And she just painted over them. My acrylic nails where all different shapes. Some square, some more round. It was so aweful. I paid 40 dollars for these and left immediately and when to another nail shop.

Terrible salon...stay away if you care about the quality of your nails. I went in for a gel manicure and asked for a simple bow design on my ring finger. The tech could not draw the design and I ended up just getting a couple of stripes instead. When I got home, I realized how sloppy and lumpy the gel polish was. Looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I went back today to have them redo my nails. I asked for a different design and showed the picture to 2 different techs. Halfway through the manicure the tech tells me that she cant do the design that I asked for and that it is too late for her to fix what shes already done. I toll her to just take the nail polish off and she says that she will charge me for removal. I then tried to leave and she told me that I had to pay for the manicure. That wasnt what I asked for. That was a redo. That wasnt finished

There people are NOT Professional Nail Techs AT ALL!!!!Sloppy Smudge work; they pile on acrylic and are horrible at filing and shaping your nails; HORRIBLE polish selection. Definitely not worth the amount of money they charge. They should have an updated polish selection, not the old thick polish they continuously thin out..in addition they try to match your gel polish with a regular polish that Does Not match. Tried this place....Never again!
